HAIR - Brunette -> Nolan has inherited the brunette hair colour from both his parents. Nolan's hairstyle is pretty basic. He uses hair gel to style it into a quiff. He usually keeps maintains his hair length, cutting it when he can. There are periods when he decides to grow it out.
EYES - Brown -> Nolan inherited his brown eyes from his mother
SKIN TONE - Pale -> Nolan has inherited the pale skin tone from his parents, though his father's skin tone is slightly darker.
SKIN TYPE - Sensitive (He can be sunburned quite easily)

OTHER FEATURES - Nolan has a few freckles and beauty spots scattered across his face. Nolan has a scar around his forehead and hairline, which is the reason that he has fringe, as he is a little self-conscious. He also has a small birthmark behind his left ear in the shape of a heart, a similar size to a paperclip.
TATTOOS - Over the years since graduating, Nolan has had a few tattoos scattered across his upper body (a few scattered across his arms and chest) All of them being fine-lined tattoos and they are symbolic to him in a way that has impacted his life
PIERCINGS - Nolan has a couple of piercings, both on his left ear. In 2057, during the winter break, he got his left ear lobe pierced. It had been a dare with his friends. His second piercing was also on his left ear. Sometime after he graduated from Hogwarts, he got a helix piercing on his left ear.

ALLERGY - Wheat (Since he was nine)
DIET - His parents have decided for him to go gluten-free, as this was the best option for him.
EYESIGHT - Nolan doesn't have any eyesight problems
SURGERIES - Nolan had surgery when he was eight. He was opening cupboards he wasn't supposed to, which lead them to fall on top of him, and the glass from the cupboard caused him to have a deep scar on his forehead/hairline. He had to get about five stitches.

PERSONALITY
Nolan is artistic but also likes sports (Kinda like Troy from High School Musical, or Finn from Glee) He has slowly lost interest in sports as he has gotten older, but still likes it enough to play sports here and there. He is protective over the people he cares about the most - this includes his family and his friends. Nolan likes to cause trouble sometimes though. Nolan can also be loud and clumsy. Even though he has an athletic side to him, he seems to have the tendency to fall over his own two feet or drop things that he isn't meant to. On the down-low though, Nolan is a HUGE nerd. He loves to learn about animals and anything about History. He doesn't like telling anyone that he has these likings, as he was teased about it when he was younger. Nolan also has a huge love for art, on all sides of it. He loves music and has learnt to play the guitar since he was five, his father had taught him. He also likes to paint and draw.

