Hufflepuff Practice Y39 S1

Blair overheard what was going on between beaters and the seeker while she was following to get the quaffle but then she loudly cried out and quietly swore in Russian, at least there was almost no way she was going to get yelled at because it was in a whole another language. She totally understood Tilly, however, Blair tried her best to follow Amy in case she decides to pass the quaffle.
 
Seeing Blair flying behind her, Amy decided to pass to the younger girl and give her a chance to score.

The last thing Blair expected was that Amy would actually pass the quaffle to her, especially with her luck for the whole practice. Blair scored only once out of all the attempts she made but she caught the quaffle and made her way to the hoops and threw the ball pretty sure that it will be blocked. However, the quaffle went right through the hoops and Blair, while celebrating the score, almost fell of the broom because the previous two bludger hit reminded her of the pain they caused.
 
René hoped everyone else was as tired as he was so it wouldn't look quite as bad when he finally caught up to the bludger he'd been tailing. He knocked it away, trying to send it towards one of the other beaters.

Lucas didn't see the snitch anywhere, he was starting to get a bit frustrated with it.
 
René stretched out his hitting arm, feeling the pull in the muscles all the way up to his shoulder, grimacing as his muscles protested.
 
Lucas thought he saw the snitch, but when he flew closer it wasn't actually there.
 
René tried to follow after the other bludger but had to duck suddenly when it changed course.
 
Tilly wondered when the captains were going to call for break time. Everyone looked like they could use it- herself included.
 
Lucas was tired and getting grumpy, the snitch was nowhere to be seen.
 
Looking around at the state of the team, Connor shot a glance to Amy before flying over to her. "Should we call it here?" He asked hesitantly. "Everyone's in pretty bad shape..."

Amy looked around at the team when Connor asked if they should take a break."I think everyone's pretty tired, let's do it." Blowing the whistle, she called out to the team,"Take a quick break everyone!" She landed and had some water. After some time had passed, she blew the whistle to signal practice starting again.

Bludger hits have been reset for practice purposes ^_^
 
Tilly was glad for the break. Too bad a little rest couldn't even help her hit a bludger.
 
René was relieved when Amy called for a timeout, touching down and immediately flopping onto the grass with his waterbottle until it was time to get back into the air. It was hard convincing his arms to want to swing his bat again, but René felt like he had a bit more energy, grinning as he sent a bludger straight into @Tilly Drage.

The break was pretty nice, but Lucas still felt pretty tired as he flew around.
 
Jordie was feeling pretty worn out as they were called down for a break, sitting with the others and taking a few minutes to breath. When they returned to the air, Jordie caught the quaffle and made his way towards the hoops.
 
Connor was glad for the break, but as he took to the air again it was pretty clear the team didn't have much steam left in them. After Tilly got hit, he conferred with Amy again quickly before blowing his whistle, calling out to the team. "Okay guys, that's enough for today! Hit the showers, check in at the hospital wing if you need to, we'll pick this up next time!" He instructed, still determined not to look at Lucas, and the relief when he was able to fly away from his ex and go get changed and think about anything else was overwhelming.
