Gryffindor Quidditch Practice Y40 S1

Flynn thought he saw something but it simply ended up being nothing.

There was certainly a lot going on. Zee noticed herself getting distracted for a moment, which was enough time for a bludger to come her way and hit her directly. She winced with pain as she looked over at the beater who had hit her. It was a good play; mostly her fault for not paying attention. "It's whatever" she said not letting her feelings get in the way. She was bound to get some injuries in this game. She wouldn't even consider this an injury even, just a sharp pain. It would go away eventually. Now focus She thought as she turned her broom to fly after Chloe who now had the quaffle. Zee wanted to be close in case she had a chance to steal it from the ever-scoring chaser.

Chloë continued towards the hoops, taking her shot and grinning at Nikko when it got blocked. “Nice one!

Emma chased another bludger, but she failed to hit it.

Surprised to see Chloe miss her shot, Stan quickly headed towards Ronald when he got in possession of the quaffle again. If even the most experienced chaser on the team could miss, then perhaps missing on occasion wasn't such a bad thing after all.

Emma kept on chasing the bludger, but she missed it again.

The snitch had clearly gone somewhere and Flynn couldn't see it for the time being.

Elara moved her jaw from side to side and hoped to see the snitch fall out of the sky sometime soon.

When Stan got close enough to the hoops that he could make an attempt at scoring again, he aimed and threw the quaffle as hard as he could toward the left hoop. He completely missed his shot, unfortunately.

Lysander struck a bludger, intending to shake Flynn off his search, but it sailed wide and hit @Emma van Houten instead.

Emma tried to hit the bludger back at Lysander but she missed it and it hit her. She scowled.

Flynn moved a little closer to the stands just in case the snitch had gotten lost under the seats, but he saw nothing.

Elara kept on searching for the snitch.

Chloë caught the quaffle again after Stan missed his shot, heading right back for the other side of the pitch almost as if it was becoming a routine.

Isaiah hunter for another bludger to hit.

Nope, the snitch wasn't under the seats so he decided to fly a little higher instead. Maybe it was hidden in the clouds somewhere.

Stan began to follow Chloe once more, still looking for an opportunity to steal the quaffle from her.

Staring at the clouds was really doing him no good so he dropped his gaze again to scan elsewhere.

Chloë chucked the quaffle at the hoops once she got close enough, watching it sail through once again.

Elara was frustrated that the snitch had only appeared one time. She kept looking.

Zee watched as even Chloe missed a goal. In an odd way that made her feel better about her misses. The young Gryffindor wasted no time grabbing the Quaffle out of the air as it was thrown back into play. She made her way towards the hoop that Ronald was guarding.

At least Elara seemed to having worse luck than him and hadn't even caught the snitch once yet.

Zee felt her nerves growing as she flew closer to the hoop. She could feel her heart beating in her chest as she threw the Quaffle, the ball soaring through the hoop. “Yes!” She said aloud, a smile falling on her face. Her first goal of the practice. Hopefully things were turning around for the young Gryffindor.

Stan cheered when it was Zee who made the next goal, smiling brightly at her before turning to wait for the quaffle to be thrown back into play.

There was still no sign of the snitch and he was starting to get more annoyed.
