HISTORY: Elvira grew up in Paris with her parents as an only child. She had a happy childhood, and never had much trouble making friends. The child of a witch and muggle, Elvira had a lot of interaction with both worlds growing up. She is very sensitive to prejudice against muggles because of this, and will not hesitate to fight anyone on this. As she started school at Beauxbatons Academy of Magic, she quickly befriended Celine Lussier. The two are best friends, and Celine helps temper her fiery personality when needed.
