Y39 Gryffindor Practice S1

Lysander tried to swing his bat at the incoming bludger but missed, grunting when it smacked into him. He rubbed at the sore spot and gave Isaiah a thumbs up. "Great shot!" He yelled, and flew on to find another bludger of his own.
 
Elara kept looking for the snitch.
 
Sully stuck with Noel as they crossed the pitch, trying to keep an eye out for Chloë or any bludgers headed their way.
 
Nikko watched closely as Noel had hold of the quaffle and got ready to block once he got a little closer.
 
Lysander swung his bat, but his shot went wide.
 
Nikko kept his eye on the quaffle but tried not to let himself get too tense. The last thing he needed was for his nerves from keeping him from blocking a goal.
 
Where had that snitch gotten off to? At least the alternate hadn't managed to catch it yet. That gave him just a little confidence boost as he kept looking
 
Lysander darted off to chase after a new bludger, since none seemed to be nearby.
 
Nikko kept watch over the hoops, waiting for the chasers to make their move.
 
Lysander reached the bludger, but it darted away before he could manage a swing at it.
 
Flynn tried to sit back and watch everyone else for a moment. This was just a practice and he could afford to take just a little break to stop feeling so fustrated.
 
Elara was frustrated she hadn’t seen the snitch within her reach yet. What if Lysander thought he had made a mistake adding her to the team? She had to prove to the whole team she was supposed to be here.
 
Well, that was enough of sitting around. Back to the search. He decided to fly a little higher to get a better view of the pitch below him in the hopes he might be able to see the snitch.
 
Emma missed another bludger, this was getting very annoying.
 
Sully stuck with Noel, wanting to make sure they made it to the other hoops in one piece.
 
As Noel came closer he looked at Sully and decided to throw it to him to give him an better shot. '' Go for it!'' He than said with an grin.

As he started to rise higher, his eyes finally caught another glint of something shiny. Leaning forward on his broom, Flynn shot off once again after the snitch, grinned as he wrapped his fingers around the fluttering golden ball for the second time.
 
Sully grinned as Noel passed the quaffle, not needing any more encouragement to shoot forward and hurl the quaffle past Nikko. "That's what I'm talking about," he crowed, flying past Noel for a high five. He slowed when he saw Flynn also shoot past after the snitch, pleased to see he'd grabbed it again. Ravenclaw didn't stand a chance.
 
Emma grinned at Flynn as he caught the snitch again, giving him a thumbs up. If he could do this in the match it would be perfect.
 
Chloë had followed Noel and Sully around the pitch, a little jealous that they were able to pass to each other and happily made use of that. She grinned when she noticed Flynn catch the snitch another time before catching the quaffle when it was thrown back out.
 
Isaiah chased after a bludger, completely missing it when he got distracted by the chasers scoring again and Flynn catching the snitch.
 
Nikko was thrown off by Noel's last minute pass to Sully and he missed blocking the shot but a hair. He sighed but threw the ball back into the game and hoped Chloe would score again and make him feel moderately better.
 
Letting the snitch go again, Flynn waited for a moment before once again beginning the search once again.
 
Feeling pleased, Sully took off after Chloë, veering closer and closer to her to threaten a steal if she got too relaxed. She was playing well considering it was two vs one, but Sully wasn't going to take it easy on her.
 
Chloë noticed Sully close as she made her way to the other side of the pitch and she was sure Noel wasn’t far behind. She tried to speed up a little to stay ahead of them. She swerved to the left when she reached the hoops in an attempt to catch Ronald off guard as well, pleased when the quaffle sailed through.
