HISTORY

Giselle is the third child from Adela and Mans. She was born in Stockholm, Sweden in the hospital. Giselle was a beautiful baby girl but a tough one. She's got two older siblings and one younger sister. Giselle doesn't have a good relationship with her siblings. But the best with her brother Gabriel. Giselle lost her mother on young age and only remembered seeing her mothers dead body still from it. Her mother was a famous quidditch player from the Nordic National Quidditch Team and made a terrible high fall after she was hit by a bludger bat by a player. Giselle had been a difficult child and her older sister had to raise her together with her father. But Giselle also had to grown up fast. Giselle has a lot of anger and sadness inside of her and that isn't processed yet. She has some anger issues and find it hard to grown up without a mother and less rules.​

RELATIONSHIP WITH PARENTS

Giselle had an good relationship with both of her parents before her mother died. She had the best relationship with her mother, who was her hero and the most sweetest person she knew. Giselle was raised with a lot of love, but when she was five years old she lost her mother. She was an difficult child to handle and got in a lot of fights with her father. She had trouble with controlling her emotions and she feels ashamed by it sometimes because she doesn't want to hurt her father. She is mostly than very angry at herself after she got into a fight or broke something in the house. Giselle misses her mother very much and has a lot of pain still. The grieving process had never been healthy for Giselle, she had pushed the emotions away and set them into anger. She almost never cries and hates talking about her emotions with someone else. Giselle loves her father more than anything, but she finds it difficult to act normal like nothing happend. She grew up very quickly and Sofia was more like an mother figure in their life but Giselle never accepted that.​

With her siblings she has an intense relationship. Sofia her oldest sister has been turned into an mother figure after they lost their mother. But Giselle has been very harsh to her, and was hard to handle as an child. Though Giselle has the best connection with Sofia out of all siblings. They share the same anger towards Quidditch, the reason their mother isn't with them anymore. With Gabriel her only brother she has an love-hate relationship. She is very angry at him for playing quidditch, but Gabriel can handle the death of their mother in a different way. Gabriel and Giselle look a lot like eachother in personality, both are very competitive in stuff they like and hotheaded. And mostly they get in discussions together. With her younger sister Novalie she has an normal relationship, she is protective of her younger sister and wants to make sure she never plays quidditch or think about playing. ​

FIRST YEAR

SORTING POST:​

Giselle was so relieved that it was the day she could step on the train to Hogwarts. Also she would do it by herself. No Sofia who would tell her what to do and Gabriel had been graduated already so she only had some cousins around. But that was fine, most of them were fine. The blonde took her stuff and found a place in the train, claiming a spot for herself and she would see if there were people who would join. As long as they were not annoying or stupid, otherwise she would tell them. Giselle was direct and said what she thought, sometimes she said or do stuff before thinking it was just automatic stuff. The one person she did missed was Gabriel her brother. But he was away from Sweden as well he had a girlfriend and played Quidditch Professionaly. Giselle felt just free, she could finally do what she wanted and there were rules, she would make her own.

When they arrived at the castle the blonde walked into the Great Hall. It was big and floating candles in the air. Really magically. But a bit old and boring as well the design from inside. At their interiour shop in Sweden they had more nice stuff. But whatever it was a school and it was good to be here. She followed the rest of the students and hoped that she was quickly sorted. Both of her sister and brother were in Gryffindor. So Giselle kind of figured she would be too, but she didn't cared too much. As long as she wasn't in Hufflepuff which seemed a boring house so far from what she had heard. Giselle pushed someone a bit away who stood in her way and than waited for her name to be called. But than she saw an old hat was telling them where they were placed. Really? This was the magical hat? It dissapointed her a bit. People clapping for persons to be sorted and now it was her time. She walked to the old hat and went sitting. It felt strange to have that hat on your head. Feeling it moving and talking. Well there we go..

CAREER

Drop out of Hogwarts:
After her 6th year on Hogwarts she decided not to go back to Hogwarts New Zealand anymore. She didnt't want to go back there. The school activated her anger towards Quidditch and triggered the trauma of losing her mother even more. When demonstrating against it, she made her opinion clear. But she didn't felt like anybody took her seriously or saw the danger into it like she did. Also after the boggart lesson at DATDA she felt vulnerable and some people made fun of it by using it against her. Giselle didn't actually had made friends since she was mostly mad at everyone and pushed them away. At home in the break she had her breaking point and refused to step on the train back. There was an reflection moment since she was growing up and going into her last year. And nothing she had done had made an difference, all the effort she put into it felt like it didn't ment anything suddenly. Also Giselle didn't have an plan of the future while she compared herself to her schoolmates.

Depression:
The feelings she got when she reflected her life and possible future were negative. She had negative feelings of herself, nobody liking her and feeling alone. And got to an breaking point while punching in her pillow about how mad she was towards everyone and herself and started crying a river of tears. The pain and sadness she felt hadn't been there in a long time, since she pushed it all to the background and coping mechanism was created to deal with her mothers death. Giselle started to feel that again, really missing her mother. She spend her days usually in bed. Her father and sister Sofia wanted her to talk or see someone but Giselle refused everytime. It also felt weak to her and she wanted something to make her feel less. It was too much in one time, an explosion with different emotions. Giselle actually saw her life very negative and different thoughts went through her mind about how she could stop the pain. But the persons she did love was her father and siblings and she knew they loved her, how hard she had been to them. She found another way in sedating herself with alcohol. When she turned seventeen she secretly started drinking to feel less. She felt better when she did it. Giselle went out a lot and slept during the day if she could not find anything in the house. She feels guilty about it and to see her father get hurt. But it's like an addiction to her, so she would do stuff to get to it , it's better than feeling the pain.
