Hufflepuff Practice Y43 S1

Veronique saw the ball be blocked and barely had time to see Finley coming for her. Thankfully, he totally threw it out of her way, quickly swooping into the grab it before tossing it back out to the chasers. But before she knew it, another quaffle came her way, this time making it in through the hoop. Reluctantly, she got it again and threw it back out.
 
Felix was getting discouraged. How was he supposed to go up against Slytherin if he couldn't even find the snitch during practice?
 
Chase noticed another bludger coming his way and got ready to try and swing at it.
 
Penelope felt miserable. Still no snitch.
 
"It gets better," he tried to call out to the other keeper, hoping to at least somewhat get encouraging about it. Though he did rather feel like he failed in that regard. What kind of encouragement was 'it gets better'? Maybe he should just keep his mouth closed and focus on the match.
 
Felix kept looking.
 
Penelope also kept looking.
 
Renata took possession of the quaffle.
 
Felix took a breather up high above the rest of the team. He was getting frustrated and knew he needed to focus. But it was starting to feel hopeless. Not the great start to the season he wanted even if it was just practice.
 
Renata totally fumbled the throw and made it unintentionally pretty easy for Veronique to stop. She was glad visibility was poor enough not many people would've seen.
 
Felix continued his search.
 
Leonardo caught the quaffle after Renata's goal.
 
Leonardo faced no opposition when going for the hoops and it sailed in.
 
Veronique appreciated Zag’s encouragement but still felt pretty down about how badly she was doing. Renata came at her, and Veronique caught the ball pretty center on , feeling rather proud of herself as she tossed it back out.
 
Rene twirled his bat pensively for a moment, taking in the teams terrible mood and frowning, nearly fumbling his bat for a moment. Maybe if he thought really hard the weather would clear up at least.
 
Felix kept looking.
 
Veronique kept vigilant for any upcoming quaffles.
 
Rene would have to see if there was anything in the library about boosting team morale, lost in thought as he swung hard at a bludger. He'd been trying to hit one of the seekers but they were able to move out of the way and it knocked into @Jordan Harris instead.

When no one went for the quaffle after his goal, he ended up catching it and began to circle back to the hoops.
 
Felix flew a bit slower and kept looking for the snitch.
 
Penny felt sad as there was still no snitch.
 
Chase hit the bludger that had been coming his way but he didn't manage to aim it for anyone in particular.
 
Felix kept looking.
 
Rene tried to adjust his aim for the moisture in the air and on the bludger but over compensated on his next hit, watching the bludger slide way further right and hit @Finley Holmes by mistake. "Oops, heads up!".

Zagreus decided he wasn't going to be encouraging anymore, instead just trying to focus on what he was doing himself.
