[Chloe Thompson]

Hello and welcome to this PD in which I ask you all for plots because I really want to get back into plotting but have been lacking a bit lately. Life has been rough. Honestly though if there's anything I have noticed it's that more threads/talks/plots = more motivation and more getting into the zone when it comes to writing!

So here's me throwing in everyone I have! Some need more specifics and others need specifically more than the rest but in general all ideas are welcome. Disclaimer: students are categorized based on which year they'll be in Y43.

Spoiler: Young Adults + Adults

Professor Joseph Burleigh 44 years old CoMC 5-7 · Laid-back · Dad​

Joseph is a Magizoologist and has been a professor at Hogwarts for a couple of years now. He loves his creatures and he loves his students, simple as that. And if he can teach his students to love those creatures as much as he does than he has done all he can to make the world a little bit better. Aside from teaching he also cares for injured or endangered creatures back at home where he rehabilitates them or makes sure they are taken to a safer habitat. Far away from the possibility of being discovered by Muggles. I have probably said this before but he could use some better relationships with his colleagues. His most recent assistant has now graduate so unless I've forgotten someone he now has two spots for students that might be interested in helping out.

Freya Odegard 29 years old Honeyduke's Owner · New mom​

Freya here is one of my very first babies who now just to happen to have twin babies of her own with her boyfriend Asaiah Murphy. She's also the current owner of Honeyduke's and while she had just gotten used to owning a shop now has to try and find a new balance in life between owning a shop and taking care of her babies. A true challenge, that's for sure. Freya could definitely use some friends. Perhaps especially some who are new moms as well. Any Honeyduke's related plots or ideas are more than welcome and she could even use some quidditch related plots since her boyfriend coaches a pro team.

Leif Odegard 26 years old Charismatic · Figuring it out​

Part two of a few of my first kids on here. Leif is now 26 and I have done very, very little with him ever since he graduated from Hogwarts. By now he has finished a study in Educational Psychology at a Muggle University and is currently trying to figure out which direction he should take his life in. Something that has always been difficult for him. He's as charismatic as he has ever been and has been trying out different sports in an attempt to get some more rhythm back into his life after graduating from Uni. Leif could use more friends. People to hang out with, practice sports with, go for drinks with. Anything really. Perhaps someone that could help him in figuring out a career path. In general, I just want to plot some fun things with him because I love him and miss plotting with him.

Archer Thompson 24 years old EVELYN Model · Beauxbatons alumnus​

Archer has been living the life for a while now. He started as a model for EVELYN close to graduation and has been working for the company ever since. Blessed by good genetics as he would say so himself. Other than that however, I haven't done much with him since graduation and he could really use more action. He's friendly, caring and a little bit cocky. Untill recently he lived in an apartment with his younger sister but has been on his own since she moved out. My boy could use some more friends for starters. Any job related threads might be fun as well. He has been single for a while now so romance is also fully open, be it a fling or something more long-term (boys only).

Caden Cavanaugh 20 years old Muggle · British · Drop-Out​

Caden here was a bit of a rebellious teen, but for good reason. He grew up in a wealthy home with an ever absent father. Don't get me wrong he was there physically, he just wasn't there. His mom always tried to over-compensate by smothering him which didn't exactly make things better either. Accompanied by a head that's rich for trouble and a certain sense of arrogance he dropped out of his studies when he was 18 and used his dad's money to go travel through New Zealand. Not much has changed since. Except for the fact that while his mom used to send him money before she seems to have given up now. Perhaps in an effort to get him to come home. After all, he is used to a life of wealth so maybe not having enough would have him decide that things were better at home. However, Caden isn't one to give up easily and is now working as a bartender at a Muggle bar to make ends meet. It isn't everything he would've wanted it to be, but running back home with his tail between his legs doesn't sounds promising either. Caden could use anything. Friends. Fun. Flirts. Whatever you can possibly imagine. Romance is open but I'm not sure whether he would commit to anything long-term. To make things more interesting: Caden is actually the half brother of one of my other kids, Chase Campbell. They just don't know that yet. Anyone up for playing a part in that story: hit me up!

