Open Spin the Bottle Y38

Estella had to admit that she wasn't sure whether or not Sawyer's reaction was sarcastic. She figured it was probably a joke though and so tried to shrug it off as the game began. The bottle kept spinning and Estella couldn't help but be relieved when it missed her the first couple of times. When the girl saw her friend Ana walk in, she gave her a big smile from across the room as she went to sit in between two other people. She felt a lot more comfortable now knowing that there was a close friend nearby. It wasn't long before Ana was chosen to kiss someone however and Estella frowned a little at the girl's bad luck. She seemed so comfortable with it however and so Estella just shrugged as she spun the bottle and it landed on another girl this time.

Delilah hadn’t expected so many people to show up and her nerves grew more and more on edge as the room filled up with her classmates. She avoided making eye contact with anyone, especially Sawyer and Flynn and was surprised when she saw Theia arrive and nod at her. She sighed with relief as Brooke decided to start the game with Ivy and immediately felt guilty about it. With every spin of the bottle she held her breath fearing it would land on her. Eventually it did land on her but at least it was Ana Sophia, who seemed nice. Delilah’s brain couldn’t seem to work fast enough as the other girl sat in front of her and she blinked rapidly as she tried to figure out what she wanted to do. No one else had backed down from kissing on the lips and while she didn’t want to seem like she was scared or weirded out by kissing a girl, there was something that was telling her not to. In the end she turned her head slightly and offered up her cheek for the other girl to kiss. She closed her eyes briefly and knew her face must have been burning.

When the kiss was over Delilah did her best to keep her hand steady as she spun the bottle next, eager for her turn to be over. She watched it curiously as it started to slow in front of her but kept going just long enough to end up pointing at Brooke. Delilah took a deep breath and tried to act as cool and unbothered as she could when turned to her friend with a small smile. “So...” she started but trailed off letting her decide what she wanted to do next. @Brooke Townsend

As much fun as Brooke was having sitting back and watching the game, she was starting to get a little put out that her friends kept getting spun before she had. She knew it was all a game, but it sat wrong in Brooke's mind to be the last of her friends to have their first kiss.

When the bottle landed on Delilah, Brooke made a point to boo when Delilah turned her head for a kiss on the cheek, making sure to nudge Delilah playfully afterwards in case she took it too personally. When Delilah spun again and the bottle finally landed on her however, Brooke wasn't going to let her get away with that move twice. "Don't wimp out this time," she said with a smile, leaning over to put a hand on Delilah's cheek so she could kiss her confidently on the lips. She wanted to be sure it was clear how unbothered by all this was, just for anyone else watching. "Not so bad, right," she teased Delilah again, leaning back and spinning the bottle herself, watching as it landed on Christina. She was pretty too, so Brooke figured she could do much worse as she shifted across the circle to meet her. @Christina Holmgaard

Sawyer knew it was probably weird to be comforted by having his sister playing spin the bottle with him, but he was still glad she was there. If only so he wouldn't feel totally crazy when he had to vent about everything later. He watched quietly, willing the bottle away from him with his mind every time Ivy spun it. There were a lot of pretty girls in their year and Sawyer was pretty sure he'd do something stupid like swallow his tongue if he wasn't careful during this game. His eyes bugged out a little when Ana Sofia spun Delilah, and he gave his friend a sympathetic smile across the circle.

As Christina was enjoying the thing so far it was fun to see the people kissing eachother in a way. And as some girls gave eachother an kiss as well it felt like nobody thought weird of that. Chrissy than watched the bottle land on her. But if you gave an kiss on the cheek it seemed like people were dissaproving or in a way they wanted it to be real the real kiss. As the younger girl came to her she smiled. '' Hey. I'm Chrissy.'' She than quickly said as they didn't knew eachother. Christina was not afraid in a way she was curious how it would feel to kiss an girl. So as the girl stood in front of her. '' You seem fine with kissing on the mouth, so here it goes.'' Chrissy than said. She put her hand over the girls cheek softly and than touched her lips. Taking the step herself, she was not afraid. Although she wondered if she did it right or not. She never had thought of that too much, wasn't in for romantic stuff and all. But as she went sitting straight again she kind of liked the feeling of an kiss. And smiled at the girl. She would be forever the first person who she kissed.

