Ravenclaw Team Practice One!

Being the rogue beater the only thing Emily had to watch out for were bludgers and soon she spotted one in the air. The bludger went of course and Emily shrugged she was doing badly today. She had hoped to show her keepers she could at least be a decent beater.

Hattie was very excited for the first quidditch practice of the year. She mounted her broom and tried her best to keep up with the game. Her teammate failed to score, and then the other team failed to score too. As the quaffle was thrown back out after the shot was blocked, it was intercepted by the other team and Hattie rolled her eyes as she pushed on. Eventually she managed to intercept it herself, and raced in the other direction with the quaffle under her arm.

(please let me know if I'm doing this wrong, It's been a while!)
 
Ajaccio couldn't believe he'd fumbled with the ball enough that one of the other chasers had managed to get it. He groaned to himself and went to chase after her and hopefully get the ball back.
 
Minnie was focusing entirely on trying to catch the snitch. She knew she needed to pay a little attention to what was going on, but currently she was solely focused on getting or even spotting the snitch.
 
Teodora joined Ajaccio in chasing after the opposing team's Chaser in the hope that one of them could intercept it.
 
Neither team was successful in their score, and Chloe flew close to the chasers on her own team in case bludgers came flying their way. She spotted one and with a loud whack she watched as she sent it flying towards the chaser that currently had the quaffle, and groaned when it missed. She knew she could play better than this.
 
Thalia watched as the other chaser also failed to score, and her team was back in possession of the quaffle. She flew next to the older girl in case she wanted to pass to her.

Emily tried to wack a bludger towards the keeper. It went off and the bludger didnt hit its target. Emily hopped her skills would show soon, this was absolute misery.
 
Elizabeth was happy to be part of team B, the competitive side of her showing already as she was determined to beat the other team. She’d flown up into the air and had begun circling the pitch, hoping she could catch the snitch before the experienced player did.
 
Lars stopped the girl's shot and gave her a small smile to encourage her a bit. It was not a bad first attempt. He watched as another of the new chasers grabbed the quaffle and waited for her attempt to score, keeping an eye on the quaffle.
 
Minnie knew a lot of the team weren't having much success yet, but Minnie knew they needed to train up properly, that they would get it in the end so long as they just worked for it.
 
Rule 2a

Ajaccio spotted an opportunity to take the ball back from the chaser in the other team and when he got close enough he threw the ball hard, and it seemed perhaps in the last minute change of hands he'd managed to actually score.
 
She cheered when Ajaccio managed to score a goal and then waited for the Keeper to throw the ball into play.
 
Elizabeth cheered when their Chaser managed to score a goal for their team, clapping as she did so with as much balance as she could muster. This was so fun!
 
Thalia watched with wide eyes as the boy from the other team scored. He was good. Thalia quickly glanced at her sister, knowing she had the same thought she was having right now.
 
Chloe cheered when Ajaccio scored, and hoped to hit some actual targets soon. She cursed when a bludger came inn her direction but she narrowly missed hitting it. Where was her father's talent in her when she needed it?!
 
Rule 2b

When none of team A's Chasers came to collect the Quaffle once it was back into play again, Teodora decided to take possession of it herself. After making sure that there was enough distance between her and the Keeper again, she moved back towards the hoops with the ball tucked under her arm.
 
Ajaccio was pretty pleased when team B managed to once again grab the ball. He flew alongside the other chaser, hoping to help her if she needed it.
 
Minnie was pleased when team B managed to score, though she would've preferred if it was team A who had managed it. She smiled lightly, she should just be happy that they were scoring, and she focused on the just catching this illusive snitch.
 
Since Emily was rogue she didn't have to watch the seeker or the chasers. She had no one to protect. She only had to hit people with bludgers. She tried to wack one towards team B, but missed her swing.
 
Closing in on the Keeper, Teodora decided to try and take another shot, this time aiming for the left hoop. She pouted when she missed, disappointed that she had now missed twice.
 
Elizabeth knew it was silly to expect to be good at catching the snitch immediately, and she wasn't the only one to be struggling, but it was still frustrating that she wasn't very good. She watched as another goal was missed too and was glad that at least this was only practise.
 
Minnie was continue to push herself to find the snitch though she definitely wasn't having any luck.
 
Rule 2b (I think this is right)

Thalia noticed Tee attempt to score, and she sent her sister a shrug and a smile, it was their first ever practice so it wasn't guaranteed they would score. She took the opportunity to grab the quaffle when it was thrown back into play, and tucked the ball under her arm before flying towards the hoops once again.
