Y42 S1 Hufflepuff Practice

Zagreus chewed on the inside of his cheek as the quaffle went past him once again. He needed to be better than this. But he took the ball under his arm and tossed it back i to play.
 
Felix kept looking.
 
Feeling pretty good about getting in another hit, René rushed to follow it up, catching the bludger at a bad angle and accidentally sending it straight into @Zagreus Kohler instead. It never felt good hitting the keeper, if only cause they were the most stationary target on the pitch.

After Renata managed to score, Leonardo caught the ball and began heading back to the hoops.
 
Renata flew around, stretching out from where she'd been hit.
 
When Leonardo got close, and he threw the ball, but it was caught easily by the keeper.
 
Zag winced from the bludger hit, but he still managed to get his focus back to save the next shot made, tossing the quaffle between his hands before throwing it back out.
 
Felix rubbed his eyes and hoped that might help him see the snitch better.
 
When no one else went for the quaffle, Leonardo flew forward and grabbed the ball again.
 
René decided to slow down a bit, taking a moment to get his bearings. Hitting bludgers was all well and good but he'd prefer to hit them at people he was aiming for.
 
As soon as Leonardo was close enough, he threw the ball, and it sailed through the right most hoop.
 
Penelope yelped in pain when the bludger hit her. It hurt. She felt her eyes fill with tears and she quickly bowed her head to hide them. Maybe this hadn't been such a good idea.
 
He knew he was letting more goals in than he should and it was starting to worry him. He was trying not to think about that too hard, but he couldn't help it as he scooped up the quaffle once more and passed it on.
 
Felix kept looking.
 
Penelope still felt quite upset, but she tried to look around a bit more.
 
Felix was starting to feel a bit discouraged when he finally spotted the snitch and dove for it. He felt the air wiping his hair around and he went until finally he grabbed the snitch and held it up triumphantly.
 
René was starting to feel pretty bad when he got the feeling the new seeker, Penelope, might be crying after the bludger hit but was quickly distracted by a sudden movement from Felix. He let out a hoot as Felix held up the snitch, raising his own bat in acknowledgement and celebration.
 
Renata cheered for Felix as she swept in to grab the quaffle.
 
Tilly hollered when Felix caught the snitch. So much of the game depended on the seeker. Having noticed that Penelope seemed to struggle with the bludger hit, she moved in closer to the girl, making sure she was all right, and switching to defence again.
 
Renata was a little distracted, hoping that their youngest teammate was okay, that her throw went a little off and was easily stopped by the keeper.
 
Tilly smacked a bludger away from her teammates.
 
Felix was feeling pretty good after catching the snitch and quickly let it go an flew up higher to start his search again.
 
When nobody else went for the quaffle, Renata took possession again, hoping for a better shot this time.
 
Shaking off his guilt, René focused in on the bludgers again, swinging hard as he caught up to one. With Tilly back on defense though it was hard to try and aim pass her and René's shot soared past either seeker and clipped @Jordan Harris instead.

Renata lobbed the quaffle and it was incredibly easily caught by Zagreus. Perhaps she needed to be hit by a bludger to shoot better...she certainly hoped that wasn't the case.