Now it was her turn to spin the bottle and she hoped it would land on one person secretly. Seeing it land on an boy she didn't knew. She walked in his direction wondering what he would be like.
@Niklaus Eliot Easterling

Nick still wasn't exactly enjoying the game, Anna was giggling next to him and hiding in his shoulder, what he actually allowed her. Everyone was kissing, including his at least one cousin, and when the bottle stopped on him, he frowned lightly because Anna nudged him. He heard the girl's name so he put a hand on Chrissy's leg and leaned forward to kiss her on the lips. Again, he tried to be gentle but wasn't sure good it was. At least it wasn't his first kiss ever, thanks to neighbours.

When he leaned back from the kiss, he gave girl a smile and spun the bottle. At least he wasn't expecting to get on anyone specifc, his only desire was just so bottle doesn't stop on twins, because he would spin again. The bottle stopped on some girl from his year, he didn't know a lot about her, just about the fact that she was his classmate. "Preference?" He didn't like to talk a lot so he just asked it with one word.
@Estella Fuentes

Linden nodded as Casper suggested that they take a seat. it seemed like a good idea. he sat down next to Casper. just because he was sitting in the circle didn't mean that he was playing right? he watched as the game spun and people started kissing each other. he watched as Casper was spun by ryan and then spin leila. he wondered if this was a good idea. was it going to get his roommates mind off the rest of the room inhabitants or would he just start obsessing over someone else? as he watched people swapping kisses he began to wonder if this was actually a good idea. he nudged Casper. " you okay?" he whispered hoping that his friend wasn't freaking out as he had a tendency of doing. he was just glad that no one had spun him yet and he didn't have to explain that he was only here for moral support he wasn't actually playing.

Estella could feel her heart beating against her chest as the bottle spun slowly and landed on her. She looked up at the Ravenclaw boy as he spoke to her. He was a classmate, and she'd seen him around, but definitely didn't know much about him at all. She smiled her most confident smile, and without saying anything as she didn't want to make the situation awkward, she leaned straight in and gave him a small peck on the lips. It was definitely much easier than she thought it would be.

It was her turn to spin the bottle now, and she did so. It almost landed on herself but kept moving an inch and ended up landing on Sawyer. Her cheeks turned a soft shade of pink. She didn't want to kiss her friend as she didn't want any of this to be awkward. She just swallowed and pursed her lips as she turned to him. "Soo, lips or cheek?"
@Sawyer Carnahan

Sawyer wondered if the look of hesitation he saw on Essie's face was all in his head or not. Selfishly, Sawyer knew he could do a lot worse as far as first kisses went, and he didn't really want to take his chances on whoever he spun next. He liked Estella, she was pretty and nice and Sawyer hoped she wouldn't hate him for going in for a proper kiss. For whatever definition of proper he had the guts for. "What are the odds, right?" He said nervously, turning to her. "Uh.. lips okay?" He said hesitantly, leaning forward and pressing a quick peck to her's, face burning. He had a horrible mental image of headbutting her halfway through, causing him to pull back suddenly after just making contact. "Cool, thanks," he mumbled quietly, not for the first time willing himself to shut up for once.

Trying to move on from the awkwardness, Sawyer grabbed the bottle, giving it a spin and watching it land on Elisabeth. He didn't know her or sister very well, beyond them being related to his roommate, and he hoped that wouldn't make anything with Niklaus weird as he turned to her. "Okay if I kiss you.. Or?" Sawyer made a vague hand gesture towards his own cheek to finish his question, wondering how everyone else stayed so cool about this. @Elisabeth Easterling

Elisabeth was already beginning to think that it was a big mistake to leave and come here. She looked around to see the bottle being cut, but Elisa wondered what the hell was sitting here after him waiting for a miracle to happen and it would turn to her too, but it seemed silly. The thought of having to walk away flashed more and more in my mind. In the end, she just started sitting and crossed her arms to her chest, and decided to just wait. Anna and Nick had already been kissed and the bottle was cut.

Then, when it seemed that the bottle would not turn against him this time as well, Elisa turned away for a moment from turning the bottle, but at the right moment she turned her head back. The bottle had turned directly on him, then Elisabeth looked up to see who turned it on. It was a boy. "Okay, you can do it for sure." She was shy, but this game gave her a little courage. "On the lips?" She encouraged, though she was ready to bend over and kiss. It did.

