I was thinking earlier about TPBM, and thought it could be fun to flip things on their head and give TPAM a try 
The gist of how it works is: you look at the person above you, and write something nice about them! Nothing big, just a quick short compliment. Could be IC (IC: TPAM is great at Quidditch!) or OOC (OOC: TPAM has awesome taste in PBs!) on any topic you choose.
It's always fun to say nice things about people, so this seemed like a good idea to me
