James had expected some backlash from the students as he walked around flaunting his authority but the last thing he expected was an actual slap to the face. James placed his hand on his cheek and felt the burning sensation the girl left on his face. "Be glad you're not a Gryffindor," He barked at her before he went over to check on Monty. Once he got a response from Professor Kingsley he went back to the little Slytherin girl who slapped him. He wouldn't take a physical assault laying down. "Silencio," James said pointing his wand at the girl. "Now there won't be any lip from you, please run along so the grown ups can deal with the situation,"

Leda didn't care when the older girl told her to leave once again, hadn't they tried that enough already? What she didn't expect however was the prefect to come bounding back over to her, obviously angry that someone had tried to stand up to him. "I don't th.." Leda was about to speak out once again when she found herself unable to let the words leave her tongue. How dare he! Her eyes were boiling, rage behind them fired directly at the prefect as he stood over her, a sense of unworthy authority around the Slytherin as he tried to silence her. He may have stopped her ability to speak, but that didn't mean she was completely immobile. Glancing up and down, she noted their height differences briefly before extending her hands to grab a hold of the prefects shoulders. Her blue eyes glared into his as in one swift motion, in true muggle born fashion, Leda brought her knee up to crush his manhood. With everyone around them to witness his attack on her, the thirteen year old had no choice but to defend herself, and with the adrenaline running through her body at the sheer force she'd put into the motion, he deserved exactly what he got.

Zennon could not believe what was happening. People were talking, Professors were calling them to leave, James, the head of the Brotherhood, someone he admired and even liked, a Gryffindor prefect no less, was shouting at them all to leave and shoving his badge in people's faces. Zennon realised it was probably now his cue to leave, but what he didn't expect to see was his new acquaintance, Leda, slapping the prefect in the face. Zennon watched stunned as he checked on Monty before coming back and silencing Leda. What happened next was so fast that Zennon almost missed it, before he found himself inching slightly away from Leda and her knee, covering himself, instinctively, protectively, as he watched the scene unfold. Merlin, that would have hurt!

James was feeling quite pleased with himself though he doubted Professor Kingsley would approve of his methods he had still managed to shut up a pesky kid. Hopefully the little Slytherin would leave and go do whatever it was little kids did in the castle, but that wasn't the case. James barely had time to register the fact the girl had put her hands on his shoulders before he felt a sudden and sharp pain to his manhood. It was excruciating. It was a pain he hadn't felt since Ezra accidentally threw a Quaffle there when they were kids. James felt his stomach drop and along with it his knees gave way. "MY BOYS," He yelled in agony as he slowly and dramatically made his way to the floor and curled up in the fetal position. "MERLIN, MAN DOWN," James yelled as he moved his hands to cover up his injured area. "I NEED A NURSE OVER HERE," James had never been in so much pain.

Of course Bella had decided to come back to the school the year that everyone went crazy. Between students not leaving, students showing, students throwing jinxes and getting slapped and then of course it was a Slytherin student that kicked the Prefect. Bella withdrew her wand quickly, casting Muffliato over the area where the Professors were, so no one else could hear what Monty was saying. She was sure he was embarrassed enough. Bella then moved her wand over to the two students, magically pushing the younger student away from the screaming Gryffindor, before pointing her wand at the Slytherin. "You can ask your Head of House to remove his jinx, when you are back in your common room." Bella growled, before looking at the remaining students. "Anyone still here will be pleased to know that you have lost your house points, and anyone still remaining within 10 seconds will be forcibly removed." Incarcerous should be appropriate, right?

Cyndi gave a visible sigh of relief as Lucius arrived, sitting back on her heels and then standing to give the nurse and Monty some space though she remained close, unable to simply walk away from her friend. She wasn't paying much attention to what was going on around her anymore, having said her piece to the students and then leaving the task to the other professors who were present. "I don't know...he's awake now but...I've never seen him quite like this" she said to James. The woman was visibly distressed and didn't even notice that James had left her side after hearing her response. She knew Monty dealt with anxiety and it caused him some difficulties, but this was not what she'd expected when she'd learned that. With the muffliato charm having been cast by someone Cyndi would thank later, she remained watching the nurse and Monty interact.

