Y38 Gryffindor Quidditch Practice S1

They were on fire today no doubt, and Sully let out a whoop when Chloë and Noel both managed to score. "Keeping up?" he called to Skylar as he turned his broom around, moving to follow Chloë with the quaffle. She'd been playing well so far and Sully liked to think it was the rest of the chaser squad's good influence.
 
Emma was glad she had managed to hit Sully early on, but the practice was ongoing and she wasn't hitting much else. Truthfully, she wasn't paying much attention to the chasers, mostly focusing on trying to hit a bludger, any bludger.
 
Chloë moved further down the pitch with the quaffle, casually looking around to see where the other chasers were and if she’d have the opportunity to pass to Sully.
 
Sully tried to keep a weather eye out for any bludgers or the team gold chasers as he and Chloë crossed the pitch, ready to play interference or give Chloë a warning if he could.

Nikko sighed as he missed blocking Noel's attempt. But he threw the quaffle back and watched as Chloe raced towards he other goal, giving him a moment to get ready before it headed back to him.
 
Ronald another hand of the side trying to block the attempts of the scarlet team but the strategy of sully and Chloe have trust in each other but our Gold team tries to break their strategy and get some point but to do that I'm just opposing their quaffle and get some recognition to the Gryffindor Quidditch team.
 
Flynn continued to fly around looking, simply feeling worse and worse about things by the second. Well, this was going pretty rubbish for him if he couldn't even find the stupid snitch once.
 
Coming up towards the hoops Chloë spotted an opportunity to pass to Sully rather than go for it herself. Passing at one of the last seconds had proven to be both succesfull and unsuccesfull before, but she figured it couldn’t hurt to try. @Solomon Tofilau
 
Ronald figure out the pass move of Chloe to Sully and their attempt Ronald try to stop their moves but their teamwork is incredible, Ronald try to stop the quaffle with the help of his chest but it's not working, Ronald try to encouraging more to stop the quaffle on scarlet, Ronald tossed the quaffle to Noel and I see if the Gold chaser gets another goal in our team.

Sully met Chloë eye, grinning and grabbing the pass from her and lobbing it straight through the center hoop. "Dream team, yeah!" he crowed, raising a hand to high five Chloë again.

You need to wait for a chaser to either miss or score in a post before RPing a save Ronald :) It's determined by RNG in the Quidditch system when we post.
 
Nikko couldn't help but laugh at Sully's shouting. But he gripped the broom handle tight as he waiting to see who would grab the quaffle next.
 
Sully was feeling pretty smug with how practice was going, sitting back on his broom as he waited for the quaffle to be thrown back in.
 
As Sully called out to her whether or not she was keeping up, she grinned. "Of course I am, just you wait!" she shouted back with a smile on her lips, and flew after him and Chloë, trying to see if there was an opening she could use to intercept. When Chloë threw the quaffle to Sully, she sped up in an attempt to intercept but missed, and watched with a frown as she saw the quaffle sail through the hoop. They were definitely good, and having played together for so long she knew they'd be hard to beat.

As Ronald threw the quaffle back out, she reached out and grabbed it, and thankfully didn't even fumble it as much, and quickly shouted "It's ok, you'll get it next time Ronald!!" before she turned around and sped back the other way towards where Nikko would be waiting, watching to see where her teammates were, and if there were any bludgers around.
 
Sully was pleased to see both Skylar and Ronald were fitting in well, he was sure it'd be easy to get discouraged when him and Chloë was kicking so much butt. He turned quickly as Skylar took the quaffle, not wanting her to get too much distance from him before she hit the other end of the pitch.
 
Nikko watched Skylar grab the quaffle and started towards him. He felt ready this time and kept an eye out for the other chasers.
 
Seeing Sully following her out of the corner of her eye, she tried to put on a bit of speed but, once again, almost lost her balance. The quaffle almost slipped out of her grasp but she managed to hold onto it, although she had no idea how she'd managed that. She had definitely been pretty lucky so far, considering the fact she'd never properly played Quidditch before this, but she was incredibly happy with how it was going, and only hoped she wouldn't muck up too badly later on in the practice. She slowed down a bit to make sure she didn't fall off, and hoped that an opportunity would come when she could pass to one of her teammates, or she'd just have to go for it and try and score.
 
Sully nearly shot clean past Skylar when she slowed down. He hadn't been expecting it, but at least it helped put him between her and Nikko. He grinned at her as he turned to face her, ready to play a little defense if he could.
 
Lysander pulled back, swiping at a bludger coming by in the opposite direction. It toward Skylar, but missed entirely as she slowed down.
 
Nikko was on high alert when Skylar slowed and wondered if she was going to try some kind of maneuver. But he was ready for what ever she or the other chasers were going to pull.
 
Chloë was content her decision had worked out, happily high fiving Sully again when he had made the shot. It was good to see Skylar catch the quaffle again and she quickly turned around to follow the other girl, slowing down when she did and curiously seeing what she was up to.
 
This was not going well and his hopes of beating Blake to the snitch in their first game was looking just a little grim if he couldn't even find the snitch during a practice.
 
Lysander glanced around the skies for another bludger. Seeing none close enough, he flew off to the other side of the pitch to search.
 
Ronald sees the frustration of our Seeker because he can see the Golden Snitch, Ronald shouted to Flynn and said " You Can Do It, Flynn " Ronald so proud of his batchmate and know he grabs the snitch in any minutes, Ronald tries to defend the South Hoop and calm his self to this practice and realize that he was so comfortable what he is doing right now.

With Skylar slowing down close to the hoops and Sully right in front her Chloë figured that might be distraction enough for her to sweep in from behind and get a hold of the quaffle. She wondered for a second if she should though, but figured it was just something that was part of training as well. Chloë pushed forward, stealing the quaffle from Skylar's hold as she flew past her. She tried to be more careful doing it than she would be if it were any of the other chasers though, mostly because she didn't want the other girl to lose balance and fall of her broom in the process. "Sorry!" She called out at younger girl as she turned around, making way for the other side of the pitch again with the quaffle now in her possession.
 
(OOC: sorry for taking so long to respond, something unexpectedly came up and I wasn’t on HNZ for those few hours even though I’d planned to be!)

Skylar had been feeling pretty happy with how she’d been doing, but everytime she stumbled and almost fell off her broom, her confidence decreased. She had planned on passing to one of her teammates but before she even realised what was happening Chloë had stolen the quaffle! Looking around in surprise, she just smiled as Chloë yelled out an apology, choosing to think on the positive side that it meant she could practice now and hopefully be able to do it during the actual house match. “All good, but watch out, I’ll get my revenge!” She called out with a good natured grin, before speeding off after her, wondering how exactly she’d stolen the quaffle and if she could somehow steal it too.
