Slytherin Quidditch Practice Y44 S1

Mish flew around for a bit.
 
Toby was a little surprised to see Avery come off his broom, but he supposed he understood it. He himself was aching quite a bit now from all the bludger hits. It was making it rather hard to focus on trying to find the snitch.
 
Ivelisse squinted when she noticed Avery off his broom after his bludger hits. She could understand the boy and yet it annoyed her a little. If that had been her, surely Celia wouldn't have asked if she needed to go to the hospital wing. She would probably just have told her to do better. So, while being hit as many times as the boy had Ive pushed on. She noticed a glimmer of gold nearby and quickly pursued it, quite pleased when she managed to wrap her fingers around her.
 
Celia knew @Toby Oikawa was just a first year, but she held him to the same standard as the other two seekers. So when Ivelisse beat him to the snitch, Celia smacked a bludger his way.

Ivelisse let go of the snitch and watched it fly away
 
Mish did feel a little bad for everyone, this practice was turning out to be quite brutal.
 
Celia did not believe in feeling bad for her victims teammates. If they didn't want to get hit, they needed to get better at flying. She hit a bludger at @Mischa Falter-Butera.

After what felt like an eternity, limbs aching and being pounded left and right from bludgers, Toby finally finally spotted a glint of gold. He didn't waste any time, zipping through at full pelt, leaning forward on his broom to push himself forward. He'd be unaware he had been holding his breath until he realized he couldn't breathe, finally let out a long huff as he wrapped his hand around the fluttering golden ball, sitting up on his broom. Finally.
 
Ivelisse squinted at the new seeker when he caught the snitch just after she had let it go, wondering if he knew that he should let it fly off first.
 
Avery gradually picked up some speed and resumed his searching, though it seemed the snitch was already struggling against the other two seekers. He hung back a moment, waiting to lose sight of it before he resumed.
 
Celia was pretty sure Ivelisse and Toby both catching the snitch after getting hit was proof that motivational bludgers worked — so long as you didn't get knocked off your broom, she thought, glancing at Avery. In an effort to further test this theory, Celia flew off and hit a bludger at @Terror Zhefarovich.

Leaving the stands far behind him, Avery continued to look around, opting to search closer to the grass of the pitch.
 
Celia hit a bludger at @Horror Zhefarovich, not because she thought he needed the motivation (or punishment), but because she feared that if he was left too uninjured, the chasers would never score another goal. She hoped he could keep this up for the game against Hufflepuff. However, it was difficult to tell whether all Horror's saves were a result of his own talent or the chasers' incompetence. Celia supposed the real test would come when he faced off against Renata.

Ive searched
 
Mish chased after a bludger to try and hit.
 
Toby finally felt good after catching the snitch, letting out a sigh as he let it go again, hanging back for a moment to make sure it was out of sight once again before setting off.
 
Avery glanced at the clouds overhead. No sign of the snitch against their dark undersides.
 
Ive kept searching
 
Mish rolled his shoulders again.
 
Celia turned her attention to the beaters. They were doing fairly well, especially compared to the rest of the team, but more practice never hurt. She slammed a bludger towards @Seamus Reid.
