Lysander had been looking forward to this event for months. There had been a lot of time spent planning with Kiara and Casper to bring to life what had started out as simply a passing joke, but quickly evolved into a fully fleshed-out idea. It had been just a dumb suggestion, transforming the Wild Patch into a kingdom, but he was the club leader. The King of Flowers. Who was to say he couldn't go ahead and do exactly that if he wanted to? So they'd wheeled out some tubs of supplies from the arts room, an assortment of recyclables and eco-friendly craft products to work with for the day. Lysander had, naturally, found some spare chairs lying around the castle in order to give the two other club leaders as regal a throne to sit on as the one he'd fashioned for himself, covered with so many vines and flowers you could barely make out the wood underneath. He sat in the middle. They were all in the Wild Patch, his kingdom, so of course he had to be front and center, dwarfed by the obnoxious floral cloak hanging over his shoulders.

Lysander waited for the two clubs to gather, before loudly clearing his throat and clapping his hands for silence. "Greetings, my loyal subjects! And to the guests visiting our fair kingdom, we bid you welcome to our court of flowers!" Lysander called out in a mock posh voice. He got to his feet, having to readjust the cloak as the weight of it threatened to pull it from his shoulders. "Ahem. Today, we have brought you all together to share in your expertises...es. Let me introduce you to Project Garden Kingdom." He tapped his wand toward a rolled-up blueprint, unveiling the mockup drawing he'd made of how he envisioned his new castle. There was a reason Lysander had never joined the Conglomerated Arts club, and that was quite clearly reflected in just how terrible his sketch had turned out to be. "We're gonna be putting our skills together to decorate the Wild Patch's personal greenhouse, and transform it into the fantastic castle it deserves to be. You see here? I'm thinking we're gonna add some turrets, maybe a little moat - I bought some portable swamps to can put down." He said, tapping his wand at the vague blue shape outlining the greenhouse drawing, which definitely had needed some explaining for anyone to pick up on what it was meant to be. "Yeah, mostly we're just like, gonna be making a big facade. That's where you conglomerated artists come in. We need your design talents here to help the Wild Patchers bring this vision to life. We've got paints, colours, cardboards and linens to decorate the glass so we can make it look like the best castle we can. You guys can just go crazy with creativity. We've also gathered some supplies and instruments for the musical kids, to put together some charmed music boxes that we can play for the plants and help them grow. Just ask any of us older students if you need help recording that. Foodie kids, you guys get to harvest our delicious fruits and vegetables, and learn more about cultivating your own food for cooking with. Wild Patchers, you can help out with whichever job you want. We've got some more plants to sow around the greenhouse for added decoration, some flowers and vines to tie it together. Or you can hang out and learn some things from the art guys. That was it, huh?" He asked, turning to the other two. He was sure he'd got the general gist out. Lysander was out here living his royalty fantasy, and everyone else was along for the ride, whether they wanted to be or not. He was sure Elliot didn't regret putting him in charge.
tl;dr We are literally doing something like this but on a way bigger scale, around the greenhouse. Artistic kids get to cut out and paint, music kids get to make magical music boxes, and foodie kids get to do some hard labor for free fruits and vegetables. This whole event is literally just Lysander being self-indulgent and having friends who are willing to go with it.

Casper had been nervous about this. He'd done all the planning with Kiara and Lysander. He'd been nervous about how this might turn out. He sat down on Lysanders side, looking out over everyone and letting the other boy do most of the talking. "Before we get started," He stood, adjusting the flower crown on his head. He had been crimson when Lysander had given it to him. He was going to keep it on him all day if he could help it. "As the king of crafts, I'd like to present a token of our good will to the king of flowers." Cas took a step and gestured to the air above Lysander's throne. A painting lifted up above the other king. It was large, a red dragon sleeping on the forest floor, blanketed in flowers. Several fairies flew around it, placing more flowers on the creature. Cas turned back to everyone, a small smile on his face. "Everyone, this isn't just about building a castle. This is about friendship." Cas stuck his hands in his pockets. "Try talking to someone new today. Build this castle. And build new friendships."

