Y38 Gryffindor Quidditch Practice S1

Ronald is ready again to monitor the hoops and wants to capture again the quaffle when he glimpses Chloe back to his corner, Ronald is prepared and sees what will happen.

Flynn thought he saw something shining, but once he had gotten over there whatever it was had vanished again.
 
Once she was close enough to the hoops Chloë chucked the quaffle at the left one, not the slightest bit bothered when it didn't make it's way through. "Nice one!" She gave Ronald a thumbs up when he caught it before turning around and getting back into position to wait for the quaffle to be thrown back out again.
 
Ronald felt that this practice is all about having a chance to have the experience that we need in our First match, like on the other side like me as 1st timer in this amazing match between his Teammates, Ronald Response to Chloe "Thanks to you're compliment" and then Ronald passed the quaffle to Noel and see what will come up or to rehearse their maneuver.
 
Emma chased the bludger more, hitting it this time. It didn't hit any of the players, though.
 
Nikko finally felt useful as he blocked Skylar's shot. "Good try!" he called out, not wanting her to feel discouraged. He tossed the quaffle back in to play and watched as Chole grabbed it. He cheered as Ronald blocked it, happy to see the other boy getting the hang of it. But now he had to get ready as he waited to see who would grab the quaffle next.
 
Skylar smiled as both Nikko and Chloë told her that her attempt had been a good try. It was nice to know they were all so friendly and supportive, it made being on the team so much better! She cheered as Ronald blocked Chloë's shot, happy that he was doing so well after blocking Sully's earlier on as well. Grabbing the quaffle again, she grinned as she realised she was beginning to get better at catching it and not fumbling it as much, and she continued back down the pitch, keeping an eye out for bludgers.
 
Still nothing at all.
 
Chloë watched as Skylar grabbed the quaffle, glad the the two new additions to their team were seemingly settling into their positions. Nevertheless, it was a little disheartening she hadn't heard any cheers coming from Flynn yet though. When Skyler flew off Chloë turned around and shot after her.
 
It seemed like both Ronald and Nikko were properly warmed up now, Sully figured, as they each blocked the next two shots. Skylar had the quaffle now and Sully moved to follow after her with Chloë.
 
Continuing down the pitch, Skylar kept an eye out for bludgers but also for Sully and Chloë. They'd stolen the quaffle from her twice now, and she didn't want it to happen for a third time. She glanced around for Noel or Knox, wondering if they'd do a better job at scoring than she would, but didn't see them yet, so she guessed she'd just have to try and score again herself.
 
Skylar had made it to the other end of the pitch without any problems, and now it was time to try and score. She knew Nikko was a good keeper, so she shouldn't be too hard on herself if she didn't get it in, but she wanted to prove herself. Getting closer, she wasted no time and threw the quaffle into the left hoop, but frowned in disappointment as her attempt to score failed yet again. At least it seemed like Flynn wasn't the only one having trouble today... she turned back around and waited to see which of the other chasers Nikko would throw the quaffle to, and prepared to follow them.
 
Lysander attempted to intercept Skylar with a bludger, but his shot went wide, and he watched as Nikko blocked her shot. He gave him a thumbs up and continued on.
 
There was still no sign of the snitch as he continued to fly around. Talk abut a kick to your confidence.
 
Lysander neared another bludger and scanned around for who was nearby. "Emma!" He called out in warning, before batting the bludger and sending it rocketing in her direction to see if she'd be able to knock it back.

Chloë watched as Nikko was able to block Skylar’s shot again, catching the quaffle when he threw it back out.
 
The snitch had actually vanished, that was the only explanation he could come up with as to why he hadn't found it yet.
 
Seeing Chloë catch the quaffle after Nikko threw it back in, Skylar turned and followed her, still looking out for bludgers, thinking it was weird that all the other chasers except for her had been hit so far.
 
cue me actually double checking I put Flynn in the system correctly :p

Lysander flew off, spotting another bludger to try and utilise.
 
Chloë tried to keep ahead of the other chasers as she made her way to the hoops Ronald was guarding. Planning not to let anyone interfere she quickly tossed it at the left hoop when she got close enough, watching as it sailed through again.
 
Ronald detects Chloe she going for his Hoops, Ronald attempt to catch the quaffle and hope that he snaps the quaffle to his hand.
 
(no, the system just clearly hates me all of a sudden XD )

It was hopeless, the longer he flew around without finding the snitch and more and more downtrodden he was feeling about the whole thing.
 
Emma looked up as Lysander yelled her name and watched as the bludger flew in her direction. She tried to hit it back, or at least to deflect it, and she managed to hit it. It flew away from her and hit Skylar Anderson instead. Emma winced as she realized she had accidentally hit someone on her own team. "Sorry!" She yelled.

Sully whooped as Chloë managed to snag the quaffle after Nikko's block, and again when she sent it sailing through the hoops on the other side of the pitch. "Now we're back in business," he said with a grin, checking over his shoulder for the team gold chasers to see if he could managed a steal before they moved.
 
Lysander had been glad to see the bludger he’d hit Emma’s way fly back, though he winced when her own teammate took a hit instead.
