Ravenclaw Team Practice One!

Ajaccio eventually circled back close enough to try and score, and despite having managed it once, it seemed impossible to get again. He groaned as the keeper caught it with ease.
 
Minnie thought she spotted the snitch so ignoring the progress of her team she raced off to get it.
 
Lars was glad when he managed to block Ajaccio's next attempt, and he gave the boy a weak smile. Then he threw the quaffle back into play for the other team.
 
Elizabeth was starting to get a bit nervous. What if she was asked to stand in and the whole reason the team lost was because of her? She’d never really thought about the pressure of the position before. She carried on looking around for the snitch but getting more and more worried when she couldn’t find it.
 
There appeared to be no hope of success in finding this snitch, what she had been chasing had gotten away from her. Minnie knew she needed to step up her game if she was to help the team win.
 
Teodora followed the other Chaser when he caught the Quaffle, readying herself in case he needed to pass the ball to her.
 
Emily had been searching for bludgers, but none seemed to come her way. She just zoomed around on her broom to look at the rest of the team at the moment.
 
Elizabeth wasn’t sure if it was a trick of the light or whether the snitch was glaring at her but she went after it anyway, ignoring the rest of the game. Leaning forward she sped up and managed to grab the whispery little thing from out of the air and grinned as she realised she got it before her Captain. She waved the snitch in the air, before letting it go once more.
 
Ajaccio followed the other chasers who had the ball hoping for a chance to take it.
 
Minnie had to hide her frustration when the other seeker caught the snitch before she did. SHe pushed it away, it wasn't this girl's fault that Minnie was bad at her one sole job. "Congrats Elizabeth," She glanced around, and then took out her wand, "Right team, let's go a little longer, then we'll switch up positions," She used the sonorus to amplify her voice.
 
Rule 2a

Ajaccio was able to swipe the ball out from the other player and began a circle around back to the goals.
 
Minnie put away her wand and then continued on in search of the snitch. Hopeful that she too might have some success.
 
Teodora followed Ajaccio when he managed to get the Quaffle back from the other team, keeping close to him in case he wanted to pass it to her instead.
 
Elizabeth was interested to see what other position she would have played, although she didn’t think she would want to swap roles. She flew through the air trying to find the snitch once more.
 
As soon as Ajax was close enough he threw the ball and tried his hardest to get it in the hoops. Sighing when it went completed wide.
 
Minnie hated that she didn't have any success, but decided enough was enough. She stopped flying and summoned the whistle from her bag. She waved the players to her, "Alright, this is maybe a little unorthodox, but I want to make sure we're prepared for anything." she said, she looked at the members of the teams and smiled, "I'll be keeper, Lars you can be chaser, Chloe seeker, Arinna chaser, Thalia, keeper, Teodora, seeker, Hattie, beater, Emily, chaser, Elizabeth Beater and Ajax, sorry but you'll remain as chaser," She listed looking between them, "I'll go on the north of the pitch, Thalia, South, this time we'll just be one team, so come towards me, then towards Thalia, and we'll go back and forth until we finish, understood?" She told them, once she was sure there was understanding, she took the ball and tossed it up so the new chasers could catch it and get to work. She headed to the hoops aiming to protect them. Perhaps she could do that better than seeking.​
 
A little surprised to find out that she was to be playing Seeker next, Teodora looked over at Thalia before heading off to look for the snitch.
 
When the captain brought them together he was quite excited at the prospect of being able to play another position but by the end he was pretty disappointed. He tried to make up for it by catching the quaffle and heading towards the hoops where the captain now was.
 
Minnie spotted the chaser grab the ball and got herself ready to try to have better luck getting this ball than she had been with the snitch.
 
Thinking that she had caught a glimpse of the snitch, Teodora pressed forward after it.
 
Lars had played chaser before so it wasn't an entirely new position to him. He nodded at Minnie's instructions, then followed after Ajax to see if he could support him.
 
Minnie could see the boy approaching and spotted Lars flying next to him, he seemed less sure somehow, but Minnie was sure he'd play well in this position. She focused however on the boy flying towards her.
 
Ajaccio approached the hoops and at the last moment instead of throwing where he was getting close to, he thread in the other hoop, watching gleefully as it sailed past the new temporary keeper.
 
Chloe was about to hunt for more bludgers when Minnie said that they were going to switch positions, and when she listed them off she was quickly surprised that she would be playing seeker. She knew one of the twins was the other seeker, though she had trouble identifying which one. As soon as they began in their new positions the fourth year began her search for the golden ball.
 
Thalia was just getting more comfortable in her position as chaser when one of the captains told them it was time to switch positions. Thalia was going to be keeper which made her nervous, as she had to block or catch the quaffle being thrown at her, though she hoped she would do fine. She exchanged glances with Tee and sent her sister a thumbs up, mouthing ‘show them what you got’ to her. Then she flew to the other side of the pitch and braced herself for any chasers that came her way.
