PERSONALITY
Xiuying is a massive goofball and just loves to have a good time. She likes to turn everything into a joke, even when things get serious - this can cause her to get in trouble by her mother. She is also quite quirky and loves to be different from everyone else. However, she is protective of people she cares about, especially her little brother Jingyi. Xiuying is also very loyal to her friends and family and will do anything for them. She also tries to do almost everything to please her parents, as she thinks that if she doesn't do anything right, she'll be a huge disappointment to them, which makes Xiuying to try excell everything she can possibly can. She has a high interest in astronomy and history, especially Chinese History, as she likes to learn anything about her ancestors. You'll most likely see her in the library reading or in the outdoors. Xiuying is a huge animal lover and would do anything to protect them. She wants to protect them at all cost.

HISTORY
Xiuying was born in a small town in China. A couple of months after Xiuying was born, her parents had decided to move to Australia, to a town called Toowoomba. She doesn't remember much of the move since she was quite young as well as not remembering much of the time she lived in China. So whenever her family members in China tell her about the stories they have of her when she was a baby, her mind is blank. However, Xiuying is proud of her culture and will do anything to spread awareness about her culture. A couple of years after they moved to Toowoomba, Xiuying's little brother, Jingyi was born. As mentioned earlier, Xiuying is protective over her little brother and will sometimes go extreme measures for him if needed. Though Xiuying thinks she was a good relationship with her brother.

FIRST YEAR
In all honesty, Xiuying had enjoyed her first year at Hogwarts. However, she hadn't really made many friends, which she was going to change next year. The girl was also disappointed with the fact that Quidditch try-outs weren't a thing for first years, but she defiantly wanted to try out in her second year, as she had a huge passion for Quidditch. With the academic side of things, Xiuying is slightly disappointed in herself, as she didn't do well in her classes as she had hoped. She knows that with the results she'd be giving to her parents, it was going to be a disappointment for them. Next year, she hopes to do better and is excited for her younger siblings to join her! She is ready and excited to show them whats out there in the Hogwarts world.
