Gryffindor Quidditch Practice Y40 S1

Flynn gave a big huff as he sat back on his broom, more or less giving up with searching at this point.

Chloë continued her way across the pitch, taking a little detour and flying around some of the other players just to make things more interesting. When she got close to the hoops she managed to get it past Nikko once more.

Isaiah scanned the sky to see which bludger was worth the chase, almost wondering if he could perhaps catch a sight of the snitch so he could help El out.

At least the chasers were doing something.

Nikko swore under his breath as a bludger crashed into him again. He winced as he tried to block Chloe's shot but came up short.

Stan caught the quaffle after Chloe's shot went through the hoops, quickly making his way towards Ronald.

Lysander slowed down his broom, casting a quizzical look in Flynns' direction before flying closer. "You good?" He asked, since the boy seemed a whole lot less motivated in hissearch. Not something he particularly wanted to see in a match.
@Flynn North

He turned his eyes to Lysander when he seemed to slow down and shrugged. "Oh yeah, I'm great. The snitch seemed to have just vanished into thin air." Leaving him to feel rather bored. He would still have some confidence it was around if someone had seen it, but so far, he'd caught it once and no one had seen it since.
@Lysander Summers

Lysander backhanded a bludger with his bat as he listened to Flynn, briefly watching it sail toward @Isaiah Thompson. "Huh, okay." He said. Thinking about it, he couldn't remember the last time he saw it either. He brought his whistle to his lips and blew to get everyone's attention. "Hey, guys. Has anyone seen the snitch?" He called out, in case someone had accidentally flown into it and lost it up their sleeve. Maybe it had run into a bludger and was laying on the grass below?

Isaiah looked around when he heard the whistle of a bludger nearby but was too late to be able to knock it away. He groaned when it collided with his knee, shaking off the pain before shaking his head when Lysander called out to the team.

Chloë followed after Stan when he caught the quaffle, slowing down a little when she heard Lysander call out. “Isn’t that the whole point of a snitch?” She called back jokingly, although she couldn’t help but to look around for a second to see if she could spot the little ball.

"I bet a bird has caught it and flown off with it," he offered as a suggestion as to where it might have gone. "That gets my bet."

Emma was starting to feel a bit grumpy as she missed another bludger.

Just as he was really starting believe the snitch had well and truly gone he finally caught a glint of gold out of the corner of his eye coming out from under the stands. No wonder he couldn't see the bloody thing before if it was hiding down there. Turning on his broom, Flynn wasted no time in shooting after the little golden ball. It was an easy catch all things considered. "No one panic!" He announced. "I found it."

Too focused on scoring to hear what was said around him, Stan sped up towards the hoops when he saw that Chloe was right on his tail. Without much hesitation, the teen threw the quaffle as hard as he could through the middle hoop.

Elara was so distracted by all things not snitch related and getting hit by a bludger that she barely noticed the events leading to Flynn finally catching the snitch again. At least it was actually still in play.

Emma missed another bludger and silently cursed it under her breath.

Lysander had to chuckle at Chloes comment, but he was relieved to see the snitch finally found. The amount of times he'd almost instinctively tried to bat it anytime it flew past was too high, and he couldn't have been sure someone hadn't accidentally struck it. He carried on, finding a bludger to hit.

Ronald felt that our practice was so exhausted, but we have a lot of learning process on this practice game, practical or movement preparation will so good than those learn by study or theoretical, them it will apply in movement that Ronald guess how to have a good practice will be have a good result actual games.

Letting the snitch go again, Flynn waited for just a moment for it to vanish again before flying off to look for it again.

There was certainly a lot going on during this practice. Goals were being scored. The snitch disappeared only to reappear, thankfully. Zee could tell she was losing her focus, which just could not happen even more a moment. She pushed herself to focus as Stan through a quaffle through the hoop. She let out a little cheer for the other chaser. Gripping her broom tighter, she waited for the quaffle to be thrown back into play.

The snitch had gone again, but Flynn was feeling a little more confident that he could find it again.

Lysander struck another bludger, and it sailed away. Goodbye, bludger.

Flynn continued to fly around in his search for the snitch.

Emma hit the bludger Lysander had just hit, but it didn´t hit anyone.
