Gryffindor Half-Practice Y38 S2

Nikko wasn’t surprised when Chloe caught the quaffle but was proud when Ronald blocked it again. He watched closely to see who was going to grab the ball next.
 
Lysander went off after the next bludger.
 
Still no sign of the snitch, Flynn flew a little lower to the ground.
 
Lysander swung his bat, watching it spiral towards one of the opposing chasers.
 
Ronald seemed to be on his game today, blocking Chloë's shot as well after she managed to grab the quaffle again. Sully liked the idea of a challenge though, nabbing the quaffle again before Knox or Noel and heading back Ronald's way to really put him through his paces.
 
Chloë grinned when Sully managed to get his hands on the quaffle again, following suit as he moved around the pitch.
 
Emma tried to hit the bludger away, but it hit her anyway. She yelped and flew sideways, a bit off course. She tried to recover quickly to rush after the bludger she had been chasing again.
 
As the practice began he quickly went into the air and saw Chloe and Sully being quick already. They missed and Chloe scored but Ronald was doing good as well. He put up his thumb to the keeper and followed Chloe and Sully lovebirds to get an chance to steal the quaffle away.
 
There was still no sign of it, but he was hoping that would change soon
 
Lysander hunted after another bludger, looking out to see if Emma was hitting any towards his team.
 
With Chloë backing him up, it was a lot easier to check past Noel and Ronald this time. Sully let out a victory cheer as the quaffle made it through a hoop, turning to grin at his partner.
 
Nikko kept his eyes in the quaffle and wanted to be ready for whatever came at him. Eventually.
 
Ronald sees that the Sully gets another goal to their team, Ronald felt okay cause two good chasers I stop their 2nd and 3rd attempt for me, that incredible so he grabs the quaffle and shouts directly to "Noel" to catch the quaffle and give our team 1st score.
 
Flynn kept searching, moving towards the stands to look.
 
Nikko kept watch and his eyes trained on the quaffle. With the game so close he didn't want to waste any practice time.
 
Lysander wound up his bat to strike another bludger, and watched it sail harmlessly past his target.
 
Chloë grinned at Sully when he scored, keen to get her hands on the quaffle again. When Ronald threw it back into the game she swooped in and scooped it up, making off with it before any of the other chasers could do so.
 
Ronald sees that they have a comeback to his area and Chloe gets the quaffle again, Ronald is on full alert to block their moves.
 
He kept his head down and just kept looking.
 
Lysander managed to strike another bludger, intending to hit Noel with it, though it went off course and struck @Chloe Thompson instead. He grimaced, giving her an apologetic wave.
 
Chloë was headed for the hoops when the sudden impact of a bludger to her side knocked her off course. With the quaffle under her arm and her other hand trying to keep her broom from spinning there wasn't much she could about the pain aside from grimacing and trying her best to ignore it. She didn't think bludgers were ever not going to hurt but that was just the risk of the game. Making sure she still had a good grip on the quaffle she pushed forward again, continuing her way up towards the hoops.
 
Flynn hoped the snitch would appear soon, but for now he simply kept looking.
 
Chasing after another bludger, Lysander tried again, this time successfully managing to strike @Noel Waldgrave
 
Ignoring the pain in her side as best as she could Chloë pushed forward towards the hoops. She aimed the quaffle at the left one once she got close enough, contently watching it sail through again.
 
When Chloe gets another point to their team, Ronald doesn't want time and throws the quaffle to his teammates hopefully somebody gets a point to the other side of the pitch.