Gabrielle Perrault 20 years old MUA · Quidditch Shop Manager · Beauxs alumna​

Gaby here is as fun as people come. She graduated from Beauxbatons a couple of years ago where she was a Chaser and eventually a Captain on the Quidditch Team. Her mom used to play for the French National Team and now owns two of her own Quidditch supply shops: one in France and one in Norway. Gaby helps out by being a co-manager at the shops and does some work as a starting MUA inbetween. She can also be found in NZ from time to time since she has friends there. Gaby could use a lot. Friends. People from Beauxbatons to reconnect with. Threads related to either one of her jobs. Romance (girls only).

Chloë Thompson 20 years old Macaws Chaser · '56 Grad​

I don't feel like I have to introduce Chloë anymore so hi, here we are. She's pretty set on a lot of things but I just want to keep doing things with her. Hang outs with friends. Bonding with teammates. Perhaps even being recognized. Anything really.

Ana Sofia Burleigh 17 years old '58 Graduate · Artist​

Have group changes occured yet? No and yes, it hurts me to put her in this list but I'm just mentally preparing for what's to come so here we are. Ana Sofia is my most recent graduate and will set out into the world, not entirely ready to see what adult life will bring her. For now, she has decided that she will aid her dad in helping take care of his creatures back at home while he is at school teaching. At the same time she is looking into possibly starting her own shop or just figuring out if she can find a job that will allow her to use her creativity. Ana Sofia has a couple of good friends who she would love to keep seeing after graduation but I'm also keen for her to possible make some new friends. Could be people from school she never really had the chance to connect with. Could be complete strangers. Anything really.

Noah Webb 6h year Ilvermorny · Chaser · Little Bitter​

Noah here is one of my two students at other schools (who accidentally also happen to both be the same age but who cares). Noah used to attend Hogwarts Scotland (Slytherin) and played Quidditch for his house team back there. Unfortunately for him things got a little rough for his dad and he was forced to move back to the states to go and stay with his mom. At that point he felt like things could not get any worse. He did make his way onto the quidditch team at his new school though, so at least there was that. Noah hasn't exactly managed to connect with many students at his new school. Then again he hasn't specifically tried to either. He used to think that he wouldn't be there for long but by now it has been two years and any chances of moving back to Scotland before graduation have fleeted. He could use a few friends. Some people to get along with. Perhaps some romance.

Ava Hastings 6th year Beauxbatons · Quiet · Beater​

Ava is my other student at a school that isn't Hogwarts. She used to live with her mother but was forced to move in with her grandmother when she died. For most part, Ava gets along with her grandmother. She's friendly and takes good care of her. Was good enough to take her in. The only thing they differ in is their opinions on Quidditch. Ava's mom played Quidditch on a professional level but her grandmother has always despised the sport. Needless to say she wasn't pleased when Ava made the team at Beauxbatons. She had tried to keep it a secret at first but the gear she needed was kind of a dead giveaway. Could use anything. Ava is a bit of a quiet person but that's mainly because she doesn't feel like wasting energy in reaching out to others. Instead, she prefers putting her energy into something useful. Like smacking bludgers and being succesfull at Quidditch. Perhaps something like a pen pal might be fun.

Spoiler: Students

Isaiah Thompson 7th year Captain + Beater · Bold​

Isaiah. Zay. Dumbass. Whatever you want to call him really. Zay has been living his best life at Hogwarts so far and you know what? Good for him. He's a beater on the Gryffindor team and since last year has also gained the title of Captain. He's been dubbed Class Clown before and has poudly embraced that title. Zay also used to host yearly parties for his classmates and while that might not have happened this year he's ready to throw the biggest and best of them yet in their graduating year. He has plenty of friend but is always on the lookout for more and keen to hang out with the ones he already has. Any trouble making or quidditch related plots are always welcome.

Ivelisse Burleigh 6th year Seeker · Not quite invincible​

Ivelisse is my Slytherin baby that mostly only has two things on her mind: quidditch and being better than everyone else. In whatever way she needs to be. She has led the Slytherin team to multiple victories and Quidditch cups since she became their starter seeker yet can't help but to feel unappreciated. Something she tries to shake off because she knows better. Those victories were hers. Sure, they were a team but she was the one to catch the snitch. (Boy can you imagine the living hell her life will become once she finds out Celia will be captain from now on ). She started out her time at Hogwarts with the idea that she needed to be popular, needed to have friends and be surrounded by people if she wanted to be someone. By now she has realized that plan has failed and she can be someone without dozens of friends. However, it would still be nice for her not to spend her last two years at Hogwarts completely alone so she could use some friends. She doesn't think she's that unlikeable after all. Or some more interactions with the ones she has once made. Any romance ideas could also be interesting. Prefect related plots are also welcome.

