Gryffindor Quidditch Practice Y40 S1

Ronald is glad that he made it team again and a little bit sad to his cousin he thinks at the right time his cousin will be a member also of our quidditch team. An then Ronald see the 2 new chasers going on his hoops so he prepared to show them the capabilities of the future keeper in our house.
 
Lysander struck a bludger, but the ball flew wide of his target.
 
Elara thought she saw something nearby but realized it was just someone's jewelry catching the sun.
 
With the quaffle underneath his arm Stan advanced toward the other keeper. They were passing the quaffle back and forth but he wanted to know if he could score as easily as Chloe had done. He failed miserably, however, and saw that his shot went as wide as is could go. Ai. Better luck next time.
 
Nikko sighed when the chasers missed again. But he got ready to block when they came back towards him.
 
Lysander was happy to see the chasers working together, despite having a hard time getting past the more experienced keepers. He flew around to pursue another bludger, keeping one eye on the field.
 
Ronald blocked to attempt the score for the new chaser his name is Stan, he passed again the quaffle to another teammate and whenever he got this he was sure that their attempt to score will be a success on another side of the hoops but Nikko is waiting on his side at this moment.

Elara kept searching for that snitch.
 
Chloë watched as the new chasers made another attempt at the hoops, catching the quaffle when Ronald threw it back out and turning around to head to the other side of the pitch.
 
Zay noticed a bludger close to him, chasing after it and giving it a whack only to see it fly in no specific direction.

A little disappointed that he had missed, Stan followed Chloe when she caught the quaffle and sped towards Nikko's side of the field
 
Lysander caught sight of the bludger Isaiah had hit heading toward his side of the pitch, and accelerated to intercept it on its course. He struck it, sending it spinning back toward the other beater. "You can have this one back, Zay!" He called out, mostly as a heads up.

Chloë accelerated a little as she glanced back, not planning on making it easy on the new chasers. She took her shot when she got close enough to Nikko’s hoops, watching it go through and suppressing the urge to turn around and grin at the other chasers like she would’ve done with Noel and Sully.
 
Isaiah had his sights already set on another bludger when he heard someone call out his name. He turned around too late to hit the bludger that was heading his way and grimaced when it collided with his side. “Appreciate it, dude.” Zay groaned jokingly as he rubbed his side.
 
Again, before he could even do anything to intercept Chloe, she had already gone and scored another goal. They really needed to step up their game if she was going to play like that for the rest of the practice. He caught the quaffle when it was thrown back into play and made for Ronaldo, glancing around for Zee.
 
Lysander chuckled and flew off, pursuing another bludger he’d spotted. He caught up and struck it toward @Chloe Thompson, to give the new chasers a better chance.
(Just gonna bully the family apparently)
 
There was still no sign of anything and it sucked.
 
Stan, who couldn't see Zee around him as he flew closer towards Ronald, decided to give it another go. He zigzagged towards the hoops until he was close enough to attempt to score. Throwing it as hard as he could, he watched as it sailed through. Stan cheered, grinning widely. That was more like it.
 
Chloë followed suit after Stan as he made off with the quaffle, grinning when the boy decided to zigzag. Her grin quickly faded when she felt the familiar pain of a bludger colliding with her shoulder and knocking her off course a little. Trying to ignore the pain like always she watched as Stan made his shot, shooting him a thumbs up when it sailed through before swooping in to catch the quaffle from Ronald.
 
Isaiah was impressed when their captain hit both him and his cousin after each other, keen to get back at him. He chased after the bludger closest to him and gave it a hard smack, watching it sail right for @Lysander Summers.
 
At least the chasers and beater seemed to be doing something. But Flynn wasn't bothered. The snitch always took a little while to make an apperance.
 
Stan smiled at the thumbs up Chloe was giving him and immediately turned around to follow her instead.
 
Chloë headed straight for Nikko’s hoops again, hoping to keep the other chasers behind her. She swerved left but aimed the quaffle at the center hoop instead, almost feeling a little bad for Nikko when her shot made it through again.
 
Flynn circled a little higher, hoping the snitch might just be hiding near the clouds.
 
The bludger took him by surprise, and Lysander had to react quickly, just barely deflecting it with a strike of his bat. He watched as it redirected into @Nikko Blackwood instead, though he hadn't quite meant to send it sailing his way.
