Slytherin Quidditch Practice S1/Y48

Ignatius was really riding his luck not getting hit again for the moment. That didn't translate to finding the snitch again.

Or snitches.

Ignatius was kind of shocked Sunny didn't hit a bludger at him.

Kanako was starting to think the bludgers were allergic, the way they were avoiding her.

Vanity cursed out Sunny and tried to hit a bludger back at her, but failed.

Kanako missed the bludger again, her frustration starting to show.

Kanako didn't hit a bludger. Again.

Sunny tried hitting another bludger at the seeker but her aim was off and it missed him. Shame.

Sybil saw an opening and raced forward to grab the quaffle.

Ignatius was certain the snitch wasn't showing up now just to spite him. Probably in league with the beaters.

Horror wished that he was not distracted by the beaters to actually do his own job.

Terror grabbed the quaffle once his twin threw it back out into play.

Alana didn't hit a bludger.

Ignatius continued to look unsteady on his broom and not catch the snitch.

9 bludgers was just too many. Ignatius, having gone low to look for the snitch, tumbled off his broom and fell. Thankfully, the omniscient adult supervision and inherent protections embedded in brooms meant he didn't immediately break every bone in his body, instead simply landing with a thud but not further injuring himself. He was already pretty beaten up.

((lmao sorry))

Sybil missed her shot again and wondered if her earlier success was just beginners luck.

Sunny was impressed that it only took nine bludgers. A nice rounded ten would have been good, but maybe there was a reason they said cats had nine lives.
