Y39 Gryffindor Practice S1

Isaiah looked for a bludger to hit but there were none near.
 
Elara saw Flynn catch the snitch again and felt frustration. She watched as he let it go, seeing it swerve around the posts and taunt her. Even though it wasn't the same as catching it after it completely disappeared, she chased after it, finally clasping her hand around the golden ball, feeling its wings fight against the roughness of her hands. She grinned, letting it fly away again and hoping next time she would be the one to really catch it.
 
Nikko clapped and let out a encouraging shout as Chloe made another goal. But now it was time for him to get ready as the other chasers would heading his way.
 
Sully wasn't surprised when Chloë made another goal, giving her a quick wink as he took the quaffle back from Ronald. He turned to head back down the pitch, slowing some to give a whoop of celebration when he saw Elara had gotten the snitch as well. "Yeah! New seeker crushing it!" He called to her as he zipped past, headed for the hoops.
 
Elara couldn't help but giggle when the older chaser cheered her on. She flew up above to keep a lookout for the snitch again, giving a wave to Flynn.
 
Lysander grinned as both seekers managed to catch the snitch in a short span of time. They had it this year!
 
Sully turned to check for Noel, feinting a pass to psych out Nikko as he veered towards the hoops, holding onto the quaffle just long enough to throw it through the center hoop. "Yes!" He called, raising his arms in triumph at another goal.
 
Flynn just raised a brow as the alternate caught the snitch just after he had released it again. "It doesn't count if you just catch it after I just let it go again," he could help but call out, "Try actually finding it yourself next time." She was just piggybacking on his work. Anyone could catch the snitch after watching someone release it.
 
Lysander raised his eyebrows at Flynn's outburst, and brought his whistle to his lips to get his attention. "This is a team, guys! Let's act like it." He shouted, before flying off to hunt down a bludger.
 
Nikko groaned as Sully managed to make another goal past him. It was getting a little frustrating but he took a deep steadying breath as he tossed the quaffle back into the game.
 
Sully let out a low 'ooohh' when Lysander blew the whistle on Flynn. It was well known their seeker was a bit moody but Sully had hoped Flynn would have learnt to lighten up this year.
 
Flynn just rolled his eyes when Lysander decided to blow the whistle at him, "I was just saying." And he was right as well, it was not like she could do that in the match if she actually wanted to win the game. If the opposing seeker caught the snitch, that was that.
 
Chloë caught the quaffle when Nikko threw it back out again, distracted for a second when Flynn wasn't too impressed with their new seeker and Lysander wasn't too impressed with Flynn's reaction. Focussing back on the game she shot forward, hoping to stay ahead of Sully and Noel as she headed for Ronald's side of the pitch.
 
Isaiah loudly cheered when Elara caught the snitch. He knew they weren't officially on the same team this practice but she was his friend and he was keen to see her do well. He frowned when Flynn called out to her though, a little annoyed by his words.
 
Elara frowned at Flynn when he berated her for catching the snitch. She still caught the thing after it was flying on its own, which was a feat within itself. That thing was fast. Glad her other teammates came to her defense, she winked at Zay, glad to have people on her side, and kept searching for the snitch, hoping to catch it by herself this time before Moody McMoodersens caught it again.
 
Chloë continued her way towards the hoops, chucking the quaffle at the right one and watching it go through. She grinned at Sully and Noel when she turned around to wait for the quaffle to be thrown out again, content that chaser squad was still on a roll.
 
He kept an eye on the alternate as he drifted around in search of the snitch once again.
 
Isaiah flew around looking for a bludger to hit.
 
Sully grinned as Chloë managed another goal, scooping up the quaffle as Ronald threw it back out. "Guess we gotta even it back up," he called to Chloë, zipping back across the pitch, keeping an eye out for Noel.
 
Elara kept on searching for a little bit of gold among the clear sky.
 
There was no sign of the snitch again, but he kept looking, hoping to make it three catches before practice ended.
 
Chloë laughed af Sully’s words. “I mean it’s two against one so is it ever really even?” She joked before chasing after him.
 
Isaiah noticed a bludger nearby and swung his bat at it but didn’t really aim it at anything and watched as it just sailed off.
 
Sully laughed at Chloë's response, turning to face her as he quickly passed the quaffle to Noel. "You saying you're not up for the challenge?" He offered, moving his broom to hopefully block her from chasing after Noel. @Noel Waldgrave
 
Emma tried to hit another bludger at one of the chasers but failed to hit anyone.