Natalia had enjoyed being part of the Wild Patch Club for the most part, but she wasn't so sure about today's event. She had already thought the leader of their club had a bit of a big head, and the display he had put on only reinforced that. She also didn't get why they had to work together with the art kids. Their clubs had nothing in common besides the fact that both leaders called themselves kings. Natalia rolled her eyes when he greeted them as their subjects and pretended the other club was a visiting kingdom. But she listened quietly as he explained what they were going to do. For some reason, they were going to transform the greenhouse into a castle. Natalia had to admit some ideas were kind of fun, but she wondered how long this would last. Wouldn't a professor change it back to normal? Or had Lysander gotten special permission. Maybe he could just do whatever he wanted, since his dad was a professor. The boy went on to talk about what they could do, mostly mentioning things to do with crafts. Natalia wasn't very creative or crafty. Her mother had occasionally let her and her sister paint when they were younger but glueing cardboard boxes together was something she had no experience with. The other club leader talked but he didn't have much to say. He gave Lysander a painting and then told them this event was about friendship. Natalia decided to just start sowing some seeds around the castle, picking the one job she actually knew how to do. She hoped none of the arts kids would try to talk to her.

Kiara honestly was over the moon about this event. She had a good relationship with both, Casper and Lysander, and this chance to work together just proved to her how amazing people surrounded her and she hoped that everyone will be as hyped as Kiara was. They had an amazing plan, they worked through every detail, except for one, even tho she really loved Sander, she was a bit concerned about why didn't she, why didn't she or Casper do the sketch? Then she just kinda gave a thought like oh well, it's not bad and continued to excitedly smile, and listen to what Sander had to say. She just gave a nod to everything he said and tried to remember if they didn't forget anything. When Sander finished his monologue, Cas went on, and to be honest, Kiara just proudly smiled at him. She knew how nervous he was and she was just proud of him and happy to see that he was doing so great and looked comfortable talking in front of so many people. "And for the final, have fun, be and show yourselves, and we are here if you need any inspiration or help!" Kia just added a more positive note to everything and happily smiled at everyone before everyone went on.

"Both of you. We have a lot to talk about." Wood tried her best to stay serious once she turned to both colleagues. "Why no one of you told me about whatever is going on between you both?" then she just excitedly wheezed and hoped that no one will pay attention to her fangirling about them. "Sander, to be honest, I kinda thought that you are asexual," she more quietly added, hardly blushed and excitedly closer her mouth with her hand, ready to hear everything they had to say. "You two are dating, right? Or like coming to that? Like you were together at the Yule Ball and at the dances," well, Kiara was surely out of the guessing game about whether she was dating anyone and who it was, now it was the part when Kiara participated in this game to understand if her friends were dating each other.

While Ana Sofia was quite excited about the idea of having a meeting where two different clubs were involved she was also a little disappointed that it would probably mean one less club meeting this semester. Nevertheless she liked club meetings, loved them even, so surely one where two of the clubs she was a member of were involved had to be double the fun. She listened to their club leader explain what they would be doing, taken a little by surprise by the idea they had come up with. Ana had to admit she thought the idea was funny, but simultaneously she started to wonder whether the boy wasn't taking it all a bit too far. That maybe the idea of power had gotten to his head. When all three of the clubs' leaders had gotten their say in Ana looked around, trying to wrap her head around what to do when there were so many options for her to choose from. Eventually, she headed for a piece of cardboard and sat down next to it as she wondered where to start.

There was a reason Weston had never joined the Wild Patch Club. The dirt was where creepy bugs lived, and he'd always viewed gardening as a boring hobby for grandmothers. But he had to admit he was curious to see what Kiara and Casper had planned for today's joint meeting with the Wild Patch. The two leaders had started to incorporate more music-themed activities into the Conglomerated Arts Club meetings, a change from previous years that he very much appreciated, so he was willing to give this one a shot.

And he was glad he did. Turning the greenhouse into a giant castle sounded like fun. Weston had always had a wild imagination, and while the King of Flowers' blueprint was kind of hard to decipher, he could totally picture the final structure, complete with ivy-covered towers and a wide moat. When it was time to get started, Weston sifted through the pile of instruments before pulling out a kalimba. He tapped out a few tinny notes. "Does music really help plants grow?" he asked one of the Wild Patch members curiously.

