[Seamus Reid]

Seamus missed the next bludger he was going for, much to his frustration.

 

[Avery Lancaster]

Avery continued to try and chase the snitch down.

 

[Lucie Vernier]

Lucie narrowed her eyes, a little confused as to whatever the argument between the beaters were about. She just focused on the person with quaffle, trying not to let it distract her.

 

[Ares Kuya-Tine]

Ares knew his words were going to set Celia off, but perhaps that was what made it so fun. He just smirked as he watched her blow up, however her insult towards him sort of hurt. He didn't want her to know this however and just chuckled. "There's no way I'm the worst. You're just jealous." He turned around and flew off, not surprised when he got hit again by a bludger, followed by yet another. His body was aching, but he had to push on. There was no way he was letting a stupid bully get to him.

 

[Natalia Novak]

Natalia ignored the argument between the beaters, grabbing the quaffle as Lucie threw it back into play.

 

[Liusaidh Styx]

Liusaidh followed in behind Natalia as she grabbed the quaffle.

 

[Seamus Reid]

Seamus was aware of the argument and had a moment internally where he felt like he was the worst beater, especially as he missed another. But so long as Celia's ire didn't turn on him he'd be fine.

 

[Avery Lancaster]

Avery decided to check near the stands. For a wide open, empty field, it sure was hard to find the snitch.

 

[Celia Vuong]

It took all of Celia's self-control not to laugh derisively in Ares' face. "Jealous? Of what? Your terrible aim? How many other beaters here have knocked out their own captain during a game?" Maybe that mistake could be excused if he had ever done literally anything else helpful during a game. But he hadn't. She sped off to find another bludger, annoyed that he was still somehow flying.

 

[Ivelisse Burleigh]

Ive kept searching, trying to ignore the beaters’ argument.

 

[Avery Lancaster]

Avery wasn't liking the chances of their next match.

 

[Celia Vuong]

Celia hit a bludger and scowled when it headed for the hoops instead of Ares' face.

 

[Seamus Reid]

Seamus failed to hit the bludger he was going for.

 

[Celia Vuong]

Celia chased another bludger down the pitch. When she finally caught up with it, however, she could see that Ares was on the complete opposite end of the field. Not wanting to waste the bludger, she knocked it towards @Lucie Vernier instead. Hitting her was much less satisfying.

Avery glanced over his shoulder, keeping a lookout.

 

[Ivelisse Burleigh]

Ivelisse grew a little annoyed.

 

[Celia Vuong]

A stray bludger shot towards Celia. She didn't have much time to aim as she knocked it away. The ball flew into @Liusaidh Fergusson, and Celia knew she should be happy about landing another hit, but she was mostly just annoyed it hadn't been Ares.

Every movement Avie caught seemed to simply be another bludger passing by, though thankfully none had been headed his direction for a time. It wasn't making finding the snitch any more simple, that said.

Indi almost wanted to stop and watch as the beaters continued to argue but she followed Natalia anyways.

 

[Liusaidh Styx]

Liusaidh was hit hard by a bludger as she followed Natalia to the hoops and had half a mind to tell her focus on the other beater.

Seamus tried to hit the bludger but it went wide.

 

[Celia Vuong]

Celia sent another bludger whistling through the air towards Ares. Unfortunately, she missed.

 

[Natalia Novak]

Natalia shot the quaffle confidently to one of the hoops, she grinned as it went through.

 

[Celia Vuong]

Celia swerved out of the way of a bludger and turned to chase it.

 

[Ivelisse Burleigh]

Ivelisse continued looking, hoping the snitch would show up soon.
