Slytherin Quidditch Practice S1/Y48

Kanako thought she found a bludger but hit the snitch instead. Oops. Hopefully it'd go in Ignatius' direction and he could prove himself useful before he fell off his broom.

Sayuri wondered how much she could score before the captain would finally take pity on their seeker as she grabbed the ball.

It was quite terrible captaincy, thought Ignatius, and certainly it wasn't that he could've dodged some bludgers better. The snitch seemed to veer away from him, and he made a sulky noise of displeasure.

Sayuri had to evade a stray bludge at the last second missing her shot, "Better look out for the strays too!" she called out to their lagging seeker.

Ignatius was tempted to respond with a rude gesture but he definitely didn't know such vulgar things (and if he raised his arm too much he might actually lose his grip on his broom, which wouldn't help him catch the snitch).

Sunny giggled at what Sayuri said to the seeker, then Sunny missed her next bludger

Since her mother always said one could never have too much practice, Sayuri grabbed the quaffle again.

This snitch was so not getting caught again.

Sayuri threw the quaffle into the hoops with a grin.

Sayuri grabbed the quaffle

Ignatius didn't catch the snitch.

Kanako tried to hit a bludger but missed.

Sayuri did not score

Vanity was pretty sure the bludgers were avoiding her now.

Sybil had done alright dodging bludgers for a while but it seemed like others weren't so lucky. She flew forward and grabbed the quaffle.

With the quaffle tucked under her arm, Sybil approached the hoops but missed again.

Ignatius thought the captain must have been making fun of him. What a horrible, horrible person.

Ignatius blinked away some water in his eyes to try and see if he could see the snitch. Everything was a little blurry.

Sayuri grabbed the quaffle for another round

Sayuri pouted when the captain blocked her shot.
