Quidditch Game: Slytherin vs Gryffindor

Felix took his time moving around the pitch, he didn't want to miss spotting the snitch.

Gaia watched Miles with the quaffle wishing she had an umbrella right about now. She supposed beggars couldn't be choosers, or whatever they said. She liked quidditch so she might just have to put up with playing in the rain every now and then.

The poor weather was playing in Teddy's favour as the Slytherins attempt to score went way off target. Teddy didn't have to retrieve the quaffle as Miles had already swooped in and taken it.

Ignatius set off hunting for the snitch.

Felix wanted to prove to Teddy that he'd been a good choice to play in this game. He tried not to think about how it could be the last for the Head Boy.

Gritting his teeth, Miles lobbed the quaffle at the hoop, but it slipped out of his hand at the last second and ended up going wildly off course.

As Felix continued to fly around the pitch, he spotted Gaia in the hoops and grinned in her direction. He hoped she wouldn't mind losing.

Sybil quickly wiped the rain from her face before grabbing the quaffle again.

Vanity tried to hit a bludger and failed.

Teddy couldn't see much but kept his eye on the quaffle that was in Slytherin's possession again.

Felix could feel his hair getting stuck to his face, but he did his best to ignore it.

Ignatius glanced at the ref in irritation at making them play in unpleasant weather before returning to the search.

Ivy was disapointed her shot didn’t go in. But that was quidditch. And no one could be expected to get every shot. She followed the slytherin chaser looking for an opportunity to intercept then back again supporting miles. Then again shadowing the slytherin. Hoping to cut her off or steal the ball.

Sybil came around the pitch as fast as she could even with the rain bluring her vision. With out slowing she threw the quaffle again ans cheered as it soared through the hoop.

Fifi could hear that Slytherin had scored a goal, but he didn't look their way. Instead, he saw a glimmer of gold, and pushed on with his task. Suddenly, a chill went down his spine which had nothing to do with the rain, but instead he opened his palm to reveal the snitch.

Teddy couldn't bloody believe it, well yes he could because his team were brilliant. He forgot about the quaffle that had just got past him, it didn't matter now. He flew over to Felix. "Yes mate I knew you'd do it!" He cheered, clapping him on the back and managing to stay on his broom just about. "We have to celebrate big for this one! Go Gryffindor! Champions three years running!"
