Y38 Club Fair

Cyzarine looked at the girl who approached her and smiled. "Oh it's super easy, all you need to do is sign your name here and that's it," she said with a cheery smile. She handed the young girl a quill and a sign up sheet so that she could do so. "Do take a muffin if you'd like,"

Surprised at herself, Leora found herself at the student club fair. She had never really been someone sociable, and it seemed almost impossible that she wanted to join a student club. She had heard about the different clubs available, but only one of them really spoke out to her. She was a nail artist and enjoyed painting her nails doing little designs on them. Leora was talented at nail art, and had even promised to come up with creative designs for some of her friends. She headed over to the Conglomerated Arts table, looking around shyly. Taking a deep breath, she forced herself to speak up. "Can...I...join?" she finally managed to ask.

Nia smiled at the older girl. She was super exciting to join the club. She took the sign up sheet and scribbled her name on it, thanking the girl as she returned the sign up sheet and the quill. “Can I?” Nia asked, her eyes beginning to shine. She could never refuse anything sweet. They were her weak spot. She helped herself to a muffin and thanked the girl.

“How many times a week do you all meet up?” Nia asked, before taking a bite from her muffin. The muffin was yummy. "Did you make these?" she asked.

Natalia had been thinking she should probably join Heta Omega, as it seemed to be the sort of club where she would make necessary connections. But there was something about the club that held her back, even now as she slowly approached the booth. She was just... very bad at talking to strangers, and that seemed to be what that club was almost entirely about. The only thing all the members had in common was that they were all girls, which meant Natalia would also have to talk to girls she didn't want to associate with. The girl stopped in her tracks and moved in another direction, almost letting her feet guide her. When she eventually stopped in front of the Wild Patch Club, she wasn't even that surprised. She had always loved plants and her little garden at home, so maybe... it would be alright if she tried to make connections in a club like this. "I would like to sign up." She told the boy manning the booth, who she recognized as the Head Boy.

Emily was busy with making sure people were signing up correctly and if she had brought enough pencils with her. She returned the smile and looked at the boy. ‘’ Sure, you can grab a colour changing pencil and sign up here’’ Emily pointed to the sign up sheet. ''You can keep the pencil afterwards'' Emily said to the boy. @Nolan Burke

''Of course you can join.'' Emily said to the girl that seemed rather shy ''If you are creative and want to create and make things, this club is perfect for you'' She told the girl while handing over one of the pencils. ''You can sign your name on the sheet'' Emily pointed to the clipboard that was one her table. @Leora Elena Gielen

Max didn't even know how he'd ended up at the Club Fair, but now that he was here he wondered what it was all about. Glancing around, he noticed that there was a stall covered in pink, a stall covered in crafty things, one in plants and a few others. None of those really appealed to him though, so he continued walking around to see whether there was anything worth signing up for. There was one that finally caught his attention, it was simply decorated and not too over the top, plus it had sweets set out on the table which was obviously a bonus. Reading the sign above the stand, Max couldn't help but scoff as he saw it said 'Brotherhood of Magic'. It sounded a bit lame, but he walked up to the table anyway. "Excuse me, what is this club about?" he asked one of the boys behind the stall, wanting to know what it even was before signing up to it. @Simon Thorne

Elliot had been checking over the sign up sheet when another student approached asking to sign up. "Oh, that's great. You can just put your name down here if you like," he said, sliding over the sign up sheet and adjusting his flower crown. "And let me know if you have any questions." @Natalia Novak

Cyzarine gave a warm smile to the younger girl, "Course, go ahead," she said with a warm expression, before giving a little shrug, "We just meet up every so often, there's no set amount given that people can get busy, myself included," she then shook her head, "I got some help from the elves, they ended up doing most of the work really. I'm not much of a baker myself unfortunately,"

Chloe heard the plants make a smile appear on her face, as planting and caring for the plants was one of the pursuits that helped keep her mind cool when she was angry. ''Yes, of course it interests me.'' She said, then picked up the pen to sign until she had written his name put on the table back feathers. '' What are the plants in a greenhouse is? '' Chloe asked, shifting dark hair over the left shoulder.

@Elliot Briar

Ajaccio looked up at the young boy that approached his stand, he nodded, "Yeah for sure, go ahead," he was happy for people to look at their yearbooks, "You can find old copies of all the yearbooks in the library," he told the boy, knowing that there were copies all the way back to the first was interesting to some he was sure.
@Eugene Nestor

Elliot smiled as the girl signed up, happy to hear they were getting new students who were interested in the Wild Patch. "Well, there's all sorts," he explained when the girl asked what plants they had in the greenhouse. "We grow both magical and mundane plants, you can see a few around here," he said, motioning to the plants he'd brought to decorate the table. "Sometimes we help with growing seasonal things for the school as well like pumpkins and roses." @Chloe Lee

Thomas this year decided to join the club, to somehow be involved more in school life that decided to go Just see where the club can sign. Nothing spoke. The only thing that caught his eye was The Brotherhood of Magic, so he approached the table. ''Hello! I would like to join the club."He said that the corner of the eye looked at the list.

