As HNZ continues to develop and grow, we know that you expect the site staff to keep up, and we do too. Being a GM is a lot of responsibility, and we understand the free time it can take away from members' free time to enjoy the site. This is why we always extend an opportunity for past staff to step down when they don't have the time to participate fully as a GM and return when they do have the time. For that reason, we are always on the lookout for members who have shown a dedication and willingness to help the site grow and respect for the site's rules and members. We always mention that there is no magic number of global moderators for the site and it's been a while since we've had a new update, but now is the time for someone new to join the team
Today, we would like to announce and welcome the newest global moderator to the site: Mia!
Mia has been on the site for a long while, a whole 12 years. She's in that time done a number of roles from professor to deputy professor to shopkeepers and wizengamot. Mia is an active and engaged member of the community who has always looked to help make HNZ better.
With her friendly natures and willingness to help whenever asked, we know that Mia will adjust to being a global moderator in no time and will be an amazing addition to the HNZ team.

thank you all for the lovely wishes. I do feel honoured to be invited to join the staff and I hope that I do everyone proud. and I am looking forward to my chance to join the team and help keep the site the community, home, sanctuary, playground and escape it has been for me over the years.
