Hufflepuff Practice Y43 S1

This time, Zagreus was ready for her, and Renata's attempt on goal was blocked. She couldn't really be upset if it was stopped by their own keeper.
 
Feeling his bat slipping in his grip, Rene tried to wipe his hands on his robes, frowning when it didn't really achieve much. At least the chasers seemed to be working well together.
 
Chase tried to keep an eye out for the bludgers, if only to try and keep them from slamming into him since it was difficult to see them coming in this weather.
 
Finley took possession of the quaffle again, determined to try and make up for his last attempt.
 
Renata wiped her brow, then wiped her hands on her robes. "Do you think Slytherin will make the weather be like this for the game?" she called to Rene, hoping to keep spirits up despite the lousy weather.
 
Rene slowed as Renata called out to him, smiling and shaking his head as he toyed with his bat. "I wouldn't put anything past Celia, honestly, she could do it," he said, casting a glance to check how the seekers were fairing for a moment.
 
Felix kept looking.
 
Managing to spot a bludger in the gloom, Rene swung, sending it towards where the chasers were gathered to see if he could break up their formation a bit. @Jordan Harris

Felix continued his search.
 
Once more Finley reached the hoops, giving the quaffle a good throw towards the right hoop, actually a little surprised when it managed to sail through.
 
Chase flew after a bludger.
 
Renata cheered as Finley managed to score, at least she thought he had it was kind of hard to see. But it looked like it went through. When nobody else flew in to take possession, Renata did again.
 
Zagreus stayed in front of the hoops, trying to keep an eye on the quaffle the whole time.
 
Chase swung his bat at a bludger but ended up being more concerned about trying to keep his bat from slipping out of his hands than actually hitting the bludger. Obviously, this was going great.
 
Renata fumbled her shot on goal, and it was easily stopped. She was going to blame the weather, but also she knew she needed to do better.
 
Felix scratched his head and wondered where the snitch could possibly be.
 
Chase tried to spot another bludger.
 
Penelope hadn't spotted the snitch yet, she kept looking.
 
Chase finally managed to hit another bludger and send it flying for @Penelope Marshall.

Felix kept looking.
 
Leonardo actually caught the quaffle this time around after Renata failed to score.
 
Penelope yelped as the bludger hit her. She had finally been hit, and it hurt, just as she had feared.
 
Chase grimaced when Penelope yelped after the bludger he had send her way hit her but he reckoned that was just the risk of the game.
 
Felix shot Penelope a sympathetic look as she got hit with a bludger but he kept up his search.
 
As Leonardo approached the hoops and tossed the ball in, glad when it went in.