Kiara Thompson 4th year Timid · Perfectionist · Alone​

Kiara here is the baby of the Thompson family and one I have done very little with ever since she has gotten to Hogwarts. She's a nice kid but she's shy and quiet, something that hasn't been extremely useful in her search for friends. She had made some friends back when she first came to school but finds it difficult to keep up with them. Especially since most of them are so much more outgoing than she is. She feels like she's always two steps behind and it's starting to get to her. Starting to make her feel quite alone, even in a castle filled with students. She could possibly use some more interaction with the friends she has. Maybe some new ones. People who will try and get her to come out of shell or at the very least make sure she's comfortable. People who would let her sit quietly while others talk yet make sure to see that she's alright. Perhaps some romance. Think puppy love, one-sided crush(es), perhaps someone to break her heart or (future) relationships.

Senna Overby 3rd year Everything Enthousiast · Your Best Friend​

Senna! I think I've said it before and this is me outing myself but Senna is basically Isaiah, just in a different font. She's extremely outgoing and bubbly and basically wants to be everyone's friend. Unless you're mean to her or her friends. Then she'll get real defensive. Senna loves sports and tried out for the quidditch team last year but isn't sure whether or not she should try again. After all, she doesn't know much about the sport and has never been able to practice it much. She does, however, know a professional quidditch coach and will gladly brag about that. More friends, more friends! People who dislike her/think she's too much idk. Perhaps some quidditch related threads. Any Muggleborn support. Ideas for any future romance are welcome.

Chase Campbell 2nd year does not care​

Chase is my not so typical Hufflepuff. Ever since he can remember it has just been his mom and him trying to make ends meet. They've never had much money and he has always learned what's important and what's not. Nevertheless, that's something that's difficult to acknowledge for a kid that's now living in a castle and surrounded by other students. On top of that Chase struggles with trusting others enough to get close to them. He never knew his dad and his mom won't tell him much about him. Just that he wasn't something they had planned which made Chase believe that his dad didn't want him. That he left him. And that hurts. So why should he make friends or trust others when there's always the possibility that they end up hurting or leaving him? Nah. If he keeps others at bay than he keeps himself from getting hurt. While he won't easily accept new friends I think it would be fun for some people to possibly try and poke through his tough exterior. There's been one succes story to tell so far so it isn't undoable. And while he might not be the most fun he will turn out to be a solid friend. Trustworthy and caring. (Or perhaps he grows close to someone who will end up hurting him anyways who knows).

Eloise Aster 1st year No Discernible Personality​

Eloise here is my newest kid and will be sorted this year (Y43). She comes from a wealthy, upper class family and has always been kept under tight reigns. From a young age she was taught what to say and how to act, always with the goal of pleasing her parents. Of making a good impression. Living up to the family name. Her dad works for the Ministry and her mom is a socialite. Eloise has spend a lot of time around governesses and never really learned how to be herself. Form a strong personality of her own. Just how to be the pleasantly perfect daughter her parents needed her to be when they were around. Who knows what life will bring to such an influencable young mind when she's at school, away from the life she's used to? Although she isn't entirely sure how having friends works Eloise could use some. She might also be the perfect acquaintance for anyone looking to up their status since I feel like her family name would definitely be known in certain social circles. She might look up to people with strong personalities. Connections with anyone she might know from her parents social lifes or the Scouts are welcome as well.

I have a couple of things for you;

For Ivelisse or maybe for Kiara (whichever you think could work) is Valeria. Valeria is very fun and girly. She likes fun and is a very friendly and open person. She's between them in age She's Ivelisse's age, but think she could be like a friend who tries to help Kiara be more confident but could also just be an easy enough friend to Ivelisse.

Also happy if you wanna do some Ive and Eugene - we haven't done that in a while.

Emmanuel and Senna are fun if you wanna do another thread for them.

For Chase I can offer Savannah, they're in the same year and probably equally apathetic about school but for different reasons. I can't say that they'd get along, but could be fun anyway.

Also happy to offer either Stefan or Misha for your professor.