HISTORY
Penelope (nee Horan) Burke and Patrick Burke had met when they were attending Hogwarts in Scotland. Penelope was sorted into Ravenclaw and Patrick was sorted into Slytherin. Penelope is the youngest out of three children in her family and was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. She was a Prefect for her house back in Scotland and had aimed high for her studies. Patrick is the eldest child out of three children and was born in a small town in Ireland called Mullingar. Patrick played in the Quidditch team and also aimed high for his studies. Patrick and Penelope started dating when Patrick was in his seventh year and Penelope was in her fifth year and had been dating ever since. They got married when Penelope was twenty-three and Patrick was twenty-five. They travelled the world together, seeing many different places. Exploring the many countries and cities. around the globe.
Both Penelope and Patrick had decided that they wanted to settle down a couple of years later. They moved into a small cottage in Patrick's hometown, Mullingar, and had their firstborn child named Nolan Burke. Following him two years later was his younger sister, Molly. Nolan being the older and annoying brother has always teased, Molly. Always bothered her and teased her whenever he was bored. But they have a close relationship and would do anything to protect his sister. When Nolan was five, his parents decided to move to New Zealand, due to the fact that Penelope's older sister had moved there ten years ago, and had been going through a rough divorce. About a year after they moved, making Nolan six and Molly four, their younger brother, Conan, was born. Three years later, Fiona was born, and she was quite a surprise to the family. But Nolan's parents thought it was because God wanted them to have a fourth child and that it was just meant to be for them.
Halfway through Nolan's sixth year at Hogwarts, his parents, Penelope and Patrick decided to call it quits and have a divorce. Nolan blamed himself for the divorce for ages, as a year prior to that he had come out to his parents. While Nolan thought his mother would be supportive of this, Penelope definitely was not happy, whereas his father was very supportive of Nolan. This caused a rift between the parents and had a lot of tension between the both of them. Arguments happened a lot more between them, especially about things that did not need to have an argument. So they decided to get a divorce. They moved out of the family home and had their own individual homes, which caused the children to move between the homes each week throughout their breaks. However, Nolan refused to interact or see his mother and vice versa. Nolan has lived with his dad ever since.
RELATIONSHIP WITH FAMILY
Nolan's relationship with his family is quite a close and strong bond. Before his parents divorced and before Nolan and his mother not really being on speaking terms, the entire family was close. Always there for each other and supportive of one another. The family would always be in the garden together, doing something, whether it was them having individual activities or doing something together. Nolan has quite an interesting relationship with each of his siblings. He and each of his siblings have different personalities of their own and have different likes from each other. Despite their differences in personalities and likes, they are all supportive of each other and are there for one another.
NOLAN + PARENTS
NOLAN + PATRICK - Nolan loves both of his parents but has a stronger connection and bond with his father. Nolan and Patrick, Nolan's father, have a great and strong, father-son relationship. Patrick was the one who had taught Nolan how to play the instruments that Nolan knows how to play now. He thanks his father for what he has taught Nolan so far, and he thinks that his love for music came from his father. His father has been supportive throughout the time from his coming out until now, they have never been closer. Ever since Nolan had graduated from HNZ, he's been living with his father. They've grown a lot closer since he graduated as well. They watch the sunset together from time to time like they did when Nolan was growing up, even with Nolan's reluctance to get up.
NOLAN + PENELOPE - Nolan loves his mother, however, she can be quite strict. Nolan's mother, Penelope, likes to keep everything traditional and is quite religious. He isn't as religious as his mother, but he respects her religious beliefs. Ever since Nolan came out to his mother, his relationship with his relationship with his mother has been rocky and they have not spoken ever since he moved in with his dad. She has made zero effort to contact Nolan at all or even try to keep some sort of relationship with him. While Nolan was hurt by her reaction since he came out, he's even more hurt by the fact she hasn't even tried to reconnect with him even though he's tried a few times already, He's given up trying now. He wouldn't admit at the moment how hurt he is about this, especially his not to his siblings.
NOLAN + SIBLINGS
NOLAN + MOLLY - When Nolan and Molly were growing up, Nolan liked to annoy his younger sister, Molly. He still likes to find ways to annoy his sister and vice versa. He still finds her a little strange but loves her anyway. While also growing up, to stop Molly from annoying him so much, Nolan would bribe his sister to stop annoying him, if he bought her lollies. While both of them are the eldest out of the four siblings and are closer than age by everyone else, these two are the closest out of all the sibling pairings. Molly has seen and been there for what Nolan has been through, as their younger siblings were too young to see or experience what was going on for Nolan.
NOLAN + CONAN - Nolan and Conan are one of the closest siblings out of them all, since they are the boys of the family and Nolan had always dreamed of having a younger brother. Even though Nolan and Conan have different personalities and likes from each other, they always have plans to hang out and whatnot, though Conan is more of a geek than musically inclined like Nolan. While Nolan finds Conan's shell collection to be a little strange and doesn't fully understand it, he supports his brother's ambition for his shells and also sometimes helps him find shells to add to Conan's collection.
NOLAN + FIONA - Nolan and Fiona have similar likes and personalities. While growing up, they were always found to play a lot together outside. Nolan is protective over Fiona, but he is also protective over his younger siblings as well. Fiona is obsessed with Quidditch. So while growing up, Nolan and Fiona would play Quidditch in the backyard from time to time, especially since Nolan knew how much Fiona loved Quidditch. While also growing up, Nolan would build forts with Fiona as well as camp in their backyard together. He always wanted to make his younger siblings happy.

The Burke's live in central Auckland and live as a lower-middle-class family. They live in a small three-bedroom house where two kids have to share a room each together (Nolan and Conan in one room, and Molly and Fiona in the other room). A small kitchen and one bathroom are included. They also have a small two-joint garage that has been partly changed into a small music studio, where Nolan and Patrick play their second-hand instruments. There is also a backyard with lots of space and flower bushes where the kids hang out and play, and a small vegetable garden where Penelope gardens them. On the front porch/veranda, a swinging bench is placed, where Nolan and Patrick sit and play music together as they watch the sunset go down. Even though the family live in a small home, the home is quite cozy for the family of six. They may have to squish up from time to time in their home, but they don't mind.

FIRST YEAR (Y38)
Nolan had much enjoyed his first year of Hogwarts. He met many people and became friends with Eugene Nestor and Mania Te Rangi. Later during the year, he had made a band called the Sweet As Boys with his friends. However, his schoolwork wasn't the best this year, yet schoolwork didn't really matter to him anyway, as he only cared about making friends and having as much fun as possible at Hogwarts! Nolan had also enjoyed his first year of Hogwarts, as he didn't have to spend any time with his siblings. However, the Irish lad is bummed out that his little sister, Molly, was joining him next year. The boy is hoping that his sister isn't going to be in the same house as him, as he doesn't want his sister to ruin anything for him.

Nolan had enjoyed his second year, but it was slightly a letdown due to his sister joining him in Hogwarts this year. However, he spent a lot more time focused on his music, as well as getting to know more about his classmates. His name was mentioned in the Hogwarts Monthly of the first semester, which he thought was so cool. Though he knew that he was going to step up is game a little more costume wise. However, his grades weren't that great this year, only getting two Es for Charms and History of Magic. He hopes to improve on his grades next year.

THIRD YEAR (Y40)
Nolan thought that his third year at Hogwarts had been okay. He got to spend some more time with his friends, even an acquaintance, Louis Alcott. Nolan had a warm feeling when he met him, not sure what sort of feeling it was. But he did enjoy the Gryffindor's company on the lake. Nolan is doing okay in his classes. The Hufflepuff hopes to have a better year next year, make some more friends, and spend time with his bandmates and housemates. He also hopes his classes go a little better since he knows that his mother would be disappointed with this year's grades, even though in his opinion, they looked good.
