Y41 Hufflepuff Quidditch Practice Semester Two

René was impressed to see Lucas snatch up the snitch so quickly after a bludger hit, himself taking a breather after hitting so many so quickly.
 
Lucas let go of the snitch and kept on flying.
 
Having finished a lap, René set off after one of the bludgers again, briefly out maneuvered when it suddenly changed directions and he struggled to keep up.
 
Renata was glad to have a break for a few minutes, getting a drink and stretching back out on the ground. It seemed like the break was good, Leonardo scored and Lucas caught the snitch. Renata cheered for them both before taking possession of the quaffle.
 
Felix continued to look for the snitch.
 
René had to duck suddenly as the troublesome bludger he'd been chasing suddenly shot towards him, sure he could have felt that ruffle his hair if his hair was longer.
 
Renata got the quaffle past Zagreus. This was obviously some universe balancing act for the bad luck with Bertie Bott's, but she'd take it.
 
Felix groaned as he continued to fly around the pitch. He was getting tired of this.
 
The break had helped René get a second wind for sure but he could already feel himself slowing down. Glancing at Tilly, René didn't let himself ease up just yet in case she was watching.
 
Leonardo grabbed the quaffle after Renata managed to score again.
 
Lucas chased the snitch for a while after letting it go, but it soon disappeared from sight.
 
Felix was happy Lucas was able to catch the snitch again. He just hoped he'd have the same luck before practice was over.
 
When Leonardo got close, he threw the ball and was very surprised but pleased to watch it go through the hoop with ease.
 
Lucas kept on flying, looking around for the snitch.
 
Zag was still feeling quite sore after the bludger hits, wincing slightly as he moved in front of the hoops. But he was too slow to save the next shot, huffing as he collected the quaffle as it fell before throwing it back to one of the chasers.
 
Lucas was still flying around, no sign of the snitch.
 
Felix kept looking.
 
René had been lining up a swing when he saw Lucas making a move again to grab the snitch. It was impressive, but ultimately a distraction he probably should have ignored, wincing as his hit on the bludger landed oddly, sending the bludger spirally awkwardly into @Jordan Harris by mistake.

Jordie winced as he got hit, but tried to shake it off. He caught the snitch and started around again.
 
And he still kept looking.
 
René shook out his arm after the last hit, glad Jordie seemed okay.
 
Felix was getting bored of this whole thing.
 
Spotting a bludger headed right for Felix, René put on a burst of speed, zipping between it at Felix to knock it away. It didn't hit Felix thankfully, but he had inadvertently sent it right into @Linden Cullen instead.

Felix yawned. There still wasn't a snitch anywhere.
