Giselle was on an mission today. She had been working on her posters for some while. Her first protest was at an quidditch game, and how irritant Lius and Brooke had been perhaps it wasn't the best time to protest during the game. So the blonde would put on posters. Styx had said it himself she could have free speech. But that didn't ment that Lius jinxing her was forgiven. But she got what she deserved by being an chicken to Styx. The blonde walked to the Entrance Hall and saw an empty spot and she put her poster up. Giselle actually hoped there were more children or adults who thought the same as her or just wanted the sport gone or safer. Those beaters were the worst. It was not an lie that Quidditch really killed. Her own mother was an example of it. But she wasn't gonna use her mothers face yet. It was too painfull. But if people would not listen, she was gonna tell her story. Giselle had to do something. She put up her poster and looked at it satisfied. If there were people so dumb here at school, she would do it by herself. But otherwise she could use all the help.

Eric hadn't been in a great mood ever since his fight with Kas, which had been a while ago. But while he didn't want to admit it to himself, he missed hanging out with the Hufflepuff. Eric didn't have many people he could stand, and Kas had been one of them. He was still ignoring Eric, though. And from what he could tell, ignoring Connor too. It was so childish, and it made Eric not want to take that first step to make things better again. He hadn't been wrong. The boy was looking around for Nova or Connor as he headed to the great hall, when a poster caught his eye. The title definitely drew attention, and he stopped in his tracks. "Quidditch kills?" He asked, looking at the young girl who looked proud of it. "It's a dumb sport, sure. But kills? The worst those wimps get is a couple of bruises, and they act all tough about it." He said, thinking of Noel and Sully. He looked at the girl again, guessing she's a first year. "This won't make you very popular, you know." He added with a nod to the poster. Everyone at Hogwarts was obsessed with the stupid sport. It wasn't like Eric cared, but he knew girls cared about that sort of stuff.

Tilly was passing through the Entrance Hall to the lawn when she noticed a familiar face. The Hufflepuff slowed down and nearly groaned out loud when she saw Giselle’s poster. However, after spending time with her at the Halloween Feast, Tilly knew the Slytherin girl wasn’t so bad.

While Tilly loved Quidditch and didn’t agree with Giselle, she was happy she had decided to do this away from the stands. The Hufflepuff looked over to the Gryffindor boy who had also stopped to read the poster. He was a few years ahead of them, from the look of it.

“Seriously, who cares about being popular?” Tilly asked. Popularity was a foreign concept to her; not that she'd ever had a taste of it herself.

Willow was making her way out of the great hall after having eaten a little more of the chicken pasta for dinner than she possibly should but she had just had a quidditch practice and she had been hungry. she was just on her way upt to the common room to take a shower and reluctantly get stuck into some study as even though she didn't have exams imminently she still needed to keep up with everything in class. she was distracted by a group of students gathered around some posters at first glance at the picture she thought it was someone who was doing some kind of quidditch training, then she thought it was someone protesting the results of the last match or the weird way the league was run, but once she read the rest of the poster she was surprised by what it said. "do you know how often people die during quidditch? It is really rare. hardly a handful have died in the last few hundred years. And people die from all sorts of other things. like swimming, eating, animal bites, trees falling on them" she said. trying not to show her amusement at the whole situation. "and I guess you have never played yourself otherwise you would know how much fun it is" she said. looking from the two young girls to the boy who she recognised as eric, one of the younger Gryffindors.

((edit thanks to jesse pointing out that I was following the wrong cannon. and didnt know somethign that willow probably would have known))

Giselle had expected people to walk by. This was an busy place and that was why she started here, putting the poster up. When she turned around an boy from her house who seemed older spoke to her. Giselle was glad people came by, it ment that her poster worked people noticed it. The boy agreed that it was an dumb sport, and Giselle smirked for an moment. '' Glad you agree it's dumb.'' Giselle than responded. She actually was not ready to tell people she didn't knew of her mother, but she had to do something. He than spoke of that it didn't made her popular and before she could answer Tilly joined them and answered. '' Exactly. I don't care. I don't like most of the people so.'' Giselle than said and looked at Tilly for an moment. The girl had been nice to here, and she wasn't that bad. Giselle liked having attention and be the centre of it. But it wasn't that she became sad if people would not like her. It made her feel irritated sometimes, but usually she found an way to get the attention. Giselle wanted to continue explaining to the Gryffindor who didn't seemed too bad either, he just asked things. And he thought the sport was dumb, so that automatic made her like him more. But than an older girl joined them and she noticed an prefect badge. The blonde already knew the girl would play, if she was defending it so. Giselle rolled her eyes. '' But than it's not a lie right'? Quidditch really kills!'' Giselle than said irritated to the girl. The blonde sighted again. She was afraid of highs so she would never set foot on an broom anymore. Flying class was dumb. '' Someone I knew died because of the sport. So it's dangerous.'' Giselle than said and sighted again. '' I would never play that sport. Because it's STUPID!'' Giselle than explained.

Eric regretted getting involved in this when another young girl commented. He scowled, shaking his head. "I don’t care about being popular, but girls do.” He insisted, gesturing to the girl with the sign. “She’s just asking to be hated on this way, it’s stupid.” He told them both. It didn’t take long at all for a Quidditch fan to get involved, and Eric rolled his eyes at the Gryffindor perfect. He was unsurprised by her stance, as he knew she was on the Quidditch team. The younger girl went against her words, yelling about how Quidditch killed again. Eric snorted. “She’s not wrong, though.” He commented, though he didn’t really care. “You look pretty insensitive, saying it’s okay that some people die as long as you can have your fun playing the sport.” He added with a shrug. He wasn’t really taking a side, but he never missed an opportunity to go against authority figures. Prefects were especially dumb, in his opinion.

TIlly snorted loudly. Who was this boy- any boy, really- to speak for all girls? Even if he was older. Popularity was a waste of time.

Tilly crossed her arms over her chest, watching the exchange between the two older Gryffindors and Giselle. The Hufflepuff disagreed with Giselle wholeheartedly, but the fact that she was protesting in the castle and not on the pitch was a drastic improvement.

Even though Tilly loved Quidditch, she now understood why Giselle had strong feelings against it. She couldn’t imagine having a family member die of the sport: several of her cousins and an uncle played professional Quidditch, and the thought of them getting killed never occurred to her. But she thought the Gryffindor prefect was right, even though she was blunt.

Given that all three students had strong personalities, Tilly thought it might not be best to interject, so she stayed quiet.
