Y41 Hufflepuff Quidditch Practice Semester Two

Felix saw the bludger coming this time but wasn't fast enough to fly out of the way and it ended up hitting him in the thigh instead.
 
Renata went to score again, but without the bludger's aid her attempt was stopped more easily. She gave Zagreus a thumbs-up.
 
René slowed down to see Renata make another shot on goal, impressed Zagreus managed to stop her this time. Turning his attention back to the bludgers, he shot to the other side of the pitch, trying to find a good angle for his next shot.
 
Tilly's arm smarted from the second bludger Rene had sent her way. She steered clear of him, moving to protect her teammates.
 
As nobody else flew in, Renata grabbed the quaffle again and headed down the other side of the pitch, panting a little with exertion.
 
René shot past Renata and gave her a little grin, heading in the opposite direction as he gave chase to a bludger.
 
Buoyed by the enthusiasm, Renata was able to get the quaffle past Linden to score. She wiped her brow with a small smile.
 
Lucas shot Renata a thumbs up as he watched her score. Then he resumed his search.
 
Jordie let the other chasers have the quaffle for a bit, but soon he'd swooped in to grab it himself. "Great work guys!!" He cheered the others on before starting around again.
 
Renata was feeling good about the way Quidditch practice was going, pausing to hover and give her arms a bit of a stretch when Jordie took up the quaffle.
 
Leonardo was a little jealous of how easily it seemed that the newest of the chasers seemed to be able to score where he struggled. He just followed in behind Jordie trying to just focus on what was happening and not what was going on in his head.
 
Lucas still hadn´t seen the snitch, it was getting frustrating.
 
Tilly watched as Renata scored a goal, hovering by her teammates to keep the bludgers at bay.
 
Lucas flew a bit closer to the hoops, still no sign of the snitch.
 
Felix kept looking for the snitch.
 
It was tempting to send a bludger towards Renata and Tilly with the two of them hovering for the moment but René couldn't quite keep up with either bludger to actually get a hit in and take advantage.
 
Having taking a moment to catch her breath, and in the interest of keeping practice moving, Renata took possession of the quaffle, hoping she wasn't getting too in the way.
 
Putting on a burst of speed, René finally drew level with the bludger he'd been chasing. In his haste to hit it before it got away from him again, his aim was way off however, and René could only grimace as the bludger he'd been sending towards Lucas knocked into @Renata Stepanova instead as she crossed the pitch.

Somehow, as Renata threw the quaffle right when a bludger hit her, it still sailed through the hoop. She looked down at her arm and back up, thoroughly confused. Maybe it knocked her trajectory right this time?
 
Felix continued to look for the snitch but sighed when he found nothing.
 
Lucas kept on searching.
 
Leonardo caught the ball after it was thrown back out after renata managed to score again. He hoped he would have as much success, but doubted it.
 
Renata stretched again, feeling where the bludger hit her with a wince. She'd been so bewildered she hadn't properly registered it before. This level of luck was uncharacteristic and Renata was quite terrified of what that meant.
 
As Leonardo approached, he felt very nervous. So it was much to his surprise that he actually managed to score, sending the quaffle through the left most hoop.
 
Linden kept guarding the hoop watching the quaffle and throwing the ball back when needed. great going guys he called to the chasers as they managed to score yet another goal. If they kept this up on the match it would be party in Hufflepuff house.