@Noel Waldgrave @Simon Thorne

Simon pointedly ignored his brother as more boys began to arrive at the table. “The Brotherhood of Magic is a club for boys to socialize. We hold different events each semester and sometimes will have events with Heta Omega, the girls club." he explained, slipping easily back into his more cordial self. He raised an eyebrow when an older boy approached him to join. “Sure thing! Just sign your name.” he said with a smile. “We would be happy to have you.” he added when he remembered this boy was one of the new Gryffindor prefects. @Max Kiefer @Thomas Jusantrea

Max frowned a bit when he heard that it was a club for 'socialising'. It wasn't what he'd usually sign up for, but seeing as he would be stuck here for another 7 years he supposed it might be good to at least try and meet some other people. "Ok, thanks." was all he said, still unsure about his decision. But he signed his name anyway, and wondered what it would end up being like, and whether he'd regret signing up or not. @Simon Thorne

Charlie smiled as he saw Caleb. "Hey, Caleb. Oh yeah! Are you?" Charlie replies with a nod when his friend had asked about the club. Charlie turned to the older boy and nodded as the older boy had explained that they just had to sign up on the signup sheet. "Sweet as" Charlie commented before signing his name onto the signup sheet. Charlie then grabs a piece of candy before saying thanks and turns to the other two boys. "I'm gonna go walk around a bit if anyone wants to join. Otherwise, see you guys later" Charlie says with a small wave before making his way out of the stall and walked around for the rest of the time.

@Simon Thorne @Caleb Thorne @Louis Alcott

When he spotted the two boys leaving after introducing he smiled. Some boys with an good vibe it seemed, he was ready to welcome them all. Some others came along and he smiled as Simon spoke to some. He than looked at the others but Simon seemed to be answering all of them questions. He waited for more people who wanted to join, and made sure they had all been writing their names down.

Nolan nodded as Eugene said he was gonna go somewhere else. He then turned back to the girl. "Okay, cool" Nolan says with a small smile, before signing his name onto the sheet. "Really? I can keep it? Awesome! Thanks!" Nolan says with a small smile and nod before he says another thanks to the older girl. (@Emily Underwood )He then mentions that he was going to join the all-boys club too, before making his way to the Brotherhood Club. "Hi. I was wondering if I can sign up? How would I be able to join?" Nolan asks curiously to the older boys. (@Simon Thorne @Noel Waldgrave )

Thomas looked at the boy who addressed him and various events aroused even more interest. He picked up his pen and wrote down his name. '' If events need music, I can help.'' he said, because it really wasn't hard for Thomas to do.
@Simon Thorne

As another person showed up this time he smiled to the younger boy who seemed an first year. '' You sure can. Just sign your name here. That's all!'' He than explained to the boy with an smile. He was not worrying about the same conversation he and Simon would have explaining. He remembered the day he was here new. People to help you out were so handy and welcoming. '' Welcome to the brotherhood.'' He than mentioned with an welcoming smile.
@Nolan Burke

Nolan smiles at the older boy, as the older boy explains what to do on signing up. "Okay, cool" Nolan says with a nod, before taking the sign up sheet and signing his name on it. He then took a lolly that was placed on the table, hoping that the older boys didn't mind that he was taking one. "Thanks" Nolan replies to the older boy, as he welcomes Nolan. He then waves him goodbye, before Nolan decides to walk around the fair for a bit.

Chloe smiled as the boy heard what plants they would have to plant and where to plant them. ''That sounds cool. I really like roses. Pumpkins are quite difficult to grow.'' She said honestly, because she knew it well.
@Elliot Briar

Caleb rolled his eyes as his brother moved him away from the table and grinned at Charlie. “Yeah I think so.” he said brightly and snatched the sign up list before Simon could take it away, and singed his name. “I’ll see you around.” he said, wanting to take his time to check out the other clubs. He waved goodbye to his brother who looked annoyed but was hiding it well. Caleb spotted his brother's friend and another serious looking boy at the SDA table and he decided to avoid them completely. Eventually he spotted the Wild Patch which looked interesting. He started to poke at the flowers at the table and turned to the leader. "I'd like to join, where can I sign up?" he asked eagerly. Happy to join any club that got him outside and seemed fun. @Elliot Briar

Simon tried his best to hide his annoyance as Caleb signed up and left before he could protest. He turned to the older boy and raised an eyebrow at his offer to help with music. "I'll let you know." he said politely. He watched Noel handle some of the sign ups and was glad to get a moment to breath.

Benji had made his way to the club fair as it seemed to be something that most of the students were excited about for the school year. It gave the houses a chance to hang out with kids from all houses over a common interest. Benji did not know what to expect as he walked by the booths but he knew that he wanted to join the brotherhood and the student defense association. After stopping at the two stalls he jotted down his name on the sign-up forms before making his way back to the common room.

For the brotherhood: @Simon Thorne , @Noel Waldgrave
For SDA: @Sydney Townsend, @Tyler Lee

Elliot smiled at the girl, glad she seemed interested in some of the things the club did. He had to excuse himself for a moment though when another student approached and asked about signing up. "Oh great, you can put your name down here," he said warmly, sliding the sign up sheet over. "Let me know if you have any questions." @Caleb Thorne
