Hello one and all! Welcome to the final BWU of 2022! Where has all the time gone for real! I'll get straight to it
End of Semester
Reading Week
We are now in the reading week, and therefore it is time to catch up! Now is the point that all classes should be posted, and professors should do their grading. We'll be heading quickly into the exam period and those with professors should be checking their PMs to keep on time with all end of semester things. Those Professors with OWL and NEWT classes feel free to post those exams early (on Saturday).
If you know ahead of time that you'll be busy and unable to make deadlines just let us know via PM, via the professors absence thread or via Skype/Discord. If we know that you can't do it ahead of time, we will just step in and do it, and you won't get a PM chasing you for it.
Graduation
We are almost at graduation, the school halls are being prepped in the background for the festivities. For seventh years, be sure to check your PMs and make sure you get names for those to attend graduation ahead of time. Head of houses will make sure the names get passed along.
Club Events
Even though we're at the end of the semester, there are some really exciting club events. The Heta Omega is doing a movie night, The Brotherhood are chilling out after a sports day and The Wild Patch combined with The Arts Club have done some growing and some cooking. Club events can be fun, characters can engage with different people easily. We may also have a Hogwarts Monthly issue coming soon and it may be getting close to Accio release, so look out for those too! We'll take this moment at the end of the semester to thank all the club leaders for all the work which goes into these events, we really appreciate all of the work done.

With December upon us (how are we already mid-way through it I dunno) but we have a new character spotlight. Max Goose. Everyone should head on over here for all of the questions and all the info about the spotlight. Max is great fun and a huge congratulations to Steven!
Secret Santa
Secret Santa is now underway! Be sure that if you've signed up that you have looked at the PM to know who the person is and to make sure you are aware of the deadlines for it. If you can no longer do it, then please let us know so that we can come up with alternative arrangements.
Festive Site
We have changed the site to be a little more festive! Do enjoy the holly and the festive theme. It's always around for a short period of time, but is always nice to look at!
Applications
All apps will close mid-next week (21st December) for the usual sorting period. Be sure to apply for things now rather than later, and when you do apply that you answer all necessary fields.
Holiday Period
On a related note to the above, we are obviously coming up to the end of the OOC year. This update will be the last BWU for 2022, but we will have the usual bespoke updates for the end of the semester and sorting. Just keep in mind during the next couple of weeks that staff are busy with RL, and that if you ask something to be patient with them.
