SO I lied, I actually have four to sort, and I don't want to jinx myself with this, but;
Finley Baros: this is Zennon Baros' and Sam Mackintosh's son and anyone that knows anything about Zennon or Sam might be in for a bit of a shock with Finley because he's really not much like his dad at all. Honestly he's not much of his mum either. There have been a lot of different people involved in his upbringing, Slytherin, Gryffindor and even the odd Hufflepuff, so he's a bit of a mix of a lot of people. He's very open and he really likes to joke around with his friends. Of the houses I could see either Gryffindor or Hufflepuff fitting him the most for a couple of different reasons. Gryffindor would likely be the best fit for him because he's really adventurous and well known for taking risks for love and excitement, but he would also probably be very happy in Hufflepuff due to his desire to share any of his experiences with others. If he was to pick one, he would probably go with Gryffindor because most of his favourite people (shh don't tell aunt Leda) are Gryffindors, like his "cousins" Felix, Ned and Ten and his Uncle Mervyn.
Christa Langley: Christa is an Aussie muggle born who isn't quite sure what to do with herself, but she strives to make connections with other people and she loves trying to work things out on her own first. She comes from a family who is used to moving around a lot so settling into one place is a new one for her, yet she's taking to it really well (or as well as she can!) Her loyalty, pragmatism and down-to-earth nature make her a good fit for Huffepuff though. Whilst her curiosity could place her in Ravenclaw (and I would love that actually because I've had a bit of a run of muggleborn Hufflepuffs in the past), her values to be fair and her connection to family and friends stands out more for her I think. She's polite and she wants to "do things right" and that mostly aligns with Hufflepuff's focus on diligence and kindness. Christa feels like someone who thrives in a warm, supportive environment where hard work and steady growth are celebrated. Hufflepuff is her best fit I think!
Hachiro Kaster: Technically third generation, but only technically. His dad was originally sorted, as was his mother, but nether of them technically made it past first year before they were sort of set aside for other things. Same things for his granddad really. Chiro off the cusp reads as Slytherin to me, because he's witty and resourceful and kind of snarky. He's cunning and something of a pragmatist himself too, when he needs to be. He has a very strong, if teasing, relationship and loyalty to his family first. HIs sarcastic wit and preference for being rather creative with words also pushes him closer to Slytherin, over say, Ravenclaw - since they tend to be a little more independent with carving out a path. He doesn't show overt ambition, but his cleverness and his adaptability are big parts of him and his personality, so I'm really interested in seeing where Chiro goes, I like to weave them around their house.
Last but not least, Aaron Dela Cruz: He's a little harder to read because I haven't really gotten around to rping him yet, but I think, sort of off the top of my head, that Ravenclaw seems like it would be the best fit for him. He's inquisitive and he's innovative, and if you combine that with his drive to understand and connect his two worlds together, that sort of reflects Ravenclaw's intellectual and creative spirit. It would nurture his curiosity and provide him with the environment to explore the mysteries of magic and technology together. That said though, his focus on relstionships and loyalty to family often take precedence for him, so Hufflepuff would probably be a close second?
