Hi gang, missed you! How ya going? 
So as you know I decided to take a little break from the site last December because I was super busy in real life, had a big 2-month trip to New Zealand and Australia planned and just wasn't feeling much of the usual appeal of HNZ anymore. I did, however, already feel a bit of a pull to come back during the weeks leading up to my trip but stayed away because it felt a bit useless to return only to then leave for two months again so I put it off until I had returned back home.
My travels unfortunately took a bit of a bad turn quite early on due to a sudden and severe infection of my lower leg which left me in pain, unable to walk on that leg at all for more than two weeks and even had me end up in hospital for a couple of days due to the infection not getting better and me having an allergic reaction to the antibiotics as well. The whole thing caused me to miss almost everything during the New Zealand part of our trip and had me spend most of my time feeling terrible in the back of our motorhome or hotel rooms. Needless to say this took quite a toll on me mentally. After leaving the hospital things were getting better and I was able to participate more when we got to Australia, but walking was still difficult and standing still also caused me pain. At the beginning of last week I was finally able to walk and stand without pain so having to return home when I was finally able to fully enjoy things also took a toll on me mentally. Even more so since my boyfriend (who has been my biggest support system during it all and has missed much as well because of it) is still on the other side of the world for the next 2,5 weeks and I've come home to no job which leaves me with way too much time to be alone with my thoughts and in desperate need of a distraction.
So here I am! As I said, I was going to return anyways but would be even more glad to now. I still need to figure out which characters I'll be bringing back at first so if you have any you really missed or want to plot with please hit me up!
