Hello, everyone! I hope you've been having a good first week of the semester. And already we're back for another BWU!
Week 2 Has Started!
We're now headed into Week 2. Make sure you've signed up for classes, and professors, make sure you've posted your lessons for Week 1!
Sorting is Done!
You may have noticed the Sorting Hat saying its goodbyes in Shouty as Sorting is officially closed. For those who like the numbers, we have a total of 46 new firsties: 11 Slytherins, 13 Gryffindors, 10 Ravenclaws, and 12 Hufflepuffs. We also have 3 new transfer students.
New Shopkeepers and Professors
We have a number of new shopkeepers and a temporary professor. Congrats to Geovanna Alder-Cade (Zephie) for taking over as the temporary DADA 1-4 professor. And congrats to our new shopkeepers: Terrell Foley (Verity) - Gambol and Jape's, Cedar Dunn (Rowan) - The Medley, and Syrah Glass (Faye) - The Inner Eye.
Meetings and Events
We have a number of important meetings and events going on right now. The OOC Professors Meeting can be found here, and the IC meeting for prefects is here. Also, don't forget about the Club Fair here if you want to join an official club!
Reminder: Quidditch Tryouts
The other schools still have open Quidditch tryouts. You can try out for Ilvermorny here and Beauxbatons here. It's a great opportunity to have characters outside of HNZ!
Apps are re-opened!
Now that Sorting is over, apps have reopened! If you've been waiting to apply for something, head on over here.