Ajaccio had thought it was cool that the wild patch was doing something with the arts club. he arrived at the wild patch with no idea what it would bem but it was interesting nonetheless. He looked to the two leaders, cheering loudly for his friend and the king of flowers. He wondered where the titles came from, especially as the both leaders appeared to be kings. But he watched as people began having at it. Ajaccio knew as an older kid, prefect and accio member that he wouldn't likely get too involved but would sit back and do things like take pictures and help out if he needed to, knowing that he needed to help stop the younger kids from accidentally hurting themselves.

Lumio had sort of joined the arts club to get out of being outside, so he hadn't been the most impressed that they needed to go outside for a club event, but as he stood listening to the leaders of both enthusiatically explain what they were to do, he was more than happy to do it. He'd brought his guitar and went to were he could make a music box. It was difficult to decide what he wanted to play but in the end, he thought of who he liked to play guitar with, and that was Knox so he decided to put wonderwall into a music box.

Leia was a part of clubs because she knew she needed to be. She needed to do more than just sit around and pretned to not study. Clubs were important but she'd joined ones as a young student and decided most of them were a bad idea. The only one she'd joined slightly older was the student defence club and that was only after she turned out to be good at duelling. So, taking time out of her day to come to the wild patch and arts club combined event was not exactly something she was psyched for. She turned up and listened to the leaders. Before when they were able to, grabbing some paint and beginning a section. She would stay a little while and then go, she was a fifth year and a prefect she could come up with some excuse to leave earlier than most.

Eugene was excited at the event. He knew that he probably should do something with the music, given that was what he was good at, but he couldn't help but want to paint instead. he wasn't very good at painting, that type of creative was not really him, but he didn't mind that. He could still manage..surely. He grabbed some paint and went to a section to begin. He knew he could give up and do his music and make a little music box but it just made sense to him to try new things and do something different for once, so Eugene just started painting, hoping that his design or what he had in mind wouldn't come out too badly.

Leonardo had yet (in his mind) to figure out what exactly the wild patch was. The area itself was nice, he liked the gardens, and he came out occasionally to get his hands dirty, but the club events were something he understood less. This event he could at least claim that he wouldn't be able to figure it out because it was combined, and he was not the interested in what this was. Unfortunately for him, he didn't believe he had a creative bone in his body and he didn't think he'd be able to create any vision that any of the creative people could help him with, so he was just stood awkwardly a little away from the moving crowd, arms folded and just trying to figure out what he should do.

Lysander had to shift around in his chair to get a look at the painting Casper had created. He took a moment to take it all in, from the dragon, to the flowers, to the fairies. It was like someone had just taken his most favourite things and stuck them to one big canvas. And he loved it. He applauded Casper's speech, shooting him a grateful smile. "You really didn't have to." He said. Casper had already given him a lot in the past few weeks, and all he'd really given him in return were some flowers. "It's beautiful. That dragon is hella cool. Thank you." He grinned. He turned to Kiara when she chimed in, raising his brows quizzically. They'd already done so much talking leading up to the event. What else did they need to talk about that they hadn't already? "Huh?" He asked, shifting a glance at Casper and wondering if he had any clue what she was talking about. He didn't think there were any issues between them. He'd literally just been handed a gift. There weren't any problems he could think of, unless he'd just been blissfully oblivious to it, though even he knew that was a real possibility. He scratched his head, further confused when she brought up his sexuality out of the blue. "What?" That was what she'd thought? Okay, yeah, he hadn't really dated anyone yet, and he'd only ever kissed people during dumb games. Everyone else in his year had been getting in and out of relationships for a while now, but Lysander was just...a busy guy. A really, really busy guy. He blinked slowly as Kiara clarified that she thought he and Casper were dating, since they'd gone to a few dances together. He let out a sharp, awkward laugh, unsure how to respond. "Kiara, I've gone to the dances with a lot of people." He said. If that was the precursor to dating, what did that make him, then? He spared a look at Casper, exhaling a small laugh, as if he was in on the joke, and Kiara had just said something so random and funny. He didn't think — did he? Casper was cute, but Lysander had always assumed he was just naturally timid and nervous, not that he was interested. Was he?

