Slytherin Quidditch Practice

Indi didn't waste any time and grabbed the quaffle after Liusaidh made her shot. She tucked it under her arm tightly and started to make her lap around the pitch.
 
Natalia was glad she had finally made it onto the team, no more warming the bench. She shot into the air once the practice started, a little frustrated she didn't manage to get the quaffle straight away. Liusaidh had scored twice by now and now Indi had the quaffle. Natalia flew close to her, determind to steal it.
 
Ive shrugged off the bludger hit and started looking for the snitch.
 
Liusaidh followed in behind Indira who'd grabbed the quaffle.
 
Indi was quickly approaching the goal and kept a look out for any of her teammates getting too close. When she was finally in reach she threw the quaffle and grinned as it went right in.
 
Ive kept searching.
 
Celia whacked the next bludger as hard as she could, and as soon as her bat made contact, she knew it would be a good hit. And she was right. The ball soared straight for @Ivelisse Burleigh, causing Celia to smirk.

It was now Natalia's turn. She grabbed the quaffle and flew off with it.
 
Ive tried her best not to glare in the general direction of where the second bludger that hit her had come from. Starting out practice with two bludger hits wasn’t ideal but by now she had gotten particularly good at hiding any pain they caused and fighting through it as she kept looking for the snitch.
 
It was rather irritating how Ivelisse seemed to get better and better at ignoring bludger hits. Celia knew that was probably good for the team (especially since Liusaidh refused to replace her with Avery), but that was less important to Celia than the fact that she personally found it annoying. She flew after a bludger, determined to land another hit. Ivelisse would have to crack eventually.
 
Indi was feeling good so far and kept close to Natalia. She was planning on going a little harder now that her roommate was on the team properly now.
 
Even though she and Seamus had both hit two people, Celia knew he was still technically ahead. Hitting two seekers was better than hitting one seeker and one beater (especially if that beater sucked). So, determined to even things out, Celia aimed her next bludger at @Avery Lancaster, smiling when it made contact.

Avery had not had too long to recover from Seamus' bludger before Celia was sending another his way. He'd tried to weave out of the way but couldn't manage to avoid it, wincing slightly at the contact. He flew on, putting some pressure on his arm with his free hand to dull the throbbing ache.
 
Indi huffed as Natalia took her sweet time hogging the quaffle. Soon her impatience grew larger than her desire to see the other chaser miss so she sped up and stole it. With the ball firmly under her arm she laid on the speed and continued to the hoops.

Avery continued in his search, slowing down slightly to get a better look at the field.
 
Indi was at the hoops in a flash and in one graceful motion threw the quaffle through the center goal. She grinned and felt rather proud of herself after that.
 
Ive searched.
 
Ive flew up a little higher in her search for the snitch.
