standard plot request thread

so I have a bit more free time this next few weeks so it is time to get some plotting organised.
okay, let's run from youngest to oldest.

Students	Sky/Neimh/Harmony Eriksen First-year hufflepuff Anything​	Linden Cullen Fifth-year Hufflepuff Friends, rivals, anything​
	Sky is a quiet girl who loves her music. she tends to like quiet people, those who are a bit of outsiders like her. She grew up in Norway and her mum is Irish so she has a bit of an unusual accent that sounds almost singsong when she talks which doesn't detract from the impression that she is a bit like a wood nymph aesthetic	Lin is sort of the big brother of his friend group. looking out for the boys in his dorm. he is apparently popular (as per superlative nominations) and I guess being on the quidditch team makes him a bit of a jock. but his biggest love is animals. aesthetic
Recent graduates	Selene Le Fey 19 studying at college friends, aquaintances, anything​	Willow Cullen 21 Auror in training. friends. rivals, colleagues, romance​
	since graduating last year Selene has moved in with her boyfriend in Salem but still heads back to new Zealand as she still works Wednesdays in the inner eye. she is a seer so if you want any spoilers for upcoming plots let me know Aesthetic	Since graduation Willow has been all enthralled in her Auror training. she has enjoyed it but it has been intense. and her social life has suffered significantly. Aesthetic
Adults	Rhiannon Archer (McGowan) 31 Healer, mum. Friends, colleagues, counsellor​	Briar Rowan-Cullen 42 head of the department of magical creatures, werewolf, mum friends, people who dislike her. suggestions​
	Rhiannon had her first kid in may last year and is struggling to get in the swing of life as a mum. she is struggling with post-natal depression and not sure how to balance life. she is feeling a little more like herself since she has returned to work two days a week but still struggles Aesthetic	Briar has sort of been left for a while. she is head of the department of magical creatures though she took a short stint teaching a year ago. she is loud and passionate about what she is passionate about. and has gained a bit of a reputation for herself as a werewolf rights campaigner. she also has a five-year-old daughter if anyone fancies mum plots aesthetic
Leigh West 43 bookshop owner, barista. friends or anything really​	Alyce Brown 44 Manager of the hogs head friends. flings, romance​	Elvera Le Fey 46 Professor, shopkeeper, Seer friends students​
Leigh is someone who i haven't used as much as i would have liked to. She owns a bookshop/cafe in the muggle world but has a secret magic back room. she doesn't have much of a social life. as she is trying to support her wife and kids.	Alyce in her youth was a bit of a globe trotter moving from continent to continent working in bars ending up in Germany for a few years before moving to New Zealand. she worked for a while in the three broomsticks before moving to the hogs head where she manages the bar. she is a bit of a bar aunt. the kind of tender who will listen to your stories as she pours you another whisky. I am thinking it is about time she started a steady relationship. she is aggressively bisexual so whatever works. aesthetic	with a classroom that looks like a sitting room and always with some kind of sweet treat available. Elvera is the mama bear of the divination tower. her main goal that she wants to teach her students is to love themselves, and that they deserve to be happy and healthy (not that she tells them that outright, she does have a subject to teach as well) she also runs the inner eye. aesthetic

MIA!! I allllways want more plots with you!

Niamh & Giulia - I think we talked about this in semester 1 but never got around to a one-on-one thread, though they did meet at the sleepover. I think they'd get along really well, though Giulia might have a bit of trouble with her accent at first. Definitely keen to throw them together and see what happens! Giulia's had more time to practice English now, so they could probably communicate a bit more easily.

Linden & Finn - I dunno if this is necessarily material for A Thread immediately, but I do like to think that after their Yule Ball date they would stay good friends? They're very much on the same page about a lot of life stuff, and Finn appreciates that.

Willow & Charlie - I'm gonna be apping for Charlie to start Auror training soon, so if that gets approved they could be training buddies? I think they'd get along quite well, Willow would probably remind Charlie quite a bit of their younger sister.

Briar & Kyle - I think we've talked about these two clashing a few times in the past. They've both got very different feelings about and approaches to their lycanthropy, and if Briar's out there saying things publicly that Kyle dislikes I reckon there's plenty of space for tension there.

Alyce & Adelia - This is a bit of a curveball, so hear me out! I've been thinking recently I'd like for Adelia to find love at some point, and I actually think she and Alyce could balance each other really well - Adelia is very calculating - not in a cruel way, but in terms of how she weighs and balances every decision. She's had a difficult career, as a Black woman high up in the business world, and she's learned to handle herself very carefully. I think they could compliment each other very well - Adelia could help Alyce with settling down and taking things slower, and Alyce could help Adelia live a little. The caveat is that Adelia's a muggle - her daughter (April Ward) was at Hogwarts a while back, and she's spent a fair amount of time visiting the magical world (she spoke at the discussion Minister Holland held a few years ago) but she's never been part of it herself. ANYWAY I rambled a lot but lemme know what you think <3

Niamh & Giulia - yes we should definatly do this. did you want me to start something?

Linden & Finn - I agree. maybe not somehting that needs to be threaded right away but i can see them staying friends maybe another thread somewhere down the line.

Willow & Charlie - that would be great. i cant remember if charlie was older or younger than willow (I looked it up a year older) so i am guessing they probably knew of each ther at school even if they didnt really hang out. but yes i am totlly up for a thread with them.

Briar & Kyle - yeah the issue with trying to represent a goup of people who are mostly margenalised is the resst probably just want to keep their heads down and get on with life. her general message is werewolves are people too. and are not dangerous the majority of the time. and trying to get wolfsbane subsidised by the ministry. (she was subsidising it. from her own pocket for a while). and also that werewolvews should take responsability for their own and others safty during a full moon.

Alyce & Adelia - I could actually see this working. we would have to try them and see how they vibe but I have a good feeling about them.

Willow & Charlie - Yesss that sounds great! I agree they would have known each other vaguely in school, esp since Willow was a prefect and Charlie made a point of knowing who to avoid when breaking rules I'll drop you a line once I've done Charlie's Auror stuff and we can set up a thread then?

Briar & Kyle - Yesss, I think they've clashed slightly in the past because Kyle's much more interested in hiding and assimilating than the kind of visibility necessary to fight for change. Part of him kind of wishes he could be more public but he's Scared so instead he just quietly resents people with the courage he doesn't have. He actually agrees with her on most stuff but their ways of going about things are very different. If she was doing any kind of publicity stuff relating to the cause that would probably rub him the wrong way, and could lead to some kind of confrontation?

Alyce & Adelia - Yayyyyy nice!! I could start something for these two if you like?

Willow & Charlie - Willow wasn't one to necessarily keep to all the rules, and while she did she was rather flippant about it. she just knew how not to get caught. and the ways around things. and has always been good at reading people and being charming when she needed to be. but yes, let me know when you are ready.

Briar & Kyle - One of the main reasons briar does it is because she doesn't mind being different or taking a hit, she thrives off it a little. and she knows a lot of people dont want to make waves. even her husband doesnt make waves. so she does it so that they don have to. or that is part of how she sees it. the issue os of course, i probably need an approval before i actually do anything and I can't be bothered filling out the form which is why i think she campaigns quite a lot but never actually RP it. maybe one day i will get around to actually applying (four OOC years later) but she is fairly recognisable so if he does see her he would probably reggnise her.

Alyce & Adelia - sounds great.

Ollivanders thread: worries. they are a great idea. and cue the where the hell did you manage to get that combination of cores from questions.

I know they're a bit different personality-wise, but I think it would be interesting to put them together and see where it goes?
