Actually the term dead name refers to a trans person's old name. This is someone who has changed their name since they were on the site as part of their transition, so no lying took place but it would be inappropriate now to refer to them by a name they no longer useHopefully whoever that is realizes that lying about who you are is pretty ugh and also against site rules.

I can think of 11 former members I've met IRL because in 2009/10 I kept telling friends to join, who told their friends to join, and there was a little contingent of people on HNZ who I knew at least vaguely IRL 
In terms of current/recent members Anna and Jasmine are still around from that time, plus I've met up with Alexis and Kathy in person, and Daph came to visit me a while back. (Though we had known each other for a long time before she joined HNZ
