Y37 Gryffindor Practice S1

Noel was happy with his score and was very suprised that the young seeker did so well. Their team seem to be losing but he didn’t mind they were one time after all. Lysander managed to hit him with an bludger he heard the noice coming but was too late. The pain hit him again and this really hurted. He was kind of mad, he didn’t want to be hit three times that was not neccesary. The brown haired boy saw Knox getting hit but he would not give up and took the quaffle as it was tossed back. Hoping Knox was ok. But Noel would try to score again. On his way to Christian.
 
They weren't fast enough to grab the quaffle before Noel did and Sully wasted no time tailing him as he made his way to the other end of the pitch.
 
Noel had pain in his side the bludger had hit him well. But when he came closer to the hoops he felt an urge and tried to get all the fighting spirit he had into his attempt. He aimed for the left hoop and managed to score! Noel felt happy that even though his pain he managed to score. “ Woeeh! “ he said with an happy smile. He just needed to focus and than things would work out after all.
 
He was feeling pretty good about himself for catching the snitch three times now, feeling a little better about the whole thing as he continued to fly around in search of catch number four
 
Sully was impressed Noel managed to score even after taking a few bludgers and he gave his friend a thumbs up as he grabbed the quaffle once it was back in play.
 
Eager to try and match Noel's now two goals, Sully shot straight towards the hoops, not wasting any time crossing the pitch. He whooped in success as the speed paid off, the quaffle soaring through the hoop before Nikko could stop it.
 
Feeling like he was on a roll, Sully didn't waste any time again swooping in and snatching the quaffle before Noel or Knox could get a chance, grinning as he tucked it under his arm and took off.
 
Emma chased after one of the bludgers and tried to hit it, to her annoyance, she missed.
 
Lysander tried to bat a bludger, though his shot went wide.
 
There was still no sign of the snitch again, but Flynn simply kept looking hoping that it would show up again.
 
Lysander flew off to find another bludger, though a brief glance at his watch told him they were close to wrapping up. He caught Sierras attention, trying to gesture the fact they only had a few minutes left, before continuing on.
OOC: Practice will be closed later today!
 
Getting down to the wire, Sully tried to squeeze in one last goal, quickly zipping back towards Nikko and lobbing the quaffle at the hoops. He shrugged when he didn't make it, still pleased with his previous goals, but one last shot would have been nice.
 
Christian groaned when Noel managed to score, he grabbed the quaffle and threw it back in play for one of his own chasers to grab.

Continually ignoring the pain in his side, Knox followed Sully, and then Chloe, and then Noel, trying to keep his eyes on the quaffle and focus on his role as a chaser despite how much pain he felt. Knox smiled when Noel had possession again and followed him down the pitch, though he was soon hit with another bludger, and Knox found himself too caught up in the pain and nausea of being spun around as Noel managed a goal. Squinting and steadying himself, Knox then cheered before following Sully to the other end of the pitch and sighing when Sully failed to score. Knox tried his best, scooping the quaffle as it was thrown back into the game and flying towards the opposite hoops.​
 
As the clock hands ended the hour, Lysander blew his whistle to call the practice to a close, and landed to gather everyone on the pitch. “That was awesome! Good work everyone! We’re definitely ready to take on the other teams.” He said, feeling pretty confident. “We’ll uh, keep you all posted next time we organise a practice, and when our first match is. Cool, well, that’s all. See you guys next time!” He told them, before getting ready to pack up with Sierra.