And it was her turn to spin the bottle, take a deep breath, and turn the bottle. It turned about two laps until it stopped while it turned. Elisa watched it intently. When she stopped she looked at whom it was pointing. "Okey. Kiss on the cheek or lips?" She asked, looking at the person pointed at the bottle.

@Flynn North

Anna was so excited about everything that when Nick was spun on, she almost didn't hold back excited wheeze, of course, poor girls who got Nick, but she nudged him and blushed hardly seeing his cousin kiss. Of course, she was planning on teasing him with that.

And when Elisa got spun on, Anna excitedly looked next at her identical twin and her eyes went wide, this was Elisa's first kiss, right? Right? RIGHT? Anna got to see her first kiss!!! Oh goodness!!! Both twins were going to get their first kiss with some minute difference, Anna got excited and watched what sister will do. When they leaned closer to each other, Anna closed her eyes with hands and blushed even brighter, out of a sudden she got shy about seeing her sister in this position. She opened her eyes only when the kiss was over to see who did Elisa get, Flynn... It was probably not the worst option but Anna still didn't want to look at that, she was excited about the chance to be there for twin when they all had their first kisses but looking at it was already too weird.

This was such a stupid game and he really didn't see the point in it. Who even found kissing enjoyable, anyway? Not like it meant anything with how they were taking things and it didn't even look like anyone was having a good time. Why couldn't this just be a game of truth or dare or something a little more interesting than just randomly kissing strangers. All he could manage was a sigh when the bottle ended up pointing at him again, folding his arms as he rolled his eyes. "Whatever," he muttered before leaning in and giving the girl the quickest peck on the lips with absolutely no feeling whatsoever.

"Is anyone actually enjoying this stupid game?" He did have to ask out loud as he spun the stupid bottle once again, watching it spin before landing pointing right at Giselle. Well, he supposed it could be worse. "Do you care what?" After this he was just watching, he was not kissing anyone else.

@Giselle Rosenberg
-after this, no one else bother to spin flynn because he's refusing to take part and kiss anyone else-

As Giselle was just watching without having to do anything yet she didn't knew how she would feel if she would be kissed or not. She at least hoped that an boy would kiss her, she didn't want an girl to be the first one ever. But than she remembered that she didn't got an say in it. As she watched the people kissing eachother she than heard Flynn being grumpy. It made her grin for an moment, it could be something she had said. Than he could spin the bottle and it landed on her. Giselle didn't knew how she felt about that. At least it was an boy and she knew him a little. He asked her if she cared what. She than looked at Lius and others before looking back to Flynn. '' No. I'm not an chicken.'' She than said shortly. Giselle didn't liked that it was someone who played quidditch, but in a way he was also ok which confused her. She moved towards him and put her hand on his cheek and went for the kiss on the mouth. He would be her first kiss ever but she didn't thought sentimental of it. As she let go of his lips she watched him, to see an reaction. '' Didn't you enjoy this too?'' She than asked him grinning for an moment and than quickly went for the bottle and saw it landing on the one person she didn't want it to land on.

She sighted heavily. The only thing Lius could get was an fist. '' You got to be kidding me.'' She than said annoyed. '' The only thing you get from me is an fist.'' The blonde than said as she watched her with anger. Thinking about the Yule Ball where she had spoke of her mother.

OOCOut of Character:
No joke random and how are the odds. Good luck people around them.

"Wow, Flynn, wouldn't have thought a Gryffindor would turn out to be such a chicken," Brooke said mildly, rolling her eyes as he complained about the game. "You're free to leave if you want. Since you're clearly too cool for us," she added, making a shooing motion. She didn't need him bringing the mood down, especially not with things getting interesting between Giselle and Liusaidh. "Punching is not part of the rules, Giselle," she added brightly, though if it came to that she wasn't breaking up the fight. Brooke just hoped it wouldn't mess up the game if they did start a fight though.

Alexis walked into the abandoned classroom hoping it was empty. To her surprise she saw there were a few other students in there. She recognised her roommates and wanted to leave but she was spotted.

