Kari's messy house.

She smiled when he said he could stay, but her face turned to worry when he let out a moan. He was in pain. He nudged her and she got off quickly, as he fell to the floor. "Kari!" She exclaimed, falling on her knees next to him. "Kari, what's wrong?"

Kari clenched his teeth as he let out another expression of pain. He wished he could tell Sarah he was all right but all he could do right now was wait for the attack to be over with. He reached for her hand and brought it to his face. He grunted again and tried to stay conscience. He could feel the blood draining from his face, his heart pounding in his chest, he throat drying up, he didn't know how much longer he could last, but then again he always lasted.

As Kari clenched his face in pain she frowned and let tears fill her eyes. "Kari, please, be okay." She said freaking out. He pulled her hand to his face and she rubbed her thumb gently across his cheek. He grunted again, and Sarah felt herself flinch. She didn't want him in pain, and she wanted to know why. If she had her wand with her, maybe she could've helped, but she didn't. She could only sit there and watch him be in pain.

Kari felt the pain cease adbruptly. He let out a sigh of relief and let his body relax. Traces of pain where still when he moved but he was just happy to have avoid the panic attack that often comes with the pain spasms. He looked up at her with a relieved face, held up his hands, and half shouted, "I'm okay!" He laughed but inside he didn't feel like laughing. Now he had to tell Sarah his secret. One that one two other people know.

Suddenly his muscles seemed to relax. He raised his hands into the air and shouted that he was okay. Sarah sat back on her knees, worry still in her eyes. "W-what happened?" She asked, curious to know. She wondered what it could be, was it like cramps... severe cramps? She tilted her heads, looking strait at him.

Kari sat up and sighed. He took both of her hands in his. He was amazed by how small her hands where compaired to his and how neatly they fit together. "Sarah I have a condition. I beg you not to see me any differently because of this, okay?"

He took her hands into his. She swallowed as he said he had a condition. "Kari, i could see you in no other way." She said, answering his last question like comment.

Kari nodded, he didn't believe her but it was nice to hear her say it. People always saw him differently afterwards. "I have something called Crohns Disease. It causes my immune system to attack my intestines. This can cause ulcers and what you just saw. Severe attacks of pain and cramping. which could also send me into a panic attack. Its hard to deal with but I'll live." He looked pitiful as he spoke about his condition. He hated it so much.

She nodded as he began talking. this diseas was something she knew well about, since her brother had been a doctor. There was no clue, and it could send someone into an early grave. She looked down for a second, then back up at him. She leaned forward and gently kissed his cheek. "Well at leas ti still have you here, right now." She said smiling at him.

"It's not your fault. You can't controll it." She gave his hands a small squeeze.

Kari gave her another smile. "So," desperate to change the subject. "When do you want to meet Kala?"

She smiled as he changed the subject. "Well, whenever i can i guess. Angela said she was nice." Seh smiled and him and came closer to him.

He wrapped his arms around her and gave her a small kiss on the nose. "She is nice. i think she'd like you."

Sarah smiled when he kissed her nose and said that he thought Kala would like her. "I hope so." She said, giving him a peck on the lips.

Kari gave her another kiss then pulled back so he could yawn. "I wonder what time it is."

She smiled as he kissed her and then yawned. "I'm not exactly sure." Seh looked at her cell, which was off. "I'm too lazy to try my cell." She admitted.

Kari looked around the room but he remembered that he broke the clock two weeks ago because the alarm was annoying him. He laughed, "Well I don't have anything to keep time here."

"well then we'll have to judge it by the sun. If the sun's not up, i don't have to leave." Seh said with a grin.

Kari lifted up the black out curtains to show an even blacker night. "Well I think thats a 'you need to stay'." He laughed softly and held her closer.

She leaned on him for a second, and then moved to stand up. She looked around and stretched a bit. She looked at the coffee table and walked over to it. Sarah picked up the keys and looked at him. "Kari?" She asked.

Kari's smile widened a bit when he saw her look at the coffee table. "Yes hun?"

"I thought you said your keys.. were in... your... pocket?" He sentence slowed as she thought for a second. She swallowed, "when did you take them out?" Seh asked confused.

Kari started laughing. "I took them out when we got here." Then he shrugged. "Sorry just can't help it. I'm a guy."

She thought for a second and then realized what he was talking about. She tried hard to keep from laughing, but let a grin spread across her face. "Very, very nice Kari." She walked back over to him and sat down again. "So, what do you wanna do?"
