Open Alone Most Often

Nolan did attend school events, though he didn't really attend Valentine's often. The last time he had gone to the valentine's dance was last year when he went on a double date sort of thing with his sister. Though that was enjoyable, he didn't go with anyone this year, which Nolan didn't mind too much. The Hufflepuff stood awkwardly on the sidelines, people-watching. He didn't notice many familiar faces just yet. Though Nolan felt a bit awkward being here alone. He was having second thoughts about attending this event.

Niamh wasn’t sure if she would be going to the valentines dance. However she did enjoy the parties. They were always so light and fun and valentines always promised a lot of sweet food and cakes. and headed down to the great hall. She knew Molly was going with felix and she was excited for her friend as they all got ready. And she hoped that renata and Eugene would end up having a dance together again. They were cute and would make a cute couple even if that was a little disappointing for her.
she entered the hall and wandered around the outside looking out for her friends. She was surprised to see Leo here talking to a girl. She would have thought he would have missed the dance after the weeks events. But maybe he needed a distraction. She considered going to talk to him but decided it was probably best not to hover over him too much. It was then that she saw one of her other friends. She walked over to him hello Nolan. Happy valentines she said standing next to him against the wall looking out at all the people enjoying themselves.

Nolan turned his head when he heard a familiar face and smiled a little when he saw who it was. "Hey, Sky. Happy Valentine's to you too" Nolan says greeting his friend with a smile. He was glad that he wasn't alone and had some company at least. "You by yourself tonight?" Nolan asked Sky, as he noticed that no one else was with her.