(Out of character: Anyone is welcome to say anything and make her sit)

Liusaidh watched others take part, finding some enjoyment from watching other people kiss, if only because it was fun to watch reactions and how they went about it. She rolled her eyes at Flynn and his reluctance to kiss though she could almost understand it given it was Rosenberg, but of course, when Rosenberg spun the bottle it landed on her. She scoffed loudly, "Either gee me a kiss, doesnae have tae be on the lips or just spin again," she told her with a little grin, she wouldn't enjoy kissing Rosenberg but the fact it would annoy this girl more was exciting enough for her to want it to happen. Liusaidh wasn't sure if the rules would allow for a re-spin but she also didn't particularly want to ruin Brooke's game since she was having fun.
@Giselle Rosenberg

Blair was still laughing about her and Hilda's kiss. "Of course, you underestimated me, love," she winked at Hilda before her friend spun the bottle. When she spun, she was excited to see who the bottle will land on and it was some Gryffindor girl, Blair shrugged and watched as the game continued. When Hilda sat back next to her, Blair put her hand on her knee and with the other hand twirled the fabric that was on her friend.

When Alexis entered the room, a Russian girl immediately waved to her and showed that she has a free space next to her. "Game has been going for a moment now, so you sit with me, people are invested. Liusaidh and Giselle have to kiss now," she whispered at her before patting the place next to her. What a good thing that Blair was close to the exit so she didn't have to whisper through the classroom.
@Alexis Rodes King

Alexis nodded to Blair as she sat down next to her. Of course, she still didn't really know what was going on. but she couldn't say she really cared. She just sat there quietly as she watched the others.

Giselle felt irritated as she saw Lius. She was so not gonna kiss her, that would be so weird at first and kissing seemed something nice and positive and that was not how she felt about Lius. Ofcourse she had to be like look at me I'm cool. And Giselle rolled her eyes. Giselle than looked around. She was no chicken, but she was just not gonna kiss Lius. She frowned at Lius and than got closer to her looking at her straight. Ignoring what Brooke said. No one was gonna tell her how the rules were or anything. Than she looked back at Lius and pretended like she was getting closer with her head. '' Whatever.'' This was an chance to get back at her for speaking badly about her dead mother. She could not finish the fight at the Yule Ball, and Lius deserved this.

So as she was close enough she felt her hand shaking and punched her in the face. Seeing it hit her an bit at the side. But it was an nice hit. '' Your welcome! She than said. Perhaps everyone thought crazy of her, but she didn't cared. They didn't know what happend or what she went through. She felt really relieved, as she sometimes need to let her anger out. And especially to Lius. Whispering an bit softer to her. '' You got what you deserve. If you ever speak about my mother again. There is no professor who can safe you than.'' Giselle than said, trying to calm herself as she finished speaking. Turning to the group. '' So curious who you spin. An catch for the eye, with an blue eye now.'' She than said with an grin.

Godmod approved (byaaaaa)
@Liusaidh Fergusson

Liusaidh watched Giselle with some curiousity, keen to see how she would handle this. It almost seemed like she would maybe do it, and really that would be a massive surprised to Liusaidh. She really wouldn't have expected it, so when she got punched that made far more sense. There was no time to react, the side of her face blossomed in pain and she swore loudly, "Fer f2cks sake," Liusaidh retorted angrily. "Ye're an actual psycho," Liusaidh half laughed as she said it. Especially as she threatened her. Liusaidh narrowed her eyes and then looked towards Brooke. She didn't really want to ruin Brooke's game, though Rosenberg had already. "Dinnae be sh1te and stop ruining the game fae everyone. This is why no one likes ye," she retorted. She didn't care, she was taking her turn she reached forward and spun the bottle and watched as it settled on a boy, older than her. "Ah hope ye dinnae mind the fact ah just got punched," Her face was throbbing.
@Linden Cullen

Brooke couldn't help but gasp with Giselle hit Liusaidh, scooting over some to get further away from her roommates in case this became some sort of all out brawl. "What is wrong with you??" She hissed towards Giselle. For once, Liusaidh actually had some tact and didn't continue the fight, which let Brooke focus all her annoyance at Giselle instead. If it really came down to it to pick sides, Brooke would have to side with Liusaidh anyway; Giselle was already unpopular for her opinions on Quidditch and Liusaidh's family had better connections. This just made it a lot easier. "Maybe you should leave if you can't keep your temper," Brooke said stiffly, glancing at Liusaidh to check she was okay, but she seemed as unfazed as ever continuing to spin. "New rule, since apparently I have to spell it out for some of us," she announced to the room. "No punching." Brooke once again shot Giselle another unapproving look, hoping the message was clear enough for her.