When Estella heard that the next Conglomerated Arts Club event was going to be out in the gardens with the Wild Patch Club, she couldn't help but look forward to it. She wondered what on earth they were doing and how the two clubs could possibly combine. The teen gathered around with the other club members as she listened to the 3 leaders speak. It just seemed like the king of flowers wanted everyone to build a castle for him, and Estella couldn't help but laugh loudly at the idea of that. He definitely seemed a bit full of himself, which was half the reason why she hadn't ever thought about joining the Wild Patch Club despite her interest in pretty flowers and flower crowns. She definitely had the ability to be part of the club, but was not too fond of its leader. She was happy nonetheless to spend the time with her friends, and so headed over to Ana as she sat down in front of an empty piece of cardboard. Estella sat down next to her friend. "I'm thinking we paint some pink and purple flowers. Make his castle look girly." she said, chuckling a little. She couldn't get over how ridiculous he looked in his throne and with his crown on top of his head.

Casper smiled at the boys reaction. "Aw, of course I did. I told you I would. When the muse strikes, you have to go with it." He replied easily, pleased that Lysander liked the painting. He turned to Kiara as she spoke. The color drained from his face at the same time that it turned crimson. He hadn't even known that was possible. Cas covered his face with his hands. "Kiara," he whined. He didn't even dare peek at Lysander. "He doesn't- he would never- Kiara," Cas was going to die from embarrassment, he knew it. "You- I- there's club things I need to do, bye," Cas turned and hurried away.

He hadn't been able to deny anything about him liking Lysander, but if questioned he could just figure out some sort of excuse about being flustered and on the spot. He had never been a very good liar, but maybe if he actually had the time to prepare he might be able to pull together some sort of lie about it. He was right though, he already knew Lysander would never like him in any way. It was just how Casper's life went. From his roommates, to Sebastian, and now Lysander, it was always the same. Cas just wasn't the kind of guy that would ever catch anyone's attention.

Sky made her way to the garden for the meeting of two of her clubs. she wondered what was going on. she listened to the leader of the wild patch club explain that they were building a castle. She wasn't sure what the point of it was. wasn't the point of greenhouses that they let the light in for the plants and keep them warm. she wasn't sure what she was to do. she was in both the arts club and the wild patch club but she didn't know what to do with the plants and she hadn't brought her viola to work on the music boxes. so she walked to where there was a wall going up and a couple of girls who she recognised from her housewere painting flowers on it. "Hello Can i art you?" she asked rolling up her sleeves. she hadn't gotten more than one stem painted when she
saw casper break away from the other leaders. she went over to him brush still in her hand. dripping purple oain not the grass"Hello casper. are we going to another club meeting where we decorate the art room with some kind of plants, maybe ivy from the ceiling" she asked? she thought it would be a nice addition to the room.

Kiara seemed to still be excited, they both got nervous, that was a good sign, right? Look, Cas even covered his face, it was clear to see that he liked Sander but with Sander himself tho... Kiara just got a bit confused. "Y'know, if you go just to Yule Ball together it's nothing but when you go to Valentine's Dances together, it's already something. Y'know, it's alright if you have both discussed it beforehand but if you kinda invite them then it's more like a date? You get where I'm leading this all to?" She was more addressing it to Sander and when Casper tried his best to get away, Ravenclaw just tried to catch him before but he got away anyway. "Alright, we will have another talk with you later!" she called after her co-leader and turned to Lysander. "Don't you dare, you won't get away the same way," the girl warned him and then just excitedly asked, "Do you like Cas? Of course, you do. More like, do you like like Cas?" she didn't seem to have any bothers, she just straightly asked the question, hoping to get to play the matchmaker. "Did you enjoy the date with him?"

