Prodan shouted out, "Sold! 55 galleons for K, sold to Hilde Lindstrom! 80 galleons for H, sold to Arianna Tipley, 45 galleons for P sold to Sureya Eidos! 20 galleons for T sold to Cassandra Zhefarovich! And finally, 25 galleons for E sold to Kamaria Zhefarovich! Boys, reveal yourselves!" Prodan looked at the list, "All right, next boys are L, I, W, B and J! Ladies, start bidding!"

Aleyha had happily joined the auction because she knew her boyfriend was in it. But out of the nine boys left, she didn't know which was hers. Sighing, she raised her hand and prayed that Merlin had mercy on her, "20 for B!" Aleyha would have to stick to B. If that wasn't him, well, she would not do anything that she would do to her boyfriend.

Margarette watched as the girls bid for a boy, she happily joined herself, "2 on J!" she said and waited for the other bids.

Alyss smirked slightly, gazing up at the stage from where she was sitting. She knew that there were nine boys left, and she was looking forward to bidding for one of them and getting them, as long as they weren't a first year and hopefully they were a Slytherin. '30 galleons on L!' She called out loud enough for the Professor to hear her.

Gabrielle smiled and laughed along with her friends. She was having fun, to say the least. She looked up when the next lot was called. Well, why not, she should have some fun too. "20 galleons on J please" She called as she looked into her bag.

Elspeth groaned. She had missed getting T and E. She decided to try her 'luck' again. She hadn't gone to the Yule ball last year, and she was looking forward to it this year. "Fifteen galleons on I!" She called.

"We have 20 for Boy B, 20 on Boy J, 30 on Boy L, and 15 on I, and no one has bid on W. Hurry up girls, we need to have the other four auctioned off before the night ends!" Prodan shouted, "Going once!"

Alex seemed to have fallen asleep, but she didn't really mind. This was all for fun, and some girls truly were desperate. She saw the other boys step forward, and decided to go for J. "25 for J!" She exclaimed, though her exclamation was in a bit of a monotone. Now she was standing up, her competetiveness getting the best of her, though she swore to herself at the beginning of this that she wouldn't get too into it. Alexandra felt bad for the poor boy that she won-she was dressed like a hobo after all, and they might think she dressed like this all the time. Oh well, She thought to herself, as she kept an ear out for any other bids against her.

Dressed as a muggle, Sakura hadn't really put much effort into this years halloween festivities. She was determined now more than ever to be more social after she saw how much fun everyone else seemed to be having with their friends. Her cousins were nice sure but she barely had any time together with them anymore, She let out a small sigh as she got a sip of pumpkin juice out of the goblet in her hand. She had been watching the Auction from afar and didn't know if she should go for it or not. What were the chances she was going to go to the ball anyways? Probably not that much to be honest. Plus wasting her money on a guy? No thanks, yet despite having this called out in her head her hand soon shot up, her hand barely making it above the crowd she was so short before calling out. "Ten gelleons for W!" she managed to squeak out. Deciding to go ahead and give the poor guy at least one bid.

Prodan shouted out, "So, now we have 20 galleons for B, 25 galleons for J, 30 galleons for L, 15 galleons for I and finally 10 galleons for W! Do I hear more? Because this is going twice!" Prodan held up two fingers to announce it. He turned to another girl, and he frowned, "Um, sorry, but K is no longer up for sale."

OOC: For those that were just sold, here they are; Sam Prince - K, Austin Devearux - H, Hamza Khalid - P, Salazar Strayde - T, Danny Boyd - E. Also, please don't bid on those that were already sold, and if there is an issue, PM me on Aleyha Devearux.

Gabrielle smiled. "30 galleons on J!" She called as she looked around the hall at the people around her. It was fun today, or rather with this auction and everything.

Jade had missed the last bid for P, and another girl had gotten him. Professor Zhefarovich had called out twice, so it was time for her to bid again, before she got out. "15 galleons on W!" She hoped her luck was up better than the last rounds. Or else she was just having a really bad day. Maybe she didn't like the Halloween celebrations so much as she had though when she walked in, only time could tell.

Prodan shouted, "Sold! All right, for Boy B sold to Aleyha Devearux for 20 galleons! 30 galleons for Boy J sold to Gabrielle Carmichael! 30 galleons for L sold to Alyss Summers! Boy I, you have been sold to Elspeth for 15 galleons! Finally, Boy W, you have been sold to Jade Caja for 15 galleons. Boys, reveal yourselves!" Finally, Prodan took a deep breath, "All right, ladies, last round of boys! There are only four, and we need to wrap this up! Boys F, Q, M and N, come on down!"

