Nolan wasn't gonna lie, but he had a mix of emotions about going to the Yule Ball tonight. He had agreed to go with his roommate Charlie to the event. After the whole thing at spin the bottle, the boy had somewhat had different feelings about things, and to be honest, he did quite enjoy the kiss he had with Charlie. He had agreed to meet up with Charlie at the great hall. The Hufflepuff waited patiently, nervously fiddling with his hands, unsure of how tonight was gonna go.

Charlie wasn't sure what he'd been expecting. He and Nolan had decided to go to this thing together... as a date. Charlie had to admit, the kiss had been nice. But was Nolan really who he'd been waiting for, wanting? He supposed tonight would be the night to find out. He found his roommate easily, giving an almost bashful smile as he approached. "Hey, you," He greeted. "You look great."