@Lysander Summers @Casper Beckett

Ana Sofia had been blankly staring at the cardboard when Essie appeared, glad for the company. Not that she would've minded if it had been anything else, but she liked her friend and knew she was creative so she was sure they could come up with something together. "Sounds like a plan." She nodded at the girl's suggestion. "Although I don't think that'll bother him. I mean he's literally wearing a cloak made out of flowers." Ana giggled, secretely a little jealous of how pretty the cloak actually was. Albeit a little.. much. She got up to get them some paint when a younger girl showed up. "Sure!" She nodded as she went on to retrieve the paint, only to notice the younger girl had gone as quickly as she had come to head up to one of the clubs leaders. "Should we just wing it then?" Ana asked Essie as she sat down again and picked up one of the paint brushes. Normally, she would be keen on drawing out what she was painting first but she had painted so many flowers over the years that she didn't think it would be necessary. @Estella Fuentes @Niamh Eriksen

Iris had been surprised to hear there was a crossover event between the art club and the Wild Patch. It was a bit sad Lars was no longer at school, as it would have been fun to hang out with him. Iris saw her roommate Kiara was talking to Lysander and Casper and decided she should just get to paint on her own. She picked some pastel colors and hummed softly to herself as she started to paint flowers on a piece of cardboard. She normally preferred embroidery, as painting was more her brother's thing, but she felt like this was more practical for this project.

Casper couldn't be more relieved when someone approached him, smiling as he saw Sky come up to him. He smiled at her, turning his full attention to the girl and pretending Kiara wasn't intruding on his personal life. He would have to find her boyfriend later and ask for an intervention. He wasn't sure he'd be able to look at Sander again without getting flustered. He could hide his crush on his own, but not if Kiara was poking at it too much. He listened to her, nodding along. "You know, that's a great idea, I can talk to Kiara and Lysander and see if they want to have another meeting in the arts room," He mused. "Some new flora would really bring the arts room a breath of life, wouldn't it?"

@Niamh Eriksen

Estella nodded in agreement as Ana pointed out the cloak the King of Flowers was wearing. It definitely didn't seem like it would bother him at all, and Estella frowned a little as she then quickly ran out of ideas. Flowers were probably the most obvious. "What about if we just draw hearts or something instead? Maybe we can make a sort of landscape drawing using hearts as the clouds? Then we can draw the sun with a smiling face and some luscious green hills." she suggested as she thought aloud. She figured it would be a better idea to stand out and do their own thing. Ana went over to retrieve the paint, and when she came back the two of them were approached by a first year in their house. Estella nodded at the girl's offer, not really sure what she was getting herself into. Thankfully however, it wasn't long before the girl just gave up and walked away, and Estella giggled at this before then turning back to their piece of cardboard. "Winging it sounds good. I'm going to just paint a bunch of hearts first." she told her, picking up a paintbrush of her own before mixing the red and white together to make a light pink colour for the hearts.

Lysander almost could not believe what he was hearing. This wasn't exactly the first time Kiara had pried and tried to ask about someone he liked. He shook his head to himself with a small tut, unsurprised that Casper had absconded the second he had the chance. "Thanks again for the painting!" He called after him, trying to act casual and loosen the tension. He turned back to Kiara, lowering his voice to avoid anyone else listening in. "Merlin's beard, you are unbelievable. I only asked him to the dance because he was standing around by himself at the ball. He's just...you know, a friend, I didn't want to see him alone again. It wasn't a date." He argued lightly. He'd always seen Valentines as something for friends, too, not necessarily a romantic endeavor. The majority of the roses they sent out during the special day were usually the yellow ones, after all. He hadn't seen anything wrong with it. Had Casper thought they were on a date? He had run off pretty quickly just now, and Lysander wondered if it was due to more than just the awkwardness of the conversation. He huffed, his cheeks briefly puffing out with the exhale. "I enjoyed the dance with him. It was very friendly." He clarified. In hindsight, there had been some flirtatious exchanges, but he'd taken that to simply be them joking around, and playing it up for Caspers roommates. It was banter, right? It was true that they'd been spending a lot of time together lately. He'd always attributed it to the fact they were working together to prepare for the club event, but he enjoyed their time a lot. Casper was nice. He was funny, he'd made him laugh a lot in the past few weeks. He'd come to his matches, given him gifts and...oh. Oh. Lysander chewed his lip. "Okay, look, I can see why you might think we're...a thing." He said, picking up some art supplies to at least act like they weren't standing around and having an important conversation. "Has Casper said anything to you?" They were leaders together, so maybe he'd mentioned something.
@Kiara Wood