Jade was happy that she had finally won a bid. And this bid wasn't too bad either, only 15 galleons! Just as expensive as a new quill and a few lollies! She was still hoping that it was worth it. Now it was time to meet this mysterious person, whom she knew by the name of Boy W. She stood up and smiled, waiting for this person to come forward.

Alyss smiled slightly in satisfaction as she stood up, waiting for the boy that she had just spent thirty galleons on to reveal himself. She hoped that he wasn't a first year, and hopefully was a Slytherin but she knew that it was unlikely that he was a Slytherin. At least she had a date to the Ball. She also wouldn't do anything that she wouldn't do to a boyfriend, depending of course on who it was.

Gabrielle smiled at her success. She had just won a bid, and had spent 30 galleons on Boy J. She hoped that he was nice and smart to so that they could have a decent conversation when at the ball. Unfortunately she didn't dance much, so that was probably out of the question, but atleast she would actually be going with some-one. She stood up and waited to find out who Boy J was.

Koboshi sighed. Oh why not? She asked herself. She looked at her galleons. "10 galleons on N thanks" She called as she watched the other members. Alyss had won a boy. She wondered if she would.

Jeremy had watched the auction go on, amused at how competitive the girls seemed to be getting. They were betting a lot of galleons for some of the guys and Jeremy only hoped that when it got to be his turn on the auction that the girls still had galleons left. When his letter was called up, Jeremy grew more nervous. What if I end up with a sixth or seventh year girl? he worried. He was nervous enough around the girls his own age and knew that his nerves would be far worse if the girl was much older. To his great relief, a fellow second year from his own house bid on him. He didn't know her well but at least it was someone his own age.

Crossing his fingers that she would win, Jeremy smiled broadly under his mask when Professor Zhefarovich announced that he'd been sold to her. Putting his hand on the hood of his dementor costume, Jeremy stepped over to Elspeth and pulled it off, revealing his face. "I'm Boy I" he smiled shyly, "I guess we're going to the ball together."

Sakura couldn't help but let you a small sigh as she saw some seventh year swoop in the raise her bid and watched the win slip out of her fingers before she could muster up the nerve to bid again as one of the professors she didn't have any lessons with ended that round. Deciding to try to be a bit more forceful this time, more for the sake of seeing if she could do it than the boy under the mask itself she picked the only interesting letter out of the bunch. "Five Gelleons for Q!" she called out, her voice a bit less of a squeak this time before shoving a few pieces of candy corn in her mouth which she started chewing to keep herself from saying anything odd whilst her nerves were out of whack.

Esme had wander away from Lexi for just a second. She giggle hysterically at all the desperate girls bid for a date. "What if you get a first year?" she asked one of the girls. One shrugged while another look mortified, it was to funny for words. Esme stepped up though and bid for a date just for the hell of it. "Favorite letter of the alphabet, Ten galleons on M!" she bid with a coy smile.

Alex, again, lost out. It wasn't a big deal to her, and this was a game afterall. She thought, that she would go high this time, and hopefully not lose. Money wasn't an issue with her so it didn't matter if she spent a lot on something. She examined the last four boys, and just went with the most random letter. "30 Galleons for Boy F." She stated nonchalantly. One thing she was good at was not showing how she was feeling in group situations such as this. She calmly sat down and hoped bidding would be over without any competition for herself.

Hamza was standing until Professor Zhefarovich announced that who won Hamza in the bid. He then heard Sureya had bid on him and on him over another girl. Hamza then started to wonder what Sureya's reaction will be when she finds out that she bid on Hamza. He then started to walk down the stage, and walked towards Sureya. He took off his hood which covered his face and said, "Hey there Sureya. Looks like you've won me in the bid." Hamza then smiled and said, "Looks like we are going to the Yule ball together." Hamza was glad to see that Sureya had won him, but what had puzzled him was that how did Sureya know who to bid on all the way and maybe thinking that it maybe Hamza? It was a puzzle to him.

"Now we have 10 galleons on N, 5 galleons for Q, 10 galleons for M, and 30 galleons for F!" Prodan called out. "Going once! Do I hear any more bids out there?"

Lexi rolled her eyes once Esme went to the crowed and she got curious about it, nearing the crowed she heard biding. She though that it will be fun if she bid too and it will be fun if she go at the yuleball, her first ever yuleball. Lexi cleared her throat loudly and smiled, "150 galleons for letter Q, please." She said at the professor and smirked, Lexi can handle waisting her money everyday its fine with her.