Freya x Gabriella: I believe they met and worked before together at Norwegian MOM?? Or I imagine things. She could use some social contacts.

Leif x Sofia: I think they could get along nicely. She is related to Therese but she has no clue of their relationship before sooo. I love to try them out. Like in a public place or something or even in Scandinavia.

Caden x Giselle: I guess they can match. Giselle also dropped out (but very different reasons) She visits bars a lot so perhaps run into eachother there. She is kind of a mess though but with her love for alcohol we could see where this leads. Nice conversations or not xd

i have briar rowan Cullen: lindens mum. As she runs the departments of magical creatures and also tried to rehabilitate the creatures she comes accross I am sure that their paths will cross from time to time. They are probably friends already.

Freya
I have niamh Eriksen. She likes the sweet shop especially as she can speak her native language with the owner.
I have Rhiannon archer. She is a healer specialising in pregnancy and children. She is also a mum herself to a two (or was it three) year old and a six month old.

for Leif
I have willow Cullen. She is a couple of years younger. But sporty and an auror. We could throw them together and see how they interact as friends.

for kiara
I have niamh. She is the year above her and in hufflepuff. She could be a friend.

for Eloise
I (will) have Hugo he will be sorted next year and my prediction will be a claw. He has a tendency to be found in a quiet corner with a book. They could be friends.

Eloise x Eliza - I have my upcoming first year to offer to you - I'm not sure if they'd get along or not, but I would love to give it a go! I think El is the complete opposite from Eloise. Eliza is very chaotic and very smiley and doesn't really care about anything - But again, I'm always keen to put them together and see how that goes!

For Kiara I was thinking maybe Gwen could take an interest in her, she's looking for more 'friends' (followers) who she can boss around.

Isadora and Kiara should send each other letters, Isadora is transferring to Durmstrang this year (not by choice)

I could also offer Penelope as a friend for Senna and Ezra as a (potential) friend (or annoyance) for Chase.

Hey I replied to the thread Kiara has with Valeria while shopping, is it ok if I wait a bit with starting a new thread for them, now that they met in that one? It seemed like a good way to have them sort of know each other

Hey! I know my muse has been terribly spotty and my memory is quite bad so I won't offer a lot but a couple of ideas if you're interested (don't feel obligated or pressured to take any of them if you aren't keen):

1. My other school quidditch players are also both 6th years and I feel awful enough that Gwydion is also a Hogwarts Scotland transfer to Ilvermony because it probably keeps seeming like I'm copying you and I swear every time it's completely accidental and unintentional (I still feel guilty about the surname thing, like every day). Point is, if you'd be interested in either Dion and Noah being friends (maybe like the 'oh we've kind of known of each other for a while but never really gotten to know each other' kind of deal) or Ava and Xenia talking Quidditch they're both options!

2. Senna's info has made me again consider having Aine bring back the muggleborn support group But also I'm thinking since the now 4th years are a pretty small group we should do something with that group as a whole! Aine might try to talk to Kiara and be friendly and probably end up being intimidating or something but that could always be an awkward group thing - funnily enough Aine thinks she's the odd one out by feeling like most of the other girls are a lot more quiet and gentle than she is.

3. I've also got Oz for either Chase or possibly more likely Eloise? That might be a little down the line because I've gotta do an app for him that would have an impact on his interactions but he's a decent kid who's been through a pretty horrible time and can be short tempered. He knows his manners and he has been well raised but he feels like he's been babied and he lashes out at pity or what he thinks is false sympathy. Idk, I feel like he and Eloise could be odd friends of sorts.

Sorry I am not very good at being concise again if nothing appeals no pressure at all just thought I'd offer a couple of ideas up!

Noah x Gwydion: honestly had been planning on messaging you about them when I found out they transferred in from the same school but then my activity got spotty but yes would be keen on them being like okay hi we were literally classmates at another school as well let's go (also def no need to worry, you're good!)

Kiara x Aine: would totally be up for that! I feel like it would be a v interesting combination

Oswald x Eloise: same because I have no idea what Eloise would be like with different kinds of people

Zay x Wes: absolutely they need to go be dumb together -- Zay will def want to host a party this year that's bigger and better than his previous ones so he'll def enlist Wes (and perhaps Kaia as well) to help out but I'll get back to you about that later. Other than that I'm up for anything!