If that person that Sander went to events with, wasn't her friend, Kiara wouldn't pry but in her eyes, they were so acting like sweethearts that she couldn't resist herself. "I know that I'm unbelievable but hey! You are my friends, I want to know if I can come up with a ship name or not yet," she offered a light joke to not make it all feel like she was taking an interview or anything serious. Not like she was going to share with it or anything else, she was just overly curious. "Oh, very friendly. It's how all the relationships start, but how did you two decide to go to the dances together?" Ravenclaw giggled and lightly nudged him and then gave some free space to overthink everything they were talking about, and then proudly smiled as he admitted that he saw where this all came from. "Ha, that's what I said. And now, you didn't exactly answer my question, do you like like Casper? Like, how do you feel about him? And the answer that Cas is sweet, friend, or anything like that won't be accepted. Be more detailed about it, cause currently, it looks like you are unsure yourself," Kiara copied Sander and acted like she was doing something tho she was way more into this conversation. She hadn't had any chances to talk about all the romantic stuff for some time now since Jenna was in her own world, Nicole was dating Ajaccio, Chloe had Sully, Jordie had Nate, and Kiara's romantic life was still the same, luckily. However, she was prying to see if anyone had anything interesting going on in their life or not. "Well, not really but it's clear to see that Cas thinks you're at least handsome. Like, you saw his reaction, don't say that you're this oblivious and didn't understand a thing," oh well, Kiara was just the same... She saw everything when it came down to other people and saw nothing when it came to herself. She wouldn't be surprised if Lysander was just the same.

With the last school event, Salem didn't have much to look forward to on the school calendar outside of the end of the year, which was frustrating. Everyone was already talking about exams and classes again and Salem was already bored. The only thing she had to look forward to really was the Wild Patch meetings. It gave her an excuse to get out of the castle, and, if she was being honest, an excuse to hang out more with Aubrey. Things had been different around Aubrey after the dance and Salem couldn't quite put it into words. Only that she couldn't decide if she wanted to talk to her all the time or run away anytime she saw her in the common room these days.

Arriving at the Wild Patch, Salem grinned as Lysander explained what they were going to do, looking a bit more like a shrubbery in his big cloak and throne than their club leader. It'd be fun to do stuff with the Arts club though, even if Salem didn't think she was very arty herself, and she set about picking her way around the patch, looking for a good place to start something (and maybe for Aubrey too).

"Music probably makes them happy, right? And I figure happy plants grow faster, right?" She offered to Weston as she passed him, deciding to try and weave some vines near him. The spot also gave her a good view of where Aubrey was, not that Salem was watching her or anything, and she could glance up easily to check over and see what she was doing as she tried to braid a few vines together without damaging the leaves. "You think they have a musical preference though? I bet the chomping cabbages like heavy metal or something," she added with a grin, trying to tear her gaze away from Aubrey for a moment to talk. @Weston Stirling

Sawyer was kind of glad for the change of pace with today's Arts Club meeting. It felt good to be outside for a bit and it was slightly easier to focus away from the castle where he was convinced half their year hated him. The prospect of creating a whole new castle though was something different, and while Sawyer would normally be happy to work on playing some sort of song for one of the music boxes, he couldn't help but drift over to were Ana and Essie were working instead. He was fairly sure neither of them were close enough with Brooke or Ivy to have caught wind of that whole mess, so it was a relief to be able to relax with them, even if just for today.

"Somehow I'm surprised you two haven't smuggled glitter out here with you as well," he said, settling himself in the grass and inspecting the pink paint Estella was working on. "If you like I can hold up some flowers or something for reference for you. I reckon I make a better stand than a painter." @Estella Fuentes @Ana Sofia Burleigh

Rose was anxious when she heard the event was co-hosted with the arts club. She wasn't very artsy and hated painting. She did start to draw, but she was lousy at it. She usually watched Ana painting on her plant pots, but that was the most close she came to crafting and arts. Rose walked towards the wild patch and listened to Lysander. Luckily there was a greenery option and Rose rose to the occasion to go and set up the turtle moat. She used special plastic that they used for ponds and started to dig out the moat so the turtles could enjoy swimming around the castle. Using water plants, rocks and making places for the turtles to sit on. She looked at Estella and Ana and they were currently busy with panting the castle pink.