Ryan wasn't super familiar with these sort of games, but he was fairly certain violence was typically part of how they went. He leant forward when one of the girls who'd spun threw a punch, trying to piece together whatever was going on from what she'd said about comments about her mother. Clearly there was some tension here, which admittedly did make things a bit more interesting to Ryan. He glanced to Augustus, and then Linden, who'd just been spun, wondering if either of them knew what to make of it all.

As Giselle watched Lius she was wondering what the girl had to say. Ofcourse this didn’t surprised her, also Brooke backing up Lius. Bah sticky glue it was. Though Giselle was pleased with the suprise element. She liked being in the picture and certainly she now was. “ If you want another you just have to ask!” She said back as Lius made her comments. Making her way slowly back to her spot, she felt alright with what she had done. The stuff Lius said back didn’t hurt her. It was the same way around. Giselle didn’t liked half of the school back, because those idiots all liked the dumbest sport ever. “ Such an chicken. Doesn’t even punch back.” She than mumbled. She frowned at Brooke not caring at all. “ Whatever. I forgot you follow her around everywhere like sticky glue.” She felt her hands less shaking and went sitting for it and grinned and Lius from afar. She was satisfied at least and it was not boring anymore. She was gonna stay for a little bit longer.
@Brooke Townsend @Liusaidh Fergusson

linden watched the game continued until some drama boiled up between two girls nd one punched he other instead of kissing her. he didn't know what the story betweenthem was but the girl was doing no was of winning herself friends. and just to aid the confusion someone juined the room just as the punch happened and for some reason she had decided to stay and not leave.
a few minutes later when things had calmed down he watched the bottle spinning around and around. and around. until he sat staring down the neck. time seemed to stop as the girl got up and made her way towards him. this wasn't his first kiss. he had a boy friend. he had a boyfriend he wasn't here to play he hadn't meant to be sitting in the circle he was here for moral support for casper. he balanced across at his friend then back at the girl as she got closer he opened hi mouth "I don't mind that you got punched, sorry, I am just here as moral support. I'm not pla... he started trailing off at the end. this girl had just been punched in the face by the girl who hadn't been nice to him when he had been delivering roses. he glanced at the girl who was now sitting down on the other side of the circle muttering something. "Actually" he said leaning forward resting one hand on the girls good cheek and the other hand resting on her upper arm. he leaned in and kissed her. was the kiss nice, he guessed so. but did the kiss give him the fireworks that he got from Alexei. he watched as the girl took a seat back to before he spun the bottle. he wasn't sure where he wanted it to land. someone her knew? Someone he didn't? a boy? a girl? Casper? someone else? he must have put too much spin into it as it seemed to take ages to come to a stop pointing towards Augustus, a Ravenclaw boy in his year. he got up and made his way towards him. he felt more nervous going towards him than he had been kissing the girl. was it because he was the one doing the kissing, or was it because Augustus was a boy. whatever the reason it felt more like cheering. "how do you want to do this? he asked once he reached the boy. half hoping that he would not want a kiss for Alexei's sake. but par wanting to kiss the other boy just to see how it differed from alexei.

@Augustus Westwick

Augustus had been watching the game unfold quietly, secretly relieved every time the bottle landed on someone else. There were so many people here, it wasn't really that likely that he would have to go, right? He was alarmed when one girl punched another girl, especially because she stayed in the game. Would she punch anyone she would get paired with? Augustus hoped not. But before he could think about it too much, he realized the bottle was pointing at him now. He looked up with wide eyes, meeting the gaze of Linden Cullen, a classmate from Hufflepuff. Augustus watched in alarm as he got closer to him, then blinked at his question. "Uh." He said quietly, then he closed his eyes and quickly pecked the boy on the lips. It was... strange. He pulled away, blushing. Only then did he realize he would have to spin now. That seemed like a flaw in the game, you hardly got any time to recover from the first kiss. He reached for the bottle and gave it a shaky spin, watching as it slowed to a stop in front of Leia. Of all the people in the room, it had to be one that clearly despised him. Augustus moved over to her, though he didn't expect her to kiss him. He wasn't sure if he wanted her to, though he would let it happen. He said nothing, simply staring at her and waiting to see what she would do.