Lucius frowned as Monty seemed to be talking out of his head and not responding to his question. This was not good. He looked to Cyndi before wondering if Monty was having a nervous break down. It could happen, and he seemed like he had anxiety. "I am going to take him to the Hospital Wing. I think it is some sort of break down." Lucius bent down to lift the man into his arms, thanking Merlin that he still worked out in order to lift people. He also ignored the cries of a nurse since he was sure nothing serious was going on. Monty was his first priority. As he turned to walk Monty out of the hall, he did see a prefect on the ground, holding his manhood. Lucius' serious face broke a little as he couldn't help but chuckle at the scene. He rushed off to take care of the deputy headmaster.

James looked up as one of the newer Professors arrived to try and calm the situation down and get everyone to leave. He would have deducted points too if he had the authority to do so but it hadn't been Gryffindors giving him trouble. To his horror he had points deducted from him, that was outrageous, he had simply been trying to get the situation under control when he was attacked unprovoked. When the same Professor declared that anyone who remained in the area would be removed by force James winced. He wasn't going anywhere any time soon, not unless someone carried him up to the seventh floor.

Professor Sarah Harrington had just been going about her business heading down to the kitchens to set up with the house elves the snacks for her students in the next class, they'd done so well thus far in the semester and should be treated, she thought. That was when she came across all the commotion in the entrance hall. She was stunned, Monty had been someone she looked up to at Hogwarts when they were in school together, he was just a few years older than she and now here he was looking as if he was dying in the entrance hall. She was utterly shocked, from her point of view she could see all the action, a young student kneed an older boy, one she was certain was a Prefect, but he did not take her classes so she wasn't sure of the year. The nurse didn't seem to act as though Monty was dying and that was a relief. But still down the hall she didn't dare enter into the commotion going on. She ushered students down the hall towards the great staircase making sure they kept moving away letting Monty breath. The elder student was still on the floor and she wondered if his head of house was there and would be checking on him. She hadn't a clue from her position what house he might be in. The nurse, Verdelet lifted Monty and she moved to keep the students out of the way on the stairs to the Hospital Wing.

It was only a quick bite to eat that Maddie had agreed to. Benji had asked her to sit with him while they had lunch like they used to when they were back at home and she used it as an excuse to check up on him. Even though he complained numerous times that he was old enough to look after himself, Maddie still wanted to make sure that he was okay. He was the baby of the family and she absolutely adored him so naturally she wanted to keep an eye on him. Once they had finished their lunch, Maddie left Benji in the Great Hall to talk to his friends and she decided that she would go back to the common room to get on with more studying for her upcoming exams.

She stepped outside the Great Hall and into the Entrance Hall when she saw a huge group of people congregating in the middle of the room. Maddie couldn't quite make out what all the fuss was about but she saw James trying to control the crowd. Was there a fight or something? She fought her way over to James just when a younger Slytherin girl decided to kick him where it hurt. Maddie's mouth dropped open as soon as her boyfriend hit the floor "Oh my god babe are you okay?" she shrieked, meeting him on the floor. She turned to look for the younger girl who hurt him and she charged towards her. Maddie grabbed a fistful of her cloak and hissed "you dare touch my boyfriend again and it's the last thing you'll do" she warned her before turning back to James. "We need to get out of here, okay?" she told him trying to lift him up by one of his shoulders, rather unsuccessfully. Maddie looked around for someone to help her take James anywhere but here, but everyone's eyes seemed to be on the school's nurse who was taking Professor Pendleton away from the crowd. "James! Professor Pendleton! Oh my gosh. Is he okay?" she asked her boyfriend.

In the corner of her eye, Leda could see that the Professors were still busy with Monty, although now that the nurse had arrived and began to take care of him, the Slytherin knew she could concentrate on the issue at hand. Continuing to glare at the boy lying in hysterics on the floor, she had little remorse for causing the situation given that his arrogance had currently left her unable to speak. Leda snorted when she found out the boy had a girlfriend, wondering what was wrong with her to be with someone so conceited, but as one of the Professors was going around the room deducting points, she felt herself being tugged away from the situation by a housemate. There was nothing else for her to do. There was no way Leda was going to Professor Styx though, but turning to follow Zennon back to the dungeons, the second year knew he wasn't the only Professor to work in the area. The quicker she could visit Olive, the quicker she could catch up with Mervyn. There was no way she wasn't going to tell him about the drama he'd just missed out on.
