Question about this one, does it count if it's bad side-effects of a spell or does it have to be like. an illness?

Question about this one, does it count if it's bad side-effects of a spell or does it have to be like. an illness?

My thought is that it can be anykind of ailment caused by magic. For example, bad side-effects (like slug vomiting) would count - unless anyone else disagrees!
