Ravenclaw Team Practice One!

Minnie was pleased that she had managed to block the goal. She threw the ball back out, and kept a light gaze on the current seekers as they seemed to be battling for something. She hoped they would remain careful in the pursuit she didn't want her first practice as co-captain to be brought down because her temporary seekers got hurt.
 
Catching the quaffle from Minnie, Arinna sped up again to Thalia's side of the hoops. It seemed she would get a chance to play chaser if there was any need for it. She knew she was a beater but this was some good practice as well. Nearing Thalia, she faked a left and arched her arm, causing the quaffle to sail through the middle hoop.
 
Ajaccio caught the ball as it was thrown back out by the other keeper and headed in the direction of the opposite hoops.
 
Minnie wasn't too surprised at the temporary chasers doing well, she knew it would be good for them, but she wanted more than anything to stop more goals from going in at her end.
 
She thought she had seen the Snitch when the older girl flew faster, now more than ever determined to catch it before she could. But when she found herself leading again, it wasn't there anymore.
 
Elizabeth thought beater would be easy, but she was having a hard time even finding a bludger to hit. It felt like she would targeted a bit more than she was targeting the current seekers, yet she had nothing to use.
 
Ajax threw the ball hard enough when he got close to the hoops and threw the ball, disappointed to no end when the ball was caught by the co-captain.
 
Minnie couldn't help but be pleased that she had managed to block another goal. She threw the ball back out to one of the other temporary chasers.
 
Arinna caught the ball and flew back to Thalia. She just hoped the girl was more than ready this time. She dodged a couple of bludgers and players before aiming for the goal. She miscalculated and her goal was blocked. It was a good thing though for Thalia.
 
Minnie was pleased that the team was still pushing themselves, and a little disappointed when Arinna didn't manage to score, but everyone was managing well. She now just had to focus on stopping the next quaffle from going in the hoops.
 
Ajaccio caught the ball as it was thrown back out and headed in the other direction again, maybe this time he'd do better and actually score again.
 
Chloe noticed other players were doing fairly well in their non-official positions, and when she saw the other seeker in the lead her heart skipped a beat, momentarily thinking she had spotted the snitch before she had. She continued to search, not wanting to quit until she had found the golden object.
 
Thalia was disappointed when she didn't manage to block the goal from the much older girl. She felt her face turning red, but she tried to ignore it. When the same girl approached, Thalia caught the quaffle, and threw it back into play, pleased she'd finally managed to block a goal. Now she just had to continue like this.
 
Tee didn't know why she was so determined to catch it before the older girl did, but she really wanted to do so.
 
Minnie readied herself as the chaser approached with the ball.

As soon as Ajaccio was close enough he threw the ball towards the hoops, disappointed when the captain caught it.
 
Chloe pushed on, frustrated that she couldn't find the golden snitch. She wanted to, but realised that if she didn't catch it, the younger girl at least should.
 
Minnie was pretty happy when she managed to stop the chaser from scoring, but she could tell her team was tiring out. She tossed the ball back out into play, knowing she'd wrap this up soon.
 
Minnie took the whistle back out and blew on it hard. She motioned for the team to join her on the ground, "Alright, thanks everyone!" she said, "Our game is soon, so rest up and let's see if we can't beat Gryffindor," Minnie smiled at them all.
