Hufflepuff Practice Y38 S2

Still circling the pitch, Elliot smiled when he heard Amy congratulating René, though he kept his eyes focused on his search.

René beamed when Amy congratulated him, turning to follow her as she took the quaffle.

Bludgers were hitting a lot of people, and Lucas was hoping to stay out of their way. But it wasn't that long until he was hit as well. Lucas yelped in pain, though he kept on searching for the snitch.

The sun caused the hoops to cast long shadows as Elliot flew past. He took a moment to catch the dark patches weren't obscuring the snitch but to no avail.

Feeling pretty good about himself but not wanting to press his luck again, René tossed the quaffle over to @Jordan Harris.

Jordie was following the others, catching the quaffle when it was thrown to him.

With the day warming up and classes starting soon, Elliot knew they wouldn't have too much longer before they had to call practice, but he hoped they could managed a bit longer with their last game so close.

Pleased to have made a successful pass, René stuck near Jordie, trying to stay close to the other chaser while watching for bludgers.

Jordie made his way around the pitch, focused, and managed to score a goal. He smiled, pleased with himself, and looked back to Rene.

René cheered as Jordie made another goal, trying to decide if he could reach far enough to give him a fist bump or something like he'd seen Sully do. He had to drop the idea when Linden threw the quaffle back out however, needing both his hands to catch it.

Elliot smiled when he heard the celebration of another goal scored. It was good the chasers were doing and putting Linden through his paces, Gryffindor's chasers were no joke.

Tilly cheered when Jordie scored a goal. She slapped away a bludger, sparing her teammates for now.

Elliot kept circling the pitch, wondering if they could manage another catch before the end of practice and checking on Lucas over his shoulder.

René did a lap of the pitch, deciding he'd have one more go at a goal and groaning when Linden blocked his shot.

Jordie smiled softly in disappointment when Rene missed. He caught the ball as it was thrown in again and started around again.

Elliot swiveled when he heard something zip past his head, but he wasn't able to spot anything, not even a bludger.

René was relieved when Jordie took the quaffle again, moving away from the hoops to give him more room.

Jordie made his way back around and threw the ball, but frowned when it didn't go through. Maybe he was doomed to a fifty fifty scoring.

Amy caught the quaffle as it was thrown into play.

Certain he'd just been buzzed by the snitch, Elliot changed direction, trying to see if he could spot any sign of it.

René was gutted that Jordie missed his shot too, but at least they'd both missed now. He followed after Amy now as she took the quaffle.

Amy saw Rene following her, but kept a look out for the other chasers as she flew along.

Elliot flew in a careful pattern, making sure he was getting a good view of the pitch.

René was content to let Amy take the lead, following along as she flew with the quaffle.

Elliot tried to shake out his shoulders as he flew, not wanting to get too tense.
