Y42 S1 Ravenclaw Practice

Lily wondered how long a game could go on for if no one found the snitch. People needed toilet and food breaks after a while right.
 
Sawyer angled himself slightly sideways as Branson approached again, rolling his shoulders as he tried to keep an eye on the quaffle and the rest of the team.
 
Sutton winced as the bludger hit her. She tried not to lose focus, but it had definitely hurt. She managed to hit a second bludger coming her way, too distracted to aim. It went in a rather random direction.
 
Valeria was able to hit another bludger, very pleased when it soared and hit one of the other players dead on.

When Branson approached the hoops he threw the ball and was disappointed to miss the hoops.
 
Thinking about how food and toilet breaks were managed by the Ministry had made her lose focus. Only snapping out of it when she heard the sound of fluttering wings nearby. Lily wasn't that stupid to let it go and soon she had a golden ball in her hands. "I uh..got it " she said shyly.
 
Sawyer was more ready for Branson, glad to be able to scoop up the quaffle before it could get through the hoops. His attention was drawn from the chasers for a moment to see Lillian on the move, grinning when he saw she had managed to grab the snitch. "Hey, good job! Keep it up!" He said, relieved to see the seekers were doing well despite the heavy pressure from the beaters.
 
Valeria was able to hit another bludger and though she sent it towards a seeker, and was surprised to watch it go completely wide and instead hit the keeper again

Xiuying caught the quaffle once it was thrown back out, circling her way around the pitch towards the hoops.
 
Sefina sucked in a breath when Michael's bludger hit her. She gave him a thumbs up and flew off in search of the snitch. At least Lillian, the other alternate, was having better luck.
 
Rory winced as he felt the bludger collide at high speed, crashing into his side. He slowed down as he clutched his side but after a few minutes he resumed following the action.
 
Michael hit a bludger away from the team.
 
When Xiuying was close enough to the hoops, she threw the quaffle towards the left hoop but it didn't go through.
 
Michael rolled his shoulders, giving his arms a bit of a rest as he flew around keeping an eye out.
 
Sawyer had wanted to get his attention back on the chasers but unfortunately it meant he missed the bludger Valeria had hit his way until it was too late. The hit spun him on his broom, which was painful and disorienting but he was able to recover enough to barely force Xiuying's next shot away from the left hoop. Catching his breath, Sawyer was a little slow getting the quaffle back out as he tried to shake off the ache.
 
Michael swung and missed, but in actuality the bludger wasn't actually anywhere near him. Maybe he should get his eyes checked.
 
Sawyer was glad the team's enthusiasm for practice hadn't seemed to have waned over the holidays even after their terrible season last year. Maybe they actually had a solid chance this year?
 
It had looked like no one else was up for taking the quaffle, so Xiuying decided to get the quaffle again and circle around towards the hoops once again.
 
Lily was up for another round of snitch searching and thus she went up to get a good advantage point.
 
Valeria swung for a bludger but missed.
 
Branson flew in beside Xiuying as she went towards the hoops again.
 
Lily was still flying around to find the snitch, but it seemed to be hidden.
 
Xiuying decided to pass the ball to @Branson Archer as he flew her, as she thought it would be a good thing to practise.
