Unlike the seeker, Gaia definitely didn't need her eyes checked as she could see perfectly clearly the chasers and who was in possession of the quaffle.
 
Kanako didn't hit a bludger, sadly.
 
Sayuri stole the quaffle
 
Ignatius wasn't sure Zeke, that was his name right? That he hadn't just hidden the snitch after finding it.
 
Sybil yelped as another bludger hit her. She would feel that tomorrow. But she kept her head down and focused on following Sayuri around the pitch.
 
Kanako swung and missed. Hmph.
 
Sayuri avoided a bludger herself on the way down to the hoops
 
Ignatius still didn't catch the snitch but he did feel a bit bad for Sybil. She was pleasant and it helped that she wasn't hitting him with bludgers.
 
Alana still didn’t hit anything.
 
Kanako missed a bludger, but in her defence, it was a quick one.
 
Alana continued not to hit anything.
 
Kanako wondered if the bludgers were being especially difficult today.
 
Sayuri missed her shot
 
Amanita didn't want to admit it, but she'd been hanging back, watching as Sayuri dominated the pitch for a bit. Logan and Gaia had both taken a bludger and she wasn't keen to follow suit by making a show of herself. It was embarrassing and after a quiet but stern talking to in her head, Amanita shot forward, grabbing the quaffle after Sayuri's shot and lobbing it back through the hoops.

"Oh. I didn't think that'd work," she said, processing her first successful goal finally. Sure, it wouldn't work in a real game unless she could intercept the opposing keeper's throw, but it was a goal. She could do better though, Amanita knew she could.
 
Kanako watched as the first year scored. Huh. So she did have potential. Unlike Kanako, apparently, who once again missed hitting a bludger.
 
Gaia blocked yet another shot from Sayuri but she wasn’t expecting the first year to have a try right after she’d thrown the quaffle back into play. Surprised by the score Gaia grabbed the quaffle throwing it back into play, schooling her features into neutrality.
 
Sayuri grabbed the quaffle and flew around
 
Ignatius tried to ignore the rising feeling of humiliation.
 
Zeke felt better knowing he was doing better than the other guy.
 
Gaia readied herself for another shot to block.
 
She was just a little tempted to throw the quaffle at the keeper’s face and well if it was blocked, it was a missed shot anyway
 
Gaia gave a faint smile to the chaser and threw the quaffle back to play.
 
Ignatius was starting to feel hungry.
 
Vanity hit a bludger aimlessly, it flew off without hitting anyone.
 
Logan caught the quaffle as it was thrown back into the game. He flew off with it.
